Space Patrol Delta - At the Future's End
Eighteen months after Space Patrol Delta finally defeated the Troobians and captured their ruler Gruumm and defeated Omni, Earth is in a state of peace and tranquility. Without the Troobians around to cause trouble, the universe is at peace and whatever danger does arrive, S.P.D. is able to easily handle the problems.
Led by Schyuler "Sky" Tate, S.P.D. is able to keep and maintain peace on Earth. Aliens and humans alike are co-existing in ways originally dreamed by S.P.D. headquarters, but also in ways never thought to actually happen. Commander Anubis Cruger and his wife are no longer stationed on Earth. Instead, they are at Galaxy Command, assuming new duties and responsibilities there.
At S.P.D. on Earth, Kat Manx has moved from her position as chief science officer to commanding officer of S.P.D. Earth, with Boom taking her old position. And as for the S.P.D. Squad themselves, they have settled into their lives as protectors of Earth with seemingly little trouble. Sky has settled into position as Red Ranger smoothly, showing discipline and understanding as leader.
And now, eighteen months later, everything is about to change forever. A cosmic blast from nowhere strikes the Earth, absorbing it with fluid intensity. The cosmic light fades away, Sky Tate, Sydney Drew, Z Delgado, and Bridge Carson are no longer in the world they know. Instead, they find themselves in the year 7099 and the world is a vast wasteland, controlled by a dark and menacing force of darkness known as The Shrawlenx.
As Sky, Syd, Bridge, and Z work to uncover how and more importantly, why, they are so far into the future, they will uncover shocking secrets about the world's history since the year 2026 and meet new allies along the way.

The above is an idea that sprang to my mind after I watched S.P.D. finale, then watched Dark Wish. My thought process was along the lines of....what if the Rangers were pulled into the future just as a cataclysmic event was about to happen on Earth. Without Power Rangers, it wouldn't take an evil force long to capture the planet and by 7099, where the Rangers end up, the world has long since been captured by this evil force and become nothing more than a wasteland.
Anyway, this is the story I'm working towards now. I've always been a fan of S.P.D., even though I know it's not very popular with some people here. I see a lot of potential with S.P.D., things Disney could have done with the show but didn't. This story will not be about S.P.D. persay, but more about the four characters of Sky, Syd, Z, and Bridge as they deal with their new surroundings and try to figure out why they are where they are. I'm going to be posting it in chapters with a prologue and epilogue.
The prologue will be first and it will be coming, hopefully, within the next few weeks. But more details about the story will be coming each day. Later today, I'm going to input info on the villains, the Shrawlenx. Anyways, take care and let me know what your thinking of this so far.
