The King of Crime: Superboy goes up against his new enemy Happyman, a king of crime.
Smackdown: Craig goes undercover as a pro-wrestler to stop a corrupted wrestling agent.
The Alpha 6 Superhero: After Alpha 6 becomes usless to the Rangers, he becomes a superhero. And tries to catch a real criminal.
The Metal Element: Happyman wants to find Superboy's ultimate true weakness.
Dead or Alive: A businessman and a NASA scientest join forces to have the Astro Megaship for personal finance.

Crisis on KO-35: Superboy, the Astro Rangers and a ruthless businessman go to KO-35 after a war is begining there, but the businessman has his sights to use KO-35 as an amusement park.
Track: Craig goes undercover as a girl soccer player in hopes of stopping a steroid smuggling ring.
Psycho Silver: The Psycho Rangers take a profefssor hostage if he can create the PsychoSilver Ranger for them.
Little Caesar: A techogeek believes that he is a decendant of Julius Caesar and creates a big army and robotic gladiators.
Switching Places: A ruthless criminal switches places with Superboy, and discovers his secret identity as Craig Thomas.
The Resurrection Gauntlet: A burgler steals an ancient relic that causes a vortex that puts Lord Zedd and Rita back alive.
Look into the Future: Superboy goes to a very bad futuristic version of Earth with the supreme warlord is Happyman!
Season 2
The Brain and The Brawl: A fangirl and secret admirer of Superboy's is brutily scarred by atomic waste. Where she has telekenetic and telepathic powers.
Braingirl, Queen of Evil: The fangirl of Superboy's becomes the ruthless Braingirl who plans to use her powers to make herself look good now, and only Superboy must stop her.
Cursed: Carlos gets a magic necklace that can cause him bad luck.
System Crash: A criminal assassin that targeted the mayor of Angel Grove becomes System Crash after a cause of his lifespan that he has powers of electricity.
Young Merlin: Superboy accidently breaks an ancient mystical artifact that releashes a mystical trickster known as Zypher, who plans to use his magical powers to become ruler of Earth.
Red Lead: Lord Zedd and Rita find Red Lead, another substance of Lead that can change Superboy into a bad guy.
The Candyman: A criminal known as the Candyman strikes. While Tommy, Kat and Jason are back in Angel Grove.
Numbers Can Be Perplixed: The Mathematician, a math-based puzzling criminal uses very hard math problems kidnaps Ashley to confuse Superboy's brains.
Music in Your Ears: Superboy must protect a musician from a musical criminal known as the Maestro.
The Return of Braingirl: Braingirl comes back and this time she tries to use the Astro Rangers to do stuff for her.
Long Road Back: After stopping Happyman's latest schemes, Superboy gets amnesia and is destered in a town called Liberty City for the time being.
Secret Agent Superboy: Superboy becomes a secret agent to stop an anti-governmental organization called PHEONIX to takeover the world.
Crimewave: Superboy must stop a major crimewave in Angel Grove that the crime underworld's new boss is called the Druglord.
Time-Out: A time-travelling supervillain called the Time Machine comes to present day Angel Grove to destroy Superboy and Ashley's relationship.
Imposter: A villain called the Imposter strikes Angel Grove and impersonates people and Superboy is gets framed for a robbery.
Bridge Over Troubled Water: Superboy must need Bulk and Skull's side of a story to trackdown rambucous monster villains the Billy Goats Gruff.
The Killer Within: Red Lead makes Superboy evil once again and tries to kill his loved ones.
Sentenced to Death: Superboy becomes so evil with the Red Lead, the Astro Rangers must try to take it off of his insides to get it.
Robot Without a Heart: A killer machine called Robotron takes revenge on the person who created him after it malfunctions.
Moonquest: The Astro Rangers discover that Zordon might be still be alive and needs Superboy's help to find the Zeo Crystals.
Battle of the Bads: Happyman meets Lord Zedd and Rita, which they fight against eachother.
Sweet But Sour Ashley: The Candyman returns and creates a Ashley clone made-out of candy.
Death of a Supervillain: After trying to stop Happyman's newest scheme. Happyman dies, and Superboy's feeling good about it.
The Gravedigger: Happyman is back from the dead! But only that he faked his own death in order to escape from Superboy.
Bad, Bad Leory Brown: A little bully named Leory Brown bullies a kid around in school, where the kid needs Superboy's help to stop him once and for all.
Johnny Typhoon Meets the Space Pirates: Johnny Typhoon returns after he reforms himself after his criminal past, but he needs Superboy's help when he encounters space pirates led by Goldbeard to stop them from stealing all of Earth's gold.
