Here is a piece that I wrote shortly after watching Broken Spell. It may not be brilliant but do tell me where I can improve. Enjoy.

Power Rangers Mystic Force
Thoughts

Nick Russell walked through the forest in which, only hours ago, he had finally believed in magic. As he walked he thought about his new job. Oh, not the job in that music shop, but the job as red ranger, leader of the Power Rangers Mystic Force.
He was unwilling to believe at first and then when he tried it, the magic didn’t work. For some reason, it took the realisation that the others were in danger to make him turn his bike around and help them. He didn’t understand why he had seen that vision of the rangers about to be destroyed by Korag, but he had figured that it was just Udonna making him see it. It was only as he walked through the silent forest that he realised he had seen it because he was meant to be red ranger.
‘Aw man, why me?’ he said to no one in particular, okay he said it to himself.
‘Because you are the chosen one to lead them,’ the voice of Udonna broke the silence around him. Nick turned to see the sorceress and was spooked out again.
‘Jeez, do you have to do that?’ he asked, still trying to get over the initial shock of seeing someone appear out of thin air.
‘Yes, I do until you learn that you have been chosen to lead since you were born,’ Udonna revealed. She took a step towards him and smiled. ‘You will learn to cope with the power, I am certain.’
‘Yeah I can do this,’ he paused for a second. ‘I hope.’
Udonna smiled once more, ‘you will be able to lead them. Courage will let you use the magic, and you can find that courage by believing in magic.’
Nick grinned in a rather cocky way. He was about to speak when his Mystic Morpher sounded. He quickly raised and opened it Madison was on the other end.
‘Nick where are you? I though you were going for walk?’ Nick looked around him, and realised that Udonna had vanished, again.
‘Yeah, I’m fine. I’ll see ya later,’
‘No now!’ a crisp voice he recognized as Vida’s came over the phone. ‘We are in serious crap thanks to you deciding to wander off. Toby is vowing to kill us all, and you.’
‘Whoa, okay. I’ll be there,’ he switched off the phone before Vida could say anymore. He looked around and wandered up to the nearest tree. If what Chip said was right, then he was about to travel the tree express. This was going to be one weird adventure.
