Intergalactic legend told of a great evil that would come in the most unexpected form. This evil did appear and was able to be thrown into the far corners of space by S.T.A.R- Space Technologies and Aeronautic Rescue. The original Star Rangers were lost with Sage in space. An organization bent on finding the great evil emerged for the depths of space in search of the great evil known as Sage. S.T.A.R and the evil Sargenesis must race through space to find Sage before the other one does.

Episode 1- Star Searching Pt.1

One year ago the first team Star Rangers battled against the great being known as Sage and had barely managed to seal it within a tiny box that was thrown deep into space. But along with the box went the five Rangers. Since the five original Star Rangers were lost along with their powers, the creators of the Rangers, S.T.A.R- Space Technologies and Aeronautic Rescue- developed new and improved Star Rangers that they would be able to utilize if need be.

The sun set gently over the cliff as a ranger dawned in black stood at the edge with a raven like being slowly approaching it. The ranger clenched his fists and peaked down, all the way down to the ground, which was a long ways away from where he was standing. The raven monster slowly came forward towards him and he jumped. But as he jumped he pulled out a blue and black gun from his side holster and fired three shots at the monster just before he plummeted towards the dirt at the bottom.

As he was falling a ranger similar to him but colored in blue came up beside him and lowered himself just as fast as the black one was falling, only he had his arms crossed and wasn’t upside down.

“Well are you going to help me or not?” asked the ranger in black.

“I don’t know. I thought you were gonna be able to handle this all on your own like you were saying before?” the blue one smirked. He chuckled and grabbed the black ranger by his left ankle and stepped off his glider placing his foot gently on the ground. The black ranger fell onto this head and rolled over.

“You could’ve put me down nicer.” replied the black ranger.

“I could’ve but then that wouldn’t have been fun now would it have?” said the blue ranger.

Just then the raven creature flew down from the cliff and landed not too far from the two rangers. He threw out his wings and sent forth several sharp black feathers at them. Suddenly several pink rings shot from the side knocking all feathers down dead in their tracks.

“Nice aim.” the black ranger completed to his left looking at the pink ranger who had fired the round of shots.

“Well I was top in my gun shooting class back in high school.” the pink ranger commented as she moved over to stand between blue and black. “I’m tired. Let’s finish this and get something to eat.”

“I agree.” the blue ranger said. “Titan Ax!” from the black circle on the top of his helmet came a green light and from the green light came a blue ax which he grabbed by the handle and wielded it in front of his chest.

“Sun Staff!” the black ranger called forth with a green light emerging from his black circle and a long ebony staff with a crescent moon at the end of it shot out into his right hand.

With her Star Sniper, the pink ranger ran towards the raven monster firing round after round of pink rings from the bowl of her gun. She stopped and extended her arms so that black and blue could jump over and give the finishing attacks. Black extended his arm out with his staff and swung it across cutting through the monsters chest. From the pink rangers right shoulder came blue with his ax which he used to swipe across the chest as well. The three of them turned around as the monster fell to the ground and exploded into nothingness.

“End simulation.” the blue ranger commanded as the environment in which they were in all vanished and turned into a large gray room with lights handing from the ceiling.

“Star Down.” pink announced. Her outer exterior, the pink ranger suit, vanished into a pink light revealing an average sized woman with long straight brown hair running from her head to her chest.

“Star Down.” black and blue repeated. Beneath the blue exterior now stood a tall man who was quite muscular and had short brown hair. Under the black ranger’s suit was an Asian man with black hair.

“You did good Marie.” Reese, the black ranger, managed to say.

“You mean I did good saving you guys?” Marie responded unable to hold back her smile from them.

“Yeah that.” Reese said trying to brush it off like it was nothing.

“Star Rangers, report to main deck.” said a robotic male voice over an intercom.

Somewhere far in space a semi-circular vessel floated through the galaxy gliding past a gray planet.

Within the vessel a man with large broad shoulders and big black hair with streaks of gray stepped into the bridge room where there were two other beings, a slim woman dressed in a turquoise and indigo with blue hair and a black glass like creature trimmed in a green with blood red eyes working away on the ships computer.

“Any idea on where the box is?” asked the gray haired man.

“Still nothing yet sir.” said the glassy creature.

“Dr. Roseburn!” Sunsen, the blue and indigo woman called out. “The computer seems to be picking something up on the scanners.”

“Well what is it?” Dr. Roseburn asked as he moved closer to Sunsen, now intrigued.

“It seems to be the Sage’s key. The key that will unlock the box that Sage is enclosed in.” she explained to him.

“Where is it?” he asked her.

“Uh…seems to be on Earth.” Athinies replied.

“Change courses for Earth. Sage’s second coming is at hand my people.” Dr. Roseburn said sniffing on a rose which he held in his hand close to his nose.

Reese, Marie and Maddox all entered the main deck which was full of life. All personnel were at stations figuring out something or the other that they needed to do. The three rangers, dressed in black jeans and black and jackets with silver trimming and the acronym S.T.A.R labeled on the back in their own individual color approached a suited in a high admiral coat that had many awards plastered all over it.

“Commander Apollo, you called for us?” Maddox asked as the three of them stood in a row before the aged man.

The aged commander turned from the transparent map on which he was looking at with other personnel to face the three.

“I need you three to go to Earth and retrieve something for me.” Commander Apollo began. “It’s the key to Sage.”

“Sage?” Craig inquired.

“Sage. The being that the first Star Rangers battled against, they had managed to seal him away in a box deep in space but were lost with him.” Maddox explained.

“Very good Maddox, I see you’ve been studying up on your galaxy history.” the Commander complemented. “Well the key was lost after that faithful battle and some how wounded up on Earth. I need you three to go retrieve it and bring it back to S.T.A.R. before anyone else does.”

“Will do sir!” Marie exclaimed.

The three of them sat in a white shuttle that was ejected out of the S.T.A.R. Carrier. The ship flew towards Earth and was pulled in by its gravitational field.

“Space: the final frontier. For decades it’s been a wonder to human. Now S.T.A.R- Space Technologies and Aeronautic Rescue- are bringing it closer to you than ever dreamed of before.” said the woman dressed in white on a monitor in the center of a shopping area.

“Yes we get it space. It’s where everyone wants to be nowadays.” said one annoyed man dressed in a black leather jacket and rustic jeans.

“Oh come on Zaire. Quit hating on space. Earth is getting too crowded. S.T.A.R. just wants to help mankind find more places to live.” said the woman he was walking with.

“That’s just what they want you to think.” Zaire replied. “They’ve got this whole other hidden agenda that they’re not sharing with the public.”

“You’re just being one of those people who think any big organization is a conspiracy.” Tristen said to him.

Zaire and Tristen walked out of the plaza in which they were in and got into their car and drove away. Driving down the street, Zaire quickly swerved trying to avoid a pothole in the middle of the road. The car banged into a roadside tree and the two of them got out.

“What’d you do that for?” Tristen asked.

“There was a pothole in the road. I wanted to avoid it.” Zaire replied.

“Well you certainly did do a good job of avoiding it. You crashed into a tree!” she yelled back.

The two of them inspected the damages on the car and as they did a bright light began to emit from the pothole until it grabbed their attentions.

“Uh…Zaire, why’s there a bright light coming out of the pothole?” Tristen asked puzzled by it.

They moved up to the pothole and peaked down into it to see a gleaming gold key. Zaire picked it up and the key stopped glowing once in his hand.

“Doctor, it seems as though someone has found the key to Sage.” Sunsen quickly spat out to Dr. Roseburn.

“Go and retrieve the key! Take the Warpies with you.” he commanded to them.

“What do you think this key is here for?” Zaire asked.

“I don’t know. Maybe someone dropped it?” Tristen thought.

“Well they dropped some key. I wonder what it unlocks.” commented Zaire as he brought the key closer to his eye for inspection.

Strikes of thunder suddenly fell from the sky and in three bright flashes came Sunsen and Dark Star with a small army of Warpies, purple foot grunts with yellow warped faces.

Zaire and Tristen lifted their heads up to see the creatures standing before them. Immediately they were frightened.

“You have something we want.” Dark Star said stepping forward with his sword over his shoulder.

“And what would that be?” Zaire asked.

“That key that you’re holding in your hands.” answered Sunsen.

“If that’s what you want here.” Zaire said sticking his hand out that held the key. One of the Warpies came up to him and took the key from his hand and ran back to Dark Star and gave it to him.

Above in the sky the S.T.A.R. shuttle flew over and out of it came Craig, Marie and Maddox. They landed in front of Zaire and Tristen.

“What? Who the hell are you guys?” Zaire shouted in confusion.

“We’re part of S.T.A.R.” Maddox answered. “Star Cadets, time for us to shine.”

Marie, Reese and Maddox threw their left arm in front of them and pulled it before their chest. With their right thumbs, they opened the morpher and pressed 3-3-5 into it.

“Star Axis!” the three exclaimed in unison. Green netting came over the three of them and materialized into white boots, white gloves, and a gold rectangular belt buckle. The netting on Reese colored itself into black and five squares in a row were placed on his chest. Black, yellow, red, pink and blue in that order. Maddox and Marie were suited in the same way only Maddox’s primary color came to be blue and Marie’s pink.

“Black Star Ranger!” Reese exclaimed clenching his fists together with his chest facing sideways.

“Blue Star Ranger!” shouted Maddox, he too clenching his fists.

“Pink Star Ranger!” Marie announced with her fists clenched as well.

Episode 2- Star Searching Pt.2

“Now I don’t know who you guys are but you’ve got something that certainly does not belong to you.” Maddox said, pointing his fingers at Sunsen and Athinies.

“And what makes you think it isn’t ours?” Sunsen inquired.

“Its now property of S.T.A.R.” Marie replied flipping open her Star Axel and with the press of 6-4-2, the S.T.A.R logo was wrapped around the key.

“You think some sticker’s with your name on it is gonna make me give this? What idiots, Warpies after them!” Athinies commanded to his fleet.

The Warpies ran forth towards the Star Rangers and Tristen and Zaire.

“Star Weapons!” Reese, Maddox and Marie shouted out for with their own personal weapon materializing before them.

Reese spun his Sun Staff from side to side whacking every oncoming Warpie until there was one left standing several feet before him. He pulled out his Star Shooter and slid the black gun from the blue one and slid the Sun Staff in between before placing the black one on top. He aimed the newly configured weapon at the remaining Warpie and fired it. Within one shot, the Warpie exploded into yellow and purple ooze.

“Star Sniper!” Marie called out firing pink rings at the Warpies coming her way. She released her Star Shooter and slid her personal weapon in the place of the black one and connected the black one on top. “Let me know what you think of this.” She aimed her rearranged shooter and held down the trigger releasing one long attack of pink rays at the Warpies.

With his Titan Ax, Maddox attempted to cut across Athinies’ hard chest, but it was useless. Athinies’ tough exterior could not be penetrated by Maddox’s mere ax.

“Well then, let’s see how you respond to this.” Maddox unbolted his Star Shooter and slid his ax in between the two guns and fired it at Athinies. This time there was an affect. With each blast, Athinies was thrust back towards Sunsen.

“We’ve gotten what we came for. Dr. Roseburn will be very pleased.” said Sunsen. Sunsen and Athinies vanished with the remaining Warpies in a streak of purple thunder.

“Damn!” Zaire cursed out with a stomp from his foot.

“What is it?” Maddox asked as he, Reese and Marie approached Tristen and the disgruntled Zaire.

“Because of me, those things got that key. I handed it right to them!”

“You what?” Reese asked unable to comprehend.

“Well he didn’t know that they’re supposed to be the bad guys!” Tristen defended him.

“What can I do to make this all better huh?” asked Zaire to himself out loud.

“Come with us.” Marie said now demorphed as was Maddox and Reese.

Maddox, Reese and Marie guided Tristen and Zaire down the halls of the S.T.A.R Ship which was stationed over Earth.

The three Star Cadets directed the two civilians into the main room of the ship where they were greeted by Captain Apollo.

“Captain. These are the two that I was telling you about.” Reese said pointing to Zaire and Tristen without looking at them. “This is the one who gave the key to Sargenesis just like that.”

“Would you just chill. Seriously what’s with you? We didn’t know that you guys would need that gold key.” Tristen said trying to defend herself and Zaire.

“What’s going to happen to us now sir?” Zaire asked the captain. “What can we do to fix this?”

“Well seeing how you gave the key that would unlock the most powerful evil in the universe that was finally sealed after a much harsh battle and if unlocked will destroy everything…there’s not much that can be done.” spoke Captain Apollo.

The six of them were silent while all the other personnel inside the room worked away on whatever it was they were working so diligently on.

“No.” Zaire finally uttered. “That just can’t be. I won’t believe it. There must be something we can do to stop this. I don’t know what but there just has to be something. This is S.T.A.R after all.”

Down on Earth, Dr. Roseburn, Sunsen and Athinies all gathered on the outskirts of a major city. In Dr. Roseburn’s right hand was the gold key. He held it up to the sky and within a few seconds the key emitted a bright light that shot into the sky.

“Now all we have to do is wait for the key to show us the way to Sage.” Dr. Roseburn mentioned with his eyes fixated on the golden light.

On the main screen of the S.T.A.R Ship, an image appeared of a golden ray beaming across space past the ship and towards infinite space.

“Uh…what’s that?” Tristen asked.

“My guess is that Sargenesis is using the key to locate Sage and have it take them directly to him.” Captain Apollo said. Captain Apollo turned his head back from the screen to Zaire and Tristen and contemplated over something. “In all my years of working for S.T.A.R. this is the first time I’ve come across a problem I didn’t know how to solve. That’s why I have no choice but to pull something like what I’m about to do out of the air. Bring in the box.”

A man with the S.T.A.R jumpsuit entered and placed a silver box on a table near Captain Apollo. Captains opened it and inside were five device holders. Three were already vacant and there were only two.

“Take them.” Captain held the box in front of himself with it opened towards Zaire and Tristen.

“Just like that? Are you serious?” Tristen said dumbfounded and unsure.

“Dead serious.” he simply replied.

Tristen and Zaire nervously took the morphers while Maddox, Marie and a bewildered Reese watched on.

“Now to call upon the Star powers, all you need to do is press 3-3-5 and call out Star Axis. Your Star Axels will automatically start up.” Captain Apollo explained. “Now go the universe needs you.”

Zaire, Reese, Maddox, Tristen and Marie walked towards Sargenesis in the outskirts of the city. Dr. Roseburn turned his head to see the five calmly approaching them. Reese, Maddox and Marie were suited in their S.T.A.R jumpsuits and Tristen and Zaire were still in their civilians clothing.

“Doctor, this is the man that I was telling you about that gave us the key.” Athinies whispered into Dr. Roseburn’s ear.

Dr. Roseburn turned towards the five. “Oh so this is the fool! Well let me be the on one to say thank you!”

“Save it!” Zaire shouted back. “You have something that doesn’t belong to you. And I assure you that I’ll be taking that back from you.”

“The hell you will! Warpies, after them!” Dr. Roseburn stuck out his left hand at the Star Cadets and from behind him came a large group of Warpies heading for the five.

“Now would be a good time to morph.” Tristen commented.

“That sounds good to me.” Zaire commented back. Zaire and the others pulled out their left wrists and flipped open their Star Axels. They all pressed 3-3-5 into their Axel with the call “Star Axis!” were instantly transformed into the complete team of the Star Rangers. Tristen looked down at her body to see her covered in a yellow suit with a skirt and the five colored patches running across her chest. Zaire was placed in the same suit only his was red, the leader of the team.

“Star Rangers!” the five called out in unison.

Maddox, Marie and Reese all took out their respective weapons and began fighting the Warpies while Tristen and Zaire stood back unsure of what they were supposed to do.

“How’d they get those?” Tristen inquired.

“You have to call out for your weapon!” Marie said as she shot away a group of Warpies.

On Tristen’s visor came the blueprints for a slinger and under it were the words Solar Slinger. She called it out and above her came the weapon which she grabbed with her right hand and commenced firing on the Warpies.

The blueprints for a spiral weapon with a long handle came up on Zaire’s visor and with the call “Nebula Drill” the weapon formed before him.

“I like this weapon!” Zaire commented as he drove the drill into the chest of a Warpie. Further instructions came up on his visor telling him to pull out his Star Sniper and attach his Nebula Drill between the weapons. He did just that and began shooting more powerful blasts at the Warpies until there were none left.

“That can’t be all you got.” Tristen said as she and the other Star Cadets stood together before Dr. Roseburn and his two sidekicks.

“Oh far from it.” Dr. Roseburn replied. “But that’ll be for another time. Right now I have to go look for search for something. Such a short lived time you had.” Dr. Roseburn, Sunsen and Athinies vanished in three streaks of lighting.

“They just vanished like that.” Zaire said looking up at the sky. The gold light that was created by the key was still in the same location that Dr. Roseburn was standing before he had exited. Zaire went up to it and looked directly up. The light cut through the sky and continued on through space.

“Cadets, Sargenesis have boarded one of their ships and is heading for Sage’s location.” Captain Apollo said through the Star Axels.

“Well what are we supposed to do?” Maddox asked.

“Use this.” the Captain replied and within a second a white shuttle flew over and transported them into the cockpit. They were taken into a space where a large blue circular shit flew out of the S.T.A.R Ship. The shuttle soared over the blue vessel until it opened the hangar doors which shifted down and in its place came arms. The lower half of the shuttle detached from and connected to the bottom of the blue vessel and the frontal part with the Cadets attached were the doors were.

“I give you the Star Fighter Megazord.”

“Doctor, it seems as though we haven’t lost those Star Cadets as easily as we had anticipated.” said Athinies.

“What do you mean?”

Athinies pointed to the screen to show the Star Fighter finish completion.

“Is it possible to go any faster?” Doctor asked.

“No not really sir. We’re going as fast as we can and if we try to go any faster we’ll explode.” explained Sunsen.

The Star Fighter Megazord floated in space scouring for the whereabouts of Sargenesis. It finally pinpointed their vessel and fired from a white blaster into nothing until a scorpion ship appeared from nothing and flew towards them.

The Star Fighter continued firing at the Sargenesis ship which fired back from its tail. The Megazord grabbed it by the tail and spun it around in a circle before letting go and tossing it deep into space.

“Full throttle!” Zaire exclaimed pushing the joystick forward as much as possible. In its right hand came a silver saber for the Megazord. The back thrusters roared to life as the Star Fighter Megazord charged forth towards the scorpion ship. The Megazord placed its right arm over its head and swung it down cutting through the ship in its entirety.

The Megazord came a halt as the scorpion ship exploded creating a ring that expanded through space.

The five Star Cadets stood in a row in front of Captain Apollo and the rest of S.T.A.R.

“A job well did Cadets. I commend you on your work. But I’m afraid your work is far from over. Sargenesis is still out. That was just one of their ships. And since they haven’t been killed yet they’re still going to be searching for Sage to unlock him.”

“Well with us, Captain, there won’t be anyway he can open this box that holds Sage.” Zaire announced.
