((This was inspired by the fanfics Tsubasa's Choice and Madou Sentai Kishiranger. I plan to do my best to write alot))

Kai's Tragedy

Prologue: Just A Dream

--- Lair of the Infersia ---

A strange chill went down Kai's spine. Voices and echos filled his ears. Cold steel was binding his arms and legs. He was too weak to stop it from happening, whatever "it" was. He slowly opened his eyes and took in the blurry outlines of seven figures standing around him. He could not make them out too well. As he turned his head, he realized he was laying upon an ancient stone table. Then three familiar voices spoke, saying one word in unison.

"...Uu..."

Even in the state he was in, Kai knew it could only be Nai, Mea and Memmi. Before he could even start thinking of a way to escape, he felt several drops fall upon his forehead and slowly trickle down his face, landing on the table surface. It was blood. He went to scream, but a hand quickly covered his mouth.

"...Uru..."

With his eyesight cleared up, Kai finally saw the other four people surrounding him for who they were... his own siblings.

--- Ozu Household ---

Kai woke with a jolt. Sweat was pouring down his face. He took a moment to calm himself down before getting out of bed. 'At least it was only a dream.'

Depends how you define anal, huh? Criticizing fan fic is hardly a bannable offense. What should be bannable are whiny crybabies who can't accept messages can and will be open to opinions, even the ones you don't like, especially the ones that are more honest and blunt than others. If you don't want my feedback, write better stories that don't skip an actual story.

Okay, well why not try and give less blunt reviews. What you say in your reviews, is interprited as, putting the author down. Can't you at least try and say why you think the story is rubbish, instead of saying 'this story sucks, good day'. Or words to that effect.

Well said Romanus, very well said indeed...my point havemercy is that you can give cunstructive critism without tearing someone apart, you can be specific and give your advice and opinion...but you dont do that...u just say wut you say...now and then ive seen you do something consturctive, u should be on a demolition team and quit wasting peoples time with your arguements...and i dont care if htis gets me banned or not..but your a lousy piece of shit that just gets off watchin people get torn apart and drawn into arguements..if you want to be such a son of a bitch why dont you come see me face to face and i'll put your lousy ass in its place...my sincerest apoligies to those offended by my language..expect havemercy..i also want to apoligize to Uma Dekablue (the author for drawing out this aruguemnt out here and not elsewhere, i just hate to see people who are trying adn learning get ripped for it) u got my full support..i will admit you could use more detail...but what you got is good...

To the author I say... This fic has started very well indeed. It is good to see a fic centering around Kai. As he's the youngest, and the leader, it will be nice charactor study to see how he copes in this fic. I look forward to reading the rest of this fic, keep it up and don't listen to people like Havemercy. He, and others like him, may try and put you down. But you have got to carry on and prove them wrong. Keep going, you have my full support.

((Wow... ummm... I cant believe all this happened in this thread while I had trouble concentraiting on the first chapter due in part to all the marching, yelling and waving of the mexican flag here in southern California. This is just priceless! :005: I supose I have to blame this chapter on a bit of the amusement i got from the replies. And to tell the truth, I mostly took havemercy's feedback to be the greatest controvercial wording of a good response ever made. And i swear I couldn't come up with a better chapter title.))

Chapter I: Of Strawberries and Carelessness

--- Magic Room ---

Kai entered the room, causing the traditional red flames to appear for a moment at the fireplace. Something seemed a bit off about him. The white of his eyes had the slightest blodshot tint to them. His shoelaces appeared to have been done somewhat carelessly. He had even forgotten to zip up his fly, leaving an awkward inch of red briefs among the black of his pants.

Kai stood in place after only having taken four steps, and looked at the faces turning towards him. Hikaru, Makito, Houka, Urara and Tsubasa were all standing around the table. Each one of them was dressed neatly in their usual choice of clothing, jackets included. It reminded him eerily of his dream.

"Kai," Hikaru said as he walked over to the red magician, "this isn't like you." He put his hand on the young boy's shoulder. "In all my time here, you've never looked this way before. You even missed breakfast. Is something wrong?" The only response he got was five seconds of pure silence. Smokey and Mandoru Boy peeked out from their lamp and pot respectively to see what was going on. Then Tsubasa finally spoke up.

"Hey stupid," he said, "your strawberry is showing," which was immediately followed by the laughter of the mandrake and magical cat.

"Nani?" Kai had then snapped back to reality. He glanced down and his eyes widened in humiliation as he quickly zipped up. His cheeks suddenly seemed as red as his briefs were. He also noticed how loosely done his shoes were and got down on one knee to retie one of them that instant.

"Kai-chan," Houka softly said. Everyone seemed to be wondering if perhapes trying to go out with Yamazaki as well as fulfilling his duties as magician of the red was finally too much for the youngest sibling to deal with.

Chapter II: Helping Others

--- Lair of the Infershia ---

Vankyuria walked through one of the dark passageways of the underworld, her two uhza phones in her hands. There was only one thought on her mind, and that was seeing of there was anything Memmi had up his sleave this time to defeat the five magicians. As she walked past Wolzard, whom was going in the opposite direction, he stopped for a moment and muttered something to himself.

"Damn clouds..", he had said.

This made Vankyuria strangely curious as to what was going on. Once he had walked out of sight, she seperated into Nai and Mea, each one holding one of the phones in their right hand. They looked at each other, sharing the same confused expression on their faces.

"We need to tell this to Memmi," Nai said.

"To Memmi," Mea echoed.

--- Magic Room ---

Kai was seated at the table. Makito and Houka were seated next to him on both sides. Hikaru had taken Tsubasa and Urara to train in a Marudeyouna World that looked mostly like a skull shaped island. The oldest siblings had kindly requested to stay behind and talk with him.

"I understand if you feel overwhelmed by having so much to do," Makito said. "Life has been different since the Infershia appeared. And you have grown alot." He smiled a bit at his younger brother. "We'll always be here to help you out." Houka nudged Kai lovingly.

"You really like Yamazaki-san, don't you?" she said. That got a nod and a slight smile from him. "I think we should help you out a bit."

"Ehhh?!" was Kai's instant response. He remembered her last attempts to help him out with Yamazaki all too well. "But-"

"Maybe I should be the one to do the helping this time," Makito cut him off. He lightly placed his hand on the red magicians shoulder. "I could teach you quite a few things to help you out." He then glanced at Houka's disappointed look. "Maybe Houka-chan can still take you shopping for a nice outfit," he added.

--- Lair of the Infershia ---

As Nai and Mea walked into the throne room, they noticed Memmi was standing next to a strange old looking table made out of stone. It seemed to be covered in dust and cobwebs, and had a few cracks in it. After a moment of looking at some strange text on a part of it, he turned towards the two of them.

"Soon the magicians will finally fall at our hands," he spoke in his somewhat feminin toned voice. "N Ma's lost stone table has now been found." The two girls didn't seem as impressed with the object as he was. To them, it was just really old.

"We need to tell you something," Nai said.

"We overheard Wolzard mumbling something about clouds," Mea added.

If Memmi was shocked or surprised by such news, he was hiding it extremely well. He took a few moments to think about what they had told him. "Girls, I think its time you two recieved new powers."

Sorry for the lack of a new chapter so far. I've become addicted to this virtual instant messager I've been using since I discovered it's existence on Thursday and signed up. I suddenly felt like I must desperately appologize today (after having checked up on the magiranger/mystic force team-up fic and realized that I never did chapter 3 of this). I promise I'll get it up here before the begining of May. <_<;
