Power Rangers: Pyral Fury: Promo

*Deep Space*

We're moving slowly through a familiar corridor into a room where find someone lying in their bed. When the person turns over we find that it's Andros, the Red Space Ranger. He seemed to be having trouble sleeping for some reason because of a nightmarish dream he was having. Suddenly we are transported into his mind to have a visual of what he was dreaming.

*Andros' Dream*

Inside Andros' dream we find him standing upon a mountain cliff looking up towards the sky where large white billowing clouds are continuing to erupt into the air. In the midst of the clouds we see the head figure of the most powerful ranger mentor, Zordon. He and Andros were somehow were having a serious conversation.

(Andros)"Zordon, why is it that you have come to me in spirit form after all of these years?"

(Zordon)"Andros, there is something that I failed to take care of before I left the Earth."

(Andros)"What is it?"

(Zordon)"When I first captured Rita Repulsa in the Space Dumpster and she trapped me in the Time Warp, there was a dark minion name Lord Demonji that was trying to recapture the Earth. I used powerful gems called the Pyral Gems that was forged from mystical flames to capture him and his hordes in a realm called the Dark Spirit Realm. Now that I'm no longer in that realm anymore he is now trying to locate the gems to release himself back into the Earth Realm."

(Andros)"What do you wish for me to do about that?"

(Zordon)"Andros, I'm comissioning you and Zhane to head to Earth and locate the Pyral Gems first and find suitable warriors that will use the gems to keep Lord Demonji captured in the Dark Spirit Realm."

(Andros)"Are you sure that Zhane and I can handle something like this?"

(Zordon)"Just like I trusted in you to fulfill your mission in stopping Astronema and releasing your sister from the hold of darkness, I believe that you can fulfill this mission as well. You two must hurry he has already sent some of his dark forces to Earth to try and search out the gems."

(Andros)"Alright Zordon, if you feel that we can do this, then we shall."

(Zordon)"Thank you Andros, I believe you will find the right ones to hold the power."

*Andros' Sleeping Quarters*

Andros soon sits up in his bed and hits his head on the ceiling. He quickly gets up and places his recogniziable space uniform on and press an intercom button that was next to his bed.

(Andros)"Zhane, Zhane get up we have something important to discuss!!"

Soon he hears Zhane bang his head against the ceiling above his bed.

(Zhane)"Ahh man....I sure hope this is an emergency."

(Andros)"Trust me it is, the fate of the Earth is hanging in the balance again. We have to hurry to try and stop it before it ever has a chance to come to pass."

We see the outside of the Astro Megaship floating in space above their home planet of KO-35. Within seconds the ship in flashing into hyperspace mode and zooming through a dimensional warp heading for Earth. A flash of red and orange flames appears creating the title logo: Power Rangers: Pyral Fury. Coming in April only here @ the RangerBoard.

sounds good so far, but I'm trying to decide if they become the Rangers or mentores. That would be cool to see them together again. But new characters would be an adventure also.

Andros and Zhane are going to be Ranger Mentores, but there are going to be five other teens who will take up the power of the Pyral Gems. They still have their Space Ranger powers, but they only use them in great emergencies. I hope you guys enjoy Pyral Fury because I'm excited to bring it to you.

*Dark Spirit Realm*

(Voice)"For thousands of years I have sat here in this dark realm awaiting the day that my wrath would be unleashed upon the unsuspecting mortals of the Earth Realm. "

A visual appears with dark armored warriors are seen thrashing through a large village of people. Small houses are burned and ransacked to pieces with children and parents being either slaughtered or captured for further usages.

(Voice)"I was in the prime of my power, almost to the point where the Earth Realm was about to belong to me. Nothing could stand in my way, until he arrived and ruined everything."

In the midst of the carnage that was breaking forth, a lone being dressed in all white and carrying a long wooden staff in his hand came walking towards the village. As the armored warriors gathered to attack him, the strange being raises his staff before him and fires off green energy orbs that explodes when they come in contact with the foot soldiers. When he turns around and removes his hood from off his head, to reveal his face, he is revealed to be Zordon of Eltaire.

(Voice)"That blasted wizard came at the worse possible moment. Just when the souls of the Earth Realm were about to be mine, he brought the one power source that proved to be my downfall."

Zordon now faces off against a being dressed in a black cloak with a staff in his hands with a bright shining crimson gem perched atop. The dark being aims his staff towards Zordon and fires a few electric charges at him, but Zordon swirls his staff in front of himself and creates a red round shield. The charges bounce off the protective shield into the air. In quick motion Zordon removes the front of his cape and reveals five gem stones around his neck that were all shimmering in bright colors; white, yellow, red, blue, and green.

(Dark Being)"You will soon feel the extent of my true power!!"

(Zordon)"I don't think so, your era of destruction comes to an end right here and right now!!"

Suddenly all five gems that were around Zordon's neck shown brightly at the same time. A flamming gold aura soon engulfed his body and caused a strong breeze to blow through the area. Zordon began muttering in a strange dialect with his eyes closed. When he was finished quoting his strange tongues, he opened his eyes and looked straight at the dark being and held out his staff.

(Zordon)"Being of evil, I banish you to a realm where you darkness can cause nomore pain, anguish, or harm. PYRAL FURY!!"

Thrusting his hands forward with his staff, Zordon released a large blast of golden flames straight at the dark figure. Once the figure was struck with the full force of the attack, he was sent flying backwards into the air. Behind a dark omnious portal opened and completely swallowed him and his entire minions up from the entire planet's surface.

(Voice)"Since then I have envision the moment that I would snatch the very existence out of that wizard for what he did. Now that he is no more and the ancient Pyral Gems are still on the Earth, I shall reclaim them and use the very weapon that imprisoned to release me and bring about the very end to this planet's survival."

Everything fades to black and the only thing that is seen is two crimson glowing eyes with a crimson glowing gem right next to it. The voice begins to laugh as a burst of flames erupt revealing the title logo....Power Rangers: Pyral Fury.....Coming April 1 right here @ the RangerBoard.

HaveMercy.....observational and commenting as you are, the origin for PYRAL FURY, didn't come from the definition that you provided. For those that should come across this thread and read this, the actual origin and thought came from the word that has been used to describe FIRE. I'm sure we've heard of the terminology PYRO, well I decided to give it a little twist of spelling and call it PYRAL. Though many others have had negative responses towards your comments, I don't because it just says that you had to take the time to read the thread to give it the response you did. I thank you for at least taking the time to read it and I assure you that the story itself is going be much more than the promos that you've reviewed as, how did you say it, BOO BOO BOO.

Really from those two promos I would have to say that your work is very deteail, and you describe your actions exremely well. Any way I can't wait until Saturday to read this. Amazing work.

This is hardly detailed, rangermaster. This isn't truly prose-writing, nor does he bring the reader into the world that only he sees as so great in his mind. He failed to interpret those ideas onto this page and just spilled out rushed scenes without actual setup of a plot. I'm not covinced one bit that there's danger, or feelings of any kind toward other characters or situations. Nothing is inspiring here.

Havemercy....your comments to others may feel like put downs, but I thank you for your comments, because when other people read them they come to see and read for themselves to see whether or not what you said is true. So the more you comment like that about my writing, the more other viewers and readers are going to want to come and see what Pyral Fury is all about. So Havemercy, I give you much gratitude for you critiquing comments.
