why is the elbow joint of one arm different from the other arm's?

I think the button which pops the hand out has been broken off.

one leg/arm is facing front, the other is facing back. they are designed to make a 90 degree angle at the elebow. the arm on the left will make it pointing towards the back, while the one on the right will point towards the camera. the left arm just needs rotated.

btw, its missing the gold crown up top
