Let's say that there's a fanfic that a member (like me) wants to post but it's not mine, if I get the author permission and give him/her full credit, can I post it?

As long as the original author knows his/her work is being used, then it's okay. Giving credit where credit's due, etc.

You'd be better off just posting a link to it's original location.
