My first fic on the rangers theme, and my first fic in english, hope you like it.


Power Rangers Nahual Warriors

Episode 1. A Nahual Awakening

Darkness...
Light...
Nothing...
And then...
He is in the water, swimming happily. Free of preoccupations, of problems, free of stress. Free of... everything... And then he remembers it. He does not know how to swim.
It is then when he wakes up. He can only see the light of the clock on his night table. When he sees it, he decides to return to his dreams. He suddenly reacts. It is 6:30 in the morning.
- Damn! I'll be late!
He rises from his bed, and trough his messy room, find clothes and his backpack. He's ready to school.

Cafeteria.
Two boys are waiting in line for their turn. One of them is our friend, the guy who was late for his class. A little short with messy bluish black hair and brown eyes, his friend is taller, with jet black hair, and also brown eyes, a little lighter than the other.
- You arrived late again. It must be a new type of record or something. - Said the tall guy to the short one.
- Big deal. Besides, you were late too.
- It is different. I come in bus. Your mom brings you to school.
- Same difference. Whatever, at least the teacher let us in.
Both guys bought sodas and they seated in one of the tables, where other boys awaited for them.
- So... Irene, a strawberry soda, Tania, the grape one, and Angel, the diet...
- Thanks Mike. - Said a girl with dark skin, black hair and beautiful green eyes, the one who took the strawberry soda.
- Oh man, Can this food get any worse? - Asked Angel the other guy, with reddish hair in spikes, as he poked his cream colored glop.
- Ha! That's what you get for not bringing your own lunch - laughed the short guy, Mike.
- This IS my own lunch, thank you very much.
- Then that's what you get for not buying your lunch here. - Said the other guy, with a grin.
- Thank you very much Javi.
Angel sighed a little annoyed, while the others only laughed.
- Anyway, since the teacher isn't going to come, What should we do for the next hour? - Asked Irene, taking a sip from his soda.
- Play soccer! - Almost Yelled Javi with sparkles in his eyes.
- Pick-Up Some girls! - Suggested Angel at the same time.
- Let's go to the library. I heard they have new books about... - Tania stopped as the others just stared at her.
- Yeah, right, we are going to spend our free hour in the library... I rather play soccer or go with the girls...
The other guys just stare at Mike.
- So... How's your glop? - Asked the boy with innocence all over his eyes.

Later, that day. The classes are finished, and everyone is on their way home.
- So, are you're coming to the party? - Asked Javi to Mike, while they walked to the bus stop.
- Don't know... I bet it'll be boring.
- So? You must come, that way, we'll be bored together.
- Gee... How can I refuse that?
- You cant'. If you don't go, we are going to your house, and bring you to the party with whatever you're wearing. And I know you've been wearing your Mickey Mouse pajamas.
- Thanks a lot. Wait a second, how did you know about my Mickey Mouse pajamas?
- Aha! So you DO have Mickey Mouse pajamas!
They both laughed a little, then they hear a crash,
- That came from the park! Let's go!
- What? No Way! It could be dangerous or...Mike? -Javi only saw his friend going forward to the danger. - MIKE! - Then, he started running after him. Javi didn't wasted time and he was fast enough to catch his friend. - ARE YOU CRAZY? Let's go! This place is dangerous!
Mike pointed something that was behind Javi, before he could turn around, Mike tackled him, and both of them ended in the ground.
- WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! - Yelled Javi, and then looked something, with an awe face. He saw some kind of lance nailed to a tree just beneath them. Javi then felt that something... _someone_ lift him up, and then, he had the pointy end of the lance on his throat.
- For the last time! Give me the Sacred Suns! - Said the guy who had Javi. He then noticed another guy in a red suit. a Power Ranger suit.
- I told you already! I DON'T have them! Now leave him alone! He doesn't have anything to do with OUR problem! - Said the Red Ranger.
- I know you have the Tletonatiuh. So, why don't you just give it to me? You don't want another unnecessary death in your conscience, do you?
- That is NOT how the pendants work, and you know it. I need to locate the other four guardians to use the Black Mirror Pendant. - The Red Ranger seemed very nervous, but still got a firm hold of his sword.
- You can destroy yourself. The Pendant then will be free.
The Red Ranger didn't say anything more, he was thinking the situation.
- Power rangers are supposed to be good, why are you doing this? - Asked Mike, still seated in the ground.
- Who said that? Besides, if I got what I want, your boyfriend is going to be safe. What do you say?
Mike looked at the Red ranger, who had remained silent. Then he looked at the other dressed in white.
- If that's your decision...
The White Ranger started to press harder his lance against Javi's throat.
- STOP! - Yelled Mike. Instinctively, he raised his hands at him. A spout of water emerged from his hands attacking the White Ranger, who looked genuinely surprised. Javi and the Red Ranger where shocked too.
- WTF? How? When? I didn’t knew you were a Witch! - Said Javi, running away from the White Ranger, and to his friend.
- And what makes you think I did? - Answered Mike looking at his hands, equally surprised.
Javi then felt someone pulled him away. Then, the White Ranger took Mike by his shirt's collar, and looked at the Red Ranger.
- Looks like I found the Atonatiuh...
And he disappeared, taking Mike with him.
- WTF? - Was the only "coherent" thing that Javi managed to say. - Where did he go?
- To his lair I suppose... - Said the Red Ranger. - I'll try to find him, but...
- WHAT? Look, I don't know and I REALLY don't care what's the story between you and that psycho ranger. - Javi was raising his voice, and without noticing, a little whirlwind was forming behind him. - And if you expect that I will be just sitting, waiting to my _best_ friend to be destroyed, you ARE very wrong!
- You... you have it...
- I have what? - Asked Javi, very confused. The whirlwind stopped.
- We have to go... NOW.
- What? But Mike...
- Look, I can't do ANYTHING in here, but if you go with me to my headquarters, we have a chance to find your friend.
Javi nodded, and the Red Ranger produced a small thing. A black mirror, in which he looked, and the very next second, they were in other place. They had teleported.

They materialized again outside some sort of prehispanic construction. Well, actually they were in the middle of it, but the "backyard" was more like the "middleyard", since the building was around them.
- Were are we? - Asked Javi, amazed at the beautiful place.
- My home. It's called Pixquiyan .
- In Spanish?
- Where The Guardians Are...
- How appropriate. So, what should we do now?
- I hope Ixcatzin wants to make a deal. I don't think we can find the other 2 guardians...
- Uh? I thought you said four guardians... And who's Ixcatzin?
- That's the name of the White Ranger. He wants the Sacred Suns, I don't know what for. Mike has the Atonatiuh, the water sun. I have the fire sun, Tletonatiuh. There is also the Earth Sun, Tlaltonatiuh, and the Ollintonatiuh, the Movement Sun.
- That's only four.
- You have the fifth. Ehecatonatiuh, the sun of Air.
- WHAT? ME?
- Yes you. We got the advantage. Ixcatzin doesn't know you're a Guardian. You will need more power... you will need to become a Nahual Warrior.
- You mean a Power Ranger? - Asked Javi.
- Yeah, whatever... anyway... Wait here.
The Red ranger went into one of the rooms, and returned with something in his hands. Then he gave the mysterious object to Javi.
- What is this? - Asked Javi, looking at the silver colored things.
- Your new Morpher. It is blank now, we have to awake your Nahual.
- What's a Nahual?
- A Nahual is a spirit being or animistic entity closely associated with a human being. Each person has his or her own Nahual which acts a double, a shadow, or as a protective spirit. They are often animals such as dogs, jaguars, or opossums, but they can also be natural forces such as lightning or meteors. Now Close your eyes, look deep into your soul, and reach for your protective spirit. That is your Nahual.
Javi did as the Red Ranger said, and a cloud form above descended and went to Javi, swirling around him. The cloud then covered all of Javi's body and transformed itself in a yellow suit. Then, with a blinding flash that came within them, the Sun pendant materialized hanging from his neck with a silver lace.
Javi then opened, looking at himself in awe.
- Like your Nahual spirit, you are the Ocelotl, determined, loyal and swift. - the Red Ranger informed Javi as he looked down at his yellow uniform and silver insignia on his chest.
- What the hell is an Ocelotl? - Asked Javi.
- It's nahuatl for "Jaguar" - Answered the Red Ranger. - To transform, you only have to call your Nahual with your Morpher. I think it's Morphin time.
Javi then looked at his Morpher tentatively. Before he could Morph, they heard a weird sound. The Red Ranger went inside one of the rooms, with Javi following him. They stopped before a big black mirror on the wall. The Red Ranger touched the mirror, and their reflection started to change. It was the reflection of the White Ranger.
- Hello there! - Said the White Ranger very cheerfully. - Long time not seeing you, how you doing?
- To the point, Ixcatzin, where is the boy?
- Oh, he's all right... but that can change. It all depends on you.
- What do you want? - Asked the Red ranger, lowering his head.
- You know what I want. A little life - trading, you know? I want to personally destroy you to get the Fire Sun.
- How do I know that you won't destroy him?
- I don't have anything against him. Once I find the other guardians, I'll use the Black Mirror Pendant to extract the suns. See? It's a win - win situation.
- Yeah, sure... When?
- How about today? At the Forest just outside Town. Your little friend can come too. Another person who will testify the fall of the great Red Ranger. I'll wait for you... See you in two hours. - The image in the Mirror disappeared, leaving only the reflections of the Red ranger and Javi.

The White Ranger moved around in his lair, which looked a lot like Pixquiyan, except for the modern machines and all those things. Mike was being captive in some sort of tube.
- SO! Did ya kidnapped me only to finish that Red Ranger?
- Sort of. You also have the Atonatiuh within you. That is...
- The Sun of Water? Weird, I though that was a Era in Aztec cosmogony, not an thing... thing.
- They changed the story to make it more... appealing and legendary that it really was. Anyway, now you have it, and I want it.
- So? Just take it... Gee, where it is? My stomach? liver? lungs?
- In your spirit. I can take it only if you are destroyed.
- Destroyed? As in ki...
- You CAN'T say that word.
- Yeah, I forgot where I was... anyway, So, if you're going to destroy me, What are you waiting for? No offense, but I'm kind of hungry, and this place makes me sad. If you destroy me now, you could stop my suffering. And stop my constant babbling.
- As tempting as it sound, you are a perfect bribe. I'll destroy the Red ranger and then search the other suns. And then I'll destroy you.
- Yay! Wait... Can you destroy some of my friends too? I don't want to be alone in the after life.
- Eh... sure... - Said Ixcatzin, not very sure of the mental sanity of this human.

The place of the meeting. Javi and the Red ranger Ranger are there, but there is not a sign of Ixcatzin or Mike. Javi is walking very nervous.
- Calm down! You're going to make a hole. And you're making me nervous too.
- You want me to calm down? My friend's life... and my life is in danger!
- What? YOUR life?
- Yeah... knowing Mike, He will want that Ixcatzin takes a few friends with him...
The Red Ranger said nothing more. That Mike was very weird. And Javi wasn't very normal either.
A white ray of light appeared, which transformed into the White Ranger, and Mike in the weird tube.
- Does he ever Shut up? - Was the first thing the White Ranger spoke. Javi shocked his head. - Anyway, are you ready?
- I was born ready...
- And that's why I hate you. - Ixcatzin materialized his lance with white bolts, and charged against the red Ranger. He did likewise and materialized the Sword.
They started to fight, while Javi approached the tube.
- How do I turn this thing off?
- What makes you think I know? - Answered Mike to his friend. - It's not like it has a big red button or...
Before Mike could finish his sentence, something invisible hit him, his left arm started to bleed. Javi turned around, and saw that the White Ranger had the same wound. Except that the ranger suit had protected him.
- Right. Did I mentioned that while that boy is on the tube, everything that happens to me, is going to happen to him? - He charged again against the Red Ranger. - What are you going to do now?
- It's Morphin Time!
- What? You ARE morphed. - Said the White Ranger, very confused.
- Ocelotl! - Yelled Javi taking his Morpher in his hands. He elevated it above his head, while a whirlwind started to cover his body, transforming his warrior uniform to his ranger uniform, transforming him into a ranger for the first time.- Yellow Nahual Ranger!
Mike looked at his friends amazed at his transformation.
- You look very good in that suit. - said Mike to his friend.
- Stop staring at my ass!- Yelled the now Yellow Ranger, obviously annoyed with his friend.
- It's not my fault. You have a nice ass. - Said Mike, matter-of-factly.
- We'll discuss Javi's ass later! Hurry! - Yelled the Red Ranger, still fighting with the White one.
- Ocelot Claws! - Yelled Javi. The claws materialized with puffy clouds on his hands. He slashed the energy tube, destroying it, making Mike free. He took Mike with him. The claws disappeared, and Javi took a black Mirror out. He teleported them to safety.
- Good luck next time! - Said the Red Ranger, giving a flip back, taking the mirror out, and teleporting in midair.
- Damn you all! - Yelled, very angry, the White Ranger. - At least I don't have to hear him anymore...

They materialized again in Pixquiyan. Mike separated himself from Javi's embrace.
- Good work guys! - Said the Red Ranger.
- Is something wrong Mike? - Asked Javi. His friend was never serious, not even when his life was in danger and now it looks like he was.
- Apart from the fact that I'm bleeding... - The Red Ranger approached Mike with bandages and some ointment. - Why you didn't told me you were the Yellow Ranger?
- What?
- I though you trusted me...
- Mike...
- I had never kept any secret from you. I even told you when I had that dream about you...
- Yeah, no need to remember that. Power Down.- Said Javi, as he changed back to normal.- Listen, I have been a Ranger four about two hours... And you saw my first transformation... I hope that I will see yours too.
- What do you mean?
- Just wait... the red ranger will tell you...
- Yeah, I will... - Said the red Ranger, finishing with Mike's arm. - but first... Power Down! - The Red Ranger was now dressed in a red suit.
The two boys were amazed. Not only The Red Ranger had revealed his identity to them, but also...
- My name's Citlalli.
- Whoa! The Red Ranger is a girl! The guys at the chatroom are going to be crazy!
- The chatroom? We can sell this to the news!
- You didn't knew I was a girl? - Asked Citlalli, blinking twice in surprise.
- No. I mean, you're kind of flat-chested, and the spandex doesn't help your hips either. Besides that, all the others red rangers had been male, just like the greens and the blacks. And the pinks are always girls. Only the blues, yellows and the whites have been both. Also, Ranger girls have skirts. Well, some yellows didn't, but those were exceptions.
- Are you kidding me? You two are the chosen ones?
- Chosen Two.
Citlalli sighed.
- I liked you better when you were Ixcatzin hostage. Now listen to me. Long ago, the Aztecs...
- Are you going to tell me the story of the pendants? 'cause Ixcatzin told me the whole thing. Pretty intense, I'll say. - Said Mike, yawning.
- And I already heard it. - Added Javi. - So, moving on...
- Then you must know that you have the...
- Atonatiuh in my spirit, Yeah. And you have the Tletonatiuh, and the other three guardians must be located in order to free us from those things. Am I right?
- Almost. There are only two more guardians on the loose. Javi has the Ehecatonatiuh.
- Really? That is SO cool man! You are like the Air! - Said Mike, hugging his friend. Now it was Javi's turn to separate from his friend.
- So? How I'm going to be a Ranger? You're going to give me a Morpher with a Power Coin? I'm going in a ninja quest to find the Great Power? I'm doing a little time travel to retrieve some crystal? Are you going to give me the key to a stupid car? Do I have to pull out a saber from a stone? Are you going to give me cool cell? Do I have to bond my DNA with a gem?
- Does he ever shut up? - Asked Citlalli to Javi. Javi sighed and shocked his head. Citlalli then took another blank Morpher, and gave it to Mike. - We have to awake your Nahual.
- My Nahual? Cool! 'Cause, you know? I haven't learned how to drive.
- Now Close your eyes, look deep into your soul, and reach for your protective spirit. That is your Nahual.
- That sound A LOT like ninjetti. - Said Mike, annoying Citlalli a lot.
- How do you know THAT? - Asked Javi to his friend.
- Internet.
- Ninjetti and Nahual are based in the same principles. Now.. SHUT UP AND DO WHAT I SAID!
- Ok, ok... gee...
Citlalli smiled weakly when they closed their eyes. She was happy to see that at last he were concentrating on something. She smiled when water from a nearly pond elevated itself and went to Mike, swirling around him. The water then transformed in a blue suit, similar to the one she and Javi were wearing. Then, with a blinding flash that came within them, the Sun pendant materialized hanging from his neck with a silver lace.
Mike opened his eyes and looked at himself. Citlalli moved to stand in front him. He was looking at his chest emblem, trying to figure out what he was.
- Mike, you are very annoying, but you're the Acatl, which means you must be intelligent.
- A reed? Thank goodness! For a moment I thought I was a stick or something...
- To be in harmony with your spirit animal is to have the force of the Nin... Nahual, I mean. To those who are Nahual, anything is possible.
- So, What's your Spirit Guardian-slash-Nahual? - Asked Mike, looking at Citlalli's chest.
- I'm the Cuauhtli. Smart and free-spirited.
- An Eagle? If you say so...
- I admit it, I had my doubts before, but now...
- You are happy that we were chosen by the Suns?
- Yeah... and you were right.
- 'bout what?
- Javi does have a nice ass.

Citlalli and Mike then started to laugh. Deep down, she knew these guys were perfect for the job.
- Anyway... we must find the other Rangers.
- I don't want to be rude, but, Isn't safer for them if we don't awake their powers? - Asked Mike. Citlalli was amazed. He was serious for the first time.
- He's right. We don't need to put more people in danger.
- I know that. You think that I wanted to put YOU two in danger? I told you already, I need the other two guardians to took away the Suns from you... Of course, there's another way to took away them...
- Destroying the guardian... - Said Mike, grimly.
- Yes, giving you the power to become power rangers, you can protect yourselves if I'm not available. That's why I gave you the Ancient Morphers. They have a connection with the Morphing Grid.
- What the heck is the "Morphing Grid"?
- Nobody knows really... not even the people who made it.
- And finally, how is that Ixcatizn knows the secrets of the Nahual?
- I... I don't want to talk about that.
- A'ight then. But if we are going to fight side to side, we are going to need just one thing.
- And what is that?
- Let's be friends. - Said Mike, while putting his hand out in the center of the trio. Javi did the same. Citlalli hesitated a little, but stuck her hand too. Mike and Javi grinned, lowed their hands, sprung them up, and then yelled:

Episode 2. The More, The Merrier

- I just can't wait to tell the others! - Mike was very excited. Yesterday he was just another college student. Now, he was a protector of the Earth, and the keeper of the Water Sun.
- We can't tell them! - Replied Javi, pushing Mike to a wall.
- Are you going to kiss me?
- What? NO! - Javi quickly released Mike.
- Aww... - Said Mike with a look of disappointment on his face. - Are you sure?
- Are you nuts?
- Yeah. And you know that, Why are you asking me?
- We can't tell the others that we are the new Rangers.
- Why not?
- 'cause.
- I need a better reason than that.
- Because.
- That's enough for me, but seriously, don't you trust them or what?
- Of course I trust them, but If we tell them, we are going to put them in danger.
- FINE! We won't tell them. But if we discover that Ixcatzin is looking for his brother slash sister and one of our friends is him slash her, we WILL tell them, A'ight?
- Eh... sure?
- Did Citlalli said how she is going to locate the other two rangers?
- How can you pronounce her name? - Mike just shrugged - Anyway, she's going to calibrate her pendant to find the other two. If she can do it, then she's going to calibrate our pendants. Are you listening to me?
- Sorry, I was lost in your eyes.
- Ugh! STOP THAT!
- Ok, sorry. But since we don't have any clues to who the other rangers are, let's just keep our eyes open and watch if there are any new students, twelve years old geniuses, students from rivals schools, or Ixcatzin minion's who help us every now and then.
- Oh...key... Now let's hurry or we are going to be late.

- No, the fact that we usually study the day before the tests. Are you maturing and did not told us?

- Then shut up.

- Tell me again, Why are we here? - Asked Javi to Mike, when they entered a Sports Shop. - I mean, no offense, but you're a little... lazy. I had never seen you doing anything sporty.
- I told you. I'll buy a bow, and a couple of arrows.
- What for? - asked Javi, confused.
- Because my weapon is a bow, and I don't know how to use it.
- How do you know that your weapon is a bow?
- Citlalli told me.
- That makes sense. So, what bow are you going to buy?
- What makes you think I know?

Later that day, on the Pixquiyan.
A pair of rays, yellow and blue, transformed themselves into two young men.
- How did you do that? -Asked Mike, after seeing that his body was complete.
- Cit... Cit.. The Red Ranger gave me a Black Mirror.
- She gave you a Black Mirror to teleport and communicate, but she didn't told you how to pronounce her name? It's See - Tla - Lee.
- Whatever, I can teleport and you can't...
- Then I guess I will have to be with you at EVERY moment, just in case something happens.
- So!, Do you want your own Mirror? Or learn to swim? Or ride a bike?
- Ha ha... very funny. Anyway, Where in the world is Citlalli? - Mike grinned - See? I said it in the first try.
- Shut up stick.
- Reeds aren't sticks...
- .... Let's find Cit...
The guys wandered a little in the many rooms of the building. Most of them were empty, and some of them had black mirrors in them. There were others which were clearly designed for them, one in blue, and another in yellow. Several were closed, and, finally, they found Citlalli.
- Hi Star! - Greeted Javi with enthusiasm. - Did you found the others?
- Not yet... What's that? - Asked Citlalli, seeing Mike's bow.
- A bow, obviously. I bought it for practice.
- Glad you did it. You can go to one of the empty rooms if you want. I don't know if I have claws tough.
- Don't worry - grinned Mike. - I have.
- WHAT? Where did you get that? - Asked Javi, while Mike gave him the weapons.
- A Flea Market. You'll never know what you can find in those places.

- So, How's training? - Asked Javi to his friend, entering the blue room.
- Fantastic. I did a couple of bulls eye here... of course, I wasn't' pointing at those, but, whatever. And you?
- Great. I destroyed a couple of dummies with the claws. Thanks again bro.
- You're welcome, as always.
In that moment, Mike's Cell phone rang. (A whole New World, BTW.) Javi rolled his eyes.
- Hey Irene! ' sup? . It's Irene - Whispered Mike to Javi. He rolled his eyes again.
- Nah, are you sure?
- Affirmative. Yes? Oh, sorry, Javi was interrupting me. Yes, he's very rude, I know that... So?... Yeah... It was today? Okay then... Yes, in about fifteen minutes... C - ya. - He hanged up.
- Why was Mike talking to that block? - Asked Citlalli, looking at Mike's Cell phone.
- It's called a Cell phone. We can communicate with it with people who is far away.
- Technology ruins the mysticism. I prefer the Black Mirrors. And with whom you were talking?
- Irene. She's a friend of us, with who we were supposed to met an hour ago in the Quake.
- You are going to meet them in a Quake? - Wondered Citlalli, confused.
- The Quake is some sort of restaurant. We hang out there, do homework and spend ridiculous amounts of money. Want to come?
- Sure thing Blue Boy!

Quake, a great place for teen and not-so-teens-anymore to hang out.
- Why I'm using this clothes?
- Because you'll look weird in a warrior or ranger suit in here. - Said Mike.
- I know that, but why I'm using Mike's clothes?

- Yeah! It's a competition from the Magazine 299. I hope we'll win.

- We should go now, they are calling us. - said Angel to Tania and Irene.

The trio went to another room, where they were going to prepare.
- Your friends are very nice people. - Said Citlalli.
- Yeah. That's why I don't feel good about lying to them.

The show was... boring to say the least. Most of them were clothes with little to no modification, the judges looked very disappointed. Most of the "designers" were girls with obvious dyed hair, and all dressed almost just like each other.
- And they say that the clones are impossible. - Whispered Mike. Javi laughed, and Citlalli looked confused.
Then it was Tania's turn. She was dressed normally and with her natural red hair, stood out of the other competition.
- Hi! My name is Tania Garcia. For my designs, I was inspired by the ancient cultures of our country... Well, actually, a friend inspired me. - She winked at Mike. Irene and Angel came out. - Irene is wearing a green dress, inspired by nature, and with glyphs of the Aztec civilization. Angel is wearing a dress shirt with pink details in the neck and the waist, to make him look a lot slender. - Mike and Javi almost laughed at that. - The pants are very comfortable, and are perfect to par-tay or school.
She continued talking, but her voice didn't sounded anymore. She checked her microphone, it was still "on", but, another voice sounded instead.
- I know you are here... - Said the voice. Citlalli's eyes became wide open.
- It's him... - Said to Mike and Javi. they didn't understood.
Suddenly, bolts of white light appeared, making all the people very nervous. And he showed himself. The White ranger appeared beneath Tania, and took her by her neck. All the people started screaming and fleeing the place.
- Show yourselves, Nahual Rangers, or this girl will die! -Said the White Ranger, threatening Tania's life with his lance.
- Tania! - Yelled Angel. He tried to jump at Ixcatzin, but he hit him with the non - pointy side of his lance.
- What are we going to do now? - Asked Mike to Citlalli. She walked to a place were they could not be seen by anyone.
- Shift into Nahual! Cuauhtli! - Citlalli transformed with red flames covering her body. - Red Nahual Ranger!
- Let's Nahual! Ocelotl! - Javi transformed again with a yellow whirlwind. - Yellow Nahual Ranger!
- Go Nahual! Acatl! - Mike transformed with blue bubbles dancing around his body. - Blue Nahual Ranger!
- We REALLY need to work on our henshin phrase. - Said Citlalli, rolling her eyes
- We'll do that later, we have to help our friends!
They ran to the main room of the Quake, where Ixcatzin was still holding Tania.
- Give Up! We are three and there is only one of you!
- You have a new friend? That's cute...
- Yeah, sure... Release Tania! I mean... that girl I haven't seen in my entire life!
- Sure... but first, Why don't you meet my friends first?

Suddenly, something strike them, with lots of special effects. Rays of light transformed in four people, which stood at the White Ranger's sides.
- Crimson Nahual Ranger! - Yelled the guy in dark red.
- Honey Nahual Ranger! - Yelled a girl in dark yellow.
- Viridian Nahual Ranger! - Yelled a guy in dark green. Then, he bowed.
- Navy Nahual Ranger! - Yelled a girl in dark blue.
- Who has an advantage now? Finish them!
- Let's call our Zords! - Yelled Mike.
- What? Why? - Asked Citlalli looking at Mike.
- To stomp those guys?
- Fight with them Lazy!
- I'm a watcher, not a fighter. Besides, It would be easier and faster that way.
- We should never escalate a fight.
- Why not? We are the good guys anyway... And lots of public property is going to be saved if we destroy the monster before it...
- SHUT UP AND FIGHT!

Mike didn't have time to turn to where his adversaries where, as he was flying toward the wall, breaking it open. He was outside, and Javi helped him to stand up.
- Wow... those girls totally kicked your ass.
- You know... - The Viridian Ranger was the one speaking. - It's not a bad idea to call our Zords.
- Do it. I prefer to kick this guy's ass hand-to-hand. - Said the Honey Ranger, looking at Mike.
- Okay then, it's not like I need you or something. Cipactli Zord! Activate! - Yelled the Viridian Ranger.
Something emerged from his chest, and grew bigger, to the size of a Zord. In a flash of green light, it transformed into a Zord, shaped in the form of an Alligator.
- So... That's what a Cipactli is? - Asked Javi nonchalantly
- Yup... - Was the only thing that Mike managed to say.
The Viridian Ranger jumped to his Zord, and it changed it's form, more human-like.
- ... crap....
Inside the Building, Tania was being held now by the Crimson Ranger, with a knife on her throat. Meanwhile, the Red Ranger was fighting (again) with the White Ranger. The Navy Ranger was watching Irene and Angel, who where still on the ground.
- What do you want from us? - Cried Tania to the Crimson Ranger. He didn't said anything.
Outside, Javi was being chased by the Cipactli Zord, and his claws didn't seem to be of any help. On the Other side, Mike was fighting... or trying to fight with the Honey Ranger, which had a Fan as her weapon, and was using it as a baton.
- Acatl Bow! - Yelled the boy. - Hey! Why does it say Zyuranger? - The Honey Ranger laughed.
- That's a girl's weapon. You are pathetic.
- I knew THAT. So if I win, you're going to be even more pathetic.
- Fair Enough...
Honey Ranger charged against Mike, and he shoot an arrow against her. Without even knowing how, he had made a magical arrow, a Water Arrow, full of his power, and that arrow impacted the Honey Ranger full, creating a big explosion. She had hit the wall, but didn't break it.
- Good Work! Care to help? - Yelled Javi.
- Just call your Zord!
- HOW?
- What Makes you think I know? Just do what he did!
Javi stopped and started to concentrate.
- Ocelotl Zord! Activate!
A ball of yellow light surged from his chest, and transformed into a Zord. Javi boarded it immediately.
- Uh-oh...
- Is something wrong? - Asked Mike. Now he realized that somehow, he can still hear Javi even when they were at a considerable distance.
- How the hell do I control this thing??
- ... crap...
Something strike him again. The Honey Ranger was staring at him.
- You thing that you had beaten me??? THAT was NOTHING!
- Just what I needed...
Inside the building, the White ranger was gaining, mostly due to the fact that the Crimson and the Navy rangers were holding hostages.
- Leave us alone! - Yelled Irene at the Navy Ranger. She just laughed.
- Shut Up! - Yelled the Navy Ranger. She waived her whip, and was about to hit her with it.
- STOP!
Angel moved his hand in direction of the whip, and it stopped in mid air. Like if time had stopped.
- You... I... I can't move!
The Crimson Ranger saw what was happening and let go Tania.
- So you have one of the Suns... Die then!
He was about to use his knife against Angel, who was still shocked. Irene screamed, and suddenly the dirt and bricks that the other Ranger made when they destroyed the wall attacked the Crimson Ranger, several times.
Citlalli and Ixcatzin stopped their fight, impressed by the two "hostages".
All of a sudden, the Honey Ranger came flying, all covered in ice, and hit Ixcatzin, giving Citlalli the opportunity to get out of there, with Irene, Tania and Angel.
Outside, the Cipactli Zord was kicking the Ocelotl Zord, who had also a humanoid mode. Mike was aiming at the Cipactli Zord.
- I don't think that tiny arrow is going to help Javi.
- I can always try...
Mike shoot his arrow, but it was somehow different. It wasn't totally blue, but it also had a little yellow on it. The arrow impacted one of the legs of the Cipactli Zord, freezing it.

The Ocelotl Zord punched the Cipactli Zord on his "face". The Cipactli Zord fell, and it disappeared in a ball of light. The Viridian Ranger fell flat on his back.
Javi then descended from his Zord, which then transformed into a ball of light.
- We have to go... NOW.
- Gee... why do you always say that?
Citlalli withdrew her Mirror, and teleported them to the Pixquiyan. Javi took his helmet off and puked right there.
- Gross! - Said Mike. Irene, Tania and Angel where speechless.
- Don't feel so bad. I got so sick the first time I got into my Cuauhtli Zord, that I puked.
- Really? - Asked Javi.
- Yeah. Inside my helmet.
- Gross! - Said Mike again. - Don't you think is gross, guys?
The others didn't said anything.
- Javi... you ARE the Yellow Ranger?
- No, he's the Mustard Ranger. Duh!
- MIKE! - Yelled Angel at his friend's helmet. - You ARE the Blue Ranger!
- Oh... right, Power Down! - Said Mike. He then was on his warrior suit. - What the...? I was in normal clothes before morph!
- Shut up... Power Down! - Said Citlalli and Javi at the same time.
Citlalli explained to Tania, Angel and Irene what she had explained to Mike and Javi just the day before. They listened very patiently. And then, she awoke their Nahuals. Irene was dressed in a green suit, and Angel in a pink one.
- Aren't you going to say anything? - Asked Angel, looking at Mike. He shocked his head.
- C'mon, So what if you are the Pink Ranger? I mean, I'm actually jealous, you are the first male pink ranger... EVER. I'm just your average blue-boy. Gee, even Citlalli is the first Red girl, Irene is the first green girl, and Javi is one of the few yellow boys. I'm like a commoner...
- Oh... don't feel so bad... you're the first... errr... Mexican Ranger?
- Citlalli and Ixcatzin were rangers before we were... - Said Mike with a sigh...
- At least you are a Ranger. - Said Tania, sadly.
- What are these symbols on our chests? - Asked Irene quickly changing the theme.
- Oh, right, those are your Nahuals. - said Citlalli, very politely. - Irene, wise and quick and spirited, you are the Coatl, the Snake.. You have the Tlaltonatiuh, the Earth Sun.
- I'M A SNAKE? - Asked the girl. She was clearly not pleased.
- What's wrong with it? Many of the gods in the Aztec mythology had "snake" in their names, like Quetzalcoatl. Also, it is in our flag.

- That guy... the White Ranger... he called you... sister.
Citlalli swallowed hard, while Mike and Javi looked at her very surprised. She started to walk to one side to another.
- He called me that... because is what I am... he's my twin brother.
- WHAT? But... How?
- Well... My mom and my dad...
- YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN! - Yelled Javi, very angry.
- Why didn't you told us?
- I don't know... Maybe I was ashamed... My own brother...
- So what? It's not your fault he's crazy.
- Well actually..
- You know what? why don't you tell us EVERYTHING.
- I think I should... See, centuries ago, when Earth was still young, powerful beings of space came here, and presented themselves to the Aztecs, posing as gods. They practically enslaved them. Legend says that one of those being was good, and trained the most powerful warriors to fight the others, their names were Xiuhtecutli, Quetzalcoatl, Chalchiuhtlicue, Tlazolteotl, Tezcatlipoca and Xochiquetzal.
- Wait! Aren't those names of the Aztec gods and goddesses?
- Yes, the people was so grateful with them that they put them as their new gods. Anyway, the battle was hard, but, at the end, the brave warriors of Earth were winning. They destroyed the monsters, but then, something happened... The spirits of the monsters fused, and they tried to destroy the warriors. The other being, the one that had trained them, sacrificed himself, and managed to de-fuse the monster. The heroes managed somehow to seal the spirits of the monsters away, but only one of them survived to that.
- Wait... they sealed them? Where?
- That thing hanging on your neck.
- WTF?
- Don't worry. My ancestor use his power to create a sixth pendant, the Black Mirror, which main purpose was the purification of the other pendants. With the pass of time, my family learned to add more properties to the main mirror, creating little mirrors, which now we use to communicate between us, and to teleport to here, or where another mirror is.
- That's useful. But you haven't explained why... He's our enemy.
- Since that happened the descendants of that hero are in charge of the pendants. When the leader feels that his or her time had arrive, It's time to choose a new leader, usually it's the firstborn of the family, but not always. Sometimes, the second born, or the third born are chosen. We were the first twins ever in our history, and our mother died giving us birth, so we were the only two. My dad chose me, and Ixcatzin was furious. He left this place two years ago, when I was declared new leader. Then, three days ago, a white warrior appeared. Since no one knows about this place, we were happy that Ixcatzin had managed to find another power to protect the pendants. We were wrong. He attacked us. My father tried to stop him, but.. you know the results... I Morphed, and went to the altar, to protect the Sun pendants... I don't know how happened, but I freed the pendants. One of them went directly to my chest, and I beaten Ixcatzin. I was looking for the other Suns, and yesterday, I realized they were in your city. I went there, to try and locate them, but Ixcatzin followed me. That's were you two found me.
- It was destiny. - said Mike with a smile.
- But... - Said Javi, looking at the ground. - Now you have the five suns united... Are you going to...?
- No. If Ixcatzin didn't had those warriors, I would take them, but I... I need you. All of you.
- What? I don't have a Nahual awaken. Why would you need me? - Asked Tania.
- I thought Ixcatzin was alone. We don't know if he has more warriors at his service, you are going to stay here and protect the Black Mirror.
- But... if one of the minions of Ixcatzin comes here... Isn't that a little bit dangerous? - asked Angel, concerned for his friend.
- The Black Mirror will protect you. It is Full of power, but it has no will of its own. And we couldn't take it with us. The power of one pendant is all what a human body can support. That's why I need you.

All just stared at Mike.
