My story

Episode 1:

Do you want to know my story? Of course you do, everyone does. I am a legend. The legend from Onyx. The one who stopped the war before it began. Am I respected? Yes. Do I deserve to be? Probably not.

My name is the masked warrior. I will not and cannot tell you my true name. I have worn these same cloths since the great battle. I am completely covered in black. From what others have told me, the only thing people can see are my dark red eyes. I guess they intimidate my enemies, but I have found them most useful when playing cards.

My home is here, on Onyx. My travels have sent me from one end of the galaxy to the other. From Aquitar to Earth to Eltar and back. There their is good and evil and everywhere in between, but here, there is honor. Darkonda wasn't evil here, yet he was elsewhere else. He was strong, much as I am now. Here, I can live, play a little cards, relax, and have little kids come up to me wishing they could be just like me. Those poor ignorant children.

What you will now know that no one else knows is I have the gift. Now your thinking I had the gift of being a ranger, which I was, but it was so much more then that. I could see what was going to happen before it happens, and then be able to change it. You think I'm crazy, but I have the gift. I knew that if I told anyone else, they would try killing me on the spot, but when I saw me telling you, you accepted me for who I am.

My story starts years ago, soon after Andros returned to his home. How I got to Onyx, I don't know. My body has always looked that of a young adult. I can't see the past, only the future. I was afraid to use my gift. I was even afraid to show my face, which is why I wore the cloths I did. I thought if they could see me, they would question me. Wonder who I am, why I'm here. I did not know then, but now I do, and so will you.

My story beings in the Onyx tavern many years ago. I was playing a game of pool with my old friend Eknhaj. I believe he was only my friend because of my pool skills. Together we made more money in pool then most make with a steady job in their life time. We mostly had to go around and find two people who didn't know about our reputation to play against. That is the only way we could make any serious money. Some of the more experience players would play us for small sums of money, just so they could brag about how well they had done.

This time was different. Zhane, yes Zhane, the former Silver Space Ranger came up to me and challenged me. At that point I could only think back one year, and during that year, he was the name in my head the most, except for maybe Andros. They were the standard, throughout the galaxy, of what you wanted to be as a creature. Their combination of determination and strength led them to greatness. They are who I wanted to be.

I stood up, shook his hand, and said "I accept your challenge, Zhane."

"You know my name?" said Zhane jokingly. "And you are?"

"Call me whatever you like." I replied. "How much are you willing to play for?"

"I don't have much money, but I have plenty of information about what has gone on in the galaxy. I've heard that this place doesn't hear much." replied Zhane with a puzzled look.

"And what would you like in exchange?" I asked.

"Your name." replied Zhane with a smile. "Go get Eknhaj, I'll get my partner, meet you here in five minutes."

I nodded my head and went to Eknhaj. I told him the news, in a very calm voice. I was hoping at the time his partner was Andros. Eknhaj burst out in excitement. He was my opposite. He drank non-stop, while I have never had a drop. He could talk non-stop too, while I would barely say a word. Why I was so quiet was because of my fear. I was afraid of not knowing. I could see the future, but I knew nothing of my past. I have thought about killing myself numerous times, but I had this gift and didn't want to waste it.

I arrived back at the pool table with Eknhaj, and saw Zhane with an alien. I didn't bother learning the alien's name. We began playing our game. Eknhaj talked constantly while I didn't say a word. Zhane and the alien were fairly talkative, and better pool players then I thought. Their was still no doubt in my mind that we would win.

The game was near it's end and we were very close to victory. Zhane was up and hit the ball, but then fell to the ground. I quickly saw him with green slime on his chest, I helped him to his feet as I heard screams. The bar quickly emptied except for us four, and three creatures. They were completely green with slime dripping down from them.

"Let's Rocket!" yelled Zhane. Zhane flipped over the table, pulled out his Super Silverizer, and blasted one of the three green monsters. His partner ducked under the pool table, and Eknhaj did the same. I don't know why, but I didn't do as them. It felt instinctual to fight. I punched one in the chest a couple of times, and he fell to the ground. I pushed him over on his back, grabbed his two hands, and put my knee on his back pinning him to the ground. Zhane had the other two on the floor when a few police officers came in. They cuffed the three green creatures and left.

"Power down." said Zhane. "Wow, nice job."

"Thank you." I replied, as Eknhaj and Zhane's partner got up. We continued our game. I finished them off with ease.

"You guys really are as good as they say." said Zhane, as his partner snuck away, trying to avoid pay. Zhane told me about anything and everything about the galaxy. The only thing worthwhile was the news about the Galaxy rangers. Kendrix, the former pink ranger was killed, and his girl friend Karone took over as the pink ranger.

Even though I have only heard of the space and galaxy rangers, but hearing that one sacrificed her life for everyone else upped my respect for Power Rangers even more. Hearing that Karone was taking over interested me even more. I have heard story upon story of her. I didn't think she would fight for the side of good, but you never know.

"Look, even though Karone wants to be a ranger, I'm getting too old for this. I need someone to take over." said Zhane. "Also, I'm a little low on cash."

"So your asking me if I want to buy your morpher?" I asked.

"Yes." replied Zhane bluntly. I couldn't put a price on that morpher. I would love to have it, but I wasn't ready to give up my life to be a ranger. I tried to look into the future but didn't see a thing. My visions came whenever they wanted to, not when I wanted them. I pulled out a large piece of gold from my pocket.

"Would this do?" he asked. I nodded, took my gold, and he gave me his morpher. I put the morpher around my wrist. Then my vision came.

cool so far but what was with those police officers?
i mean does onyx have a police force?

The first thing I saw when my vision began was me with a mechanic. He had my Digimoprher opened up, and he took out a small chip. He then pulled out a small blaster and fired at it. He then put the morpher back together and handed it to me. I could see our lips moving, but I couldn't make out the words he was saying.

Then my vision flashed to a frozen land. It was snowing, and their were those same green creatures. This time instead of only being three, I saw them by the hundreds. I saw Psycho Red who was presumably destroyed fighting the green creatures.

My third vision was of Zhane and the guards that took the green aliens away. He was paying them money. He then showed a map of near by planets including Onyx. He had three of them circled, and a few more with a big red X on them. He began laughing and Karone joined him. I then heard Zhane's voice. "I will rule it all."

I opened my eyes to escape from my visions. By that time Zhane was gone. The bar was filling back up, and Eknhaj was also gone. I began to get the pool room back in order, but found that my pool cue had snapped in half. I wasn't too upset about this, for I had the money to replace it and I was now a power ranger. I was more worried about my morpher, and how to stop Zhane.

I didn't think the morpher was broken. It seemed fine when he used it, and it didn't seem like he did anything with it after the battle. I also felt that taking care of Zhane was even more important, but my main source of income was pool, so getting a pool cue was still top on my list.

After thinking about the vision's in my head some more while walking to the store, I recalled Zhane with hair on his face. When I saw him today, he didn't. Therefor I had at least some time before my vision would come true.

I went inside the store and bought myself a new cue. I have needed a new one for awhile, but now that it was broken it just reassured it. My new one was of much better quality. I left the store to find myself surrounded by 5 of the green creatures. I took a firm grip on one end of the cue, and swung it, knocking all 5 of them back.

I pushed the correct numbers on my morphers, and morphed to the Silver ranger. The energy surge was amazing. I dropped my cue and pulled out my Super Silverizer, and fired at all of them, knocking them one by one to the ground. They each slowly got up, and fired their green slime at me. I did a flip in the air, and was no longer surrounded. I put the Silverizer in sword mode, and slashed at them.

Police members rushed the streets, and cuffed them when he was on the ground. They put the green creatures in their vehicle.

"Thank you for the help." said one of the officers. I examined her uniform, and it said Zhane's warrior # 0027 on it.

"Your welcome." I replied. I didn't ask any questions because I didn't want Zhane to know I suspected anything. I demorphed, picked up my cue, and began walking back to the bar.

Cool story,not sure if I like the idea of Zhane selling his morpher. But the idea of a rouge ranger who can see the future is interesting.

While walking back to the bar, I had realized weather I had liked it or not, I was going to have to use my powers. My powers of seeing the future and my ranger powers. It was time for me to stop being afraid of not knowing my past, and working to have a future.

I returned to the bar, and set my cue in a special container in the pool room. Because I spent a lot of money at the bar, they allowed me to leave my cue their. Then Eknhaj found me.

"Dude, what's that green stuff on your shirt?" he asked. I didn't notice the monsters got anything on me, but I guess they did.

"I was attacked by those green things again." I said.

"Wow, it's like they're after you or something." Eknhaj replied.

"Um, yeah." I said.

"Dude, I heard about these guys that play pool for a ton of money. They are at the dark inn on that small place that I promised my mom I'd never go to." he said. "But now that you're the Silver Ranger, you could totally kick their butts."

"Keep it down, do you really think I want everyone to know I'm the Silver Ranger?" I asked.

"Oh, yeah, right." Eknhaj replied. "But if I was the Silver Ranger-." He continued speaking, but then I had a vision. The Dark Inn was being attacked, and easily taken over. They were attacked by the same green creatures. The vision was short, but to the point. Even though the Dark Inn was full of characters with bad reputations, they needed to be saved.

"Okay, let's go." I said, cutting him off. Since no one else was in the pool room, I pulled my Digimorpher out of my pocket and morphed. We then walked out of the Onyx Tavern. We rushed to avoid being followed, as I heard one person yell 'Hey, Zhane's back!'.

"Silver Cycle." I yelled, and got on. Eknhaj got on too, and we rode to the Dark Inn. While riding I saw that the Zhane's police force was keeping an eye on us. No one in town really questioned their arrival, since they protected the people with good reputations on Onyx from stupid newcomers.

Once we were a short distance away, we got off and I demorphed. We walked the rest of the way, and entered the inn. It looked very similar to the Onyx Tavern, except with more questionably looking characters.

Eknhaj went to get a drink, while I found the pool table. It was in the basement of the bar. I waited for Eknhaj, and we walked down. Eknhaj pointed out the two aliens he wanted us to play against. We waited for their game to be over. From watching them they seemed very good, but I didn't think they were as good as us.

We walked up to them, and Eknhaj did the talking. We were playing for more money then I thought we would. At least, until a little man who was watching another match came up to them.

"Don't play them." he said. "I've heard of these guys, they will win."

"Oh really." said the larger of our two opponents. "So then you wouldn't mind playing for double."

"Of course not." said Eknhaj with a smile. We all put more money on the table. Unlike at the Onyx in, their was no one working at the Inn to make sure the winner gets the money. Instead I kept an eye on it. Then, our match began.

cool, i like the visions they kinda help the story and they give u an idea of what is gonna happen, but not necisarily when or how.
