No longer selling season 1 now that there is a german release, an official release, even though their release is low quality, well not that low but compression is noticed and i kinda think thats unacceptable as a dvd release, but nonetheless i bought it and will not be selling season 1 anymore. thanks to those who purchased from me and please support the season 1,2,3 release of the mighty morphin power rangers! i don't know a ninjastiker, but curtis, yes i do know. these were from him in PAL formatt.

ok well vol 7 has been restarted and started off with the ep "calamity kimberly" which i have to say has extreme video problems durin the megadragonzord and tyranno zord battle so i have to fix this. but at least vol 7 is a go now.

vol 8 which wraps of the first 40 eps of season 1 is complete. vol 9, which pretty much starts off the "zyu 2" part of season 1 with the exception that the ep "lions and blizzards" is a zyuranger ep made pr, will be started this monday. i'll maybe start encodin vol 9 tomorrow but depends since i have errands tomorrow and saturday.

i think i will be leavin for vacation at the end of july, and i won't be back till late aug, so i'm gonna try and finish up season 1 dvd-rs within the next week and a half, i know some people are already interested in my set, so with that being said, vol 10 eps are being encoded as i type. check back for updates.

looks like vol 10 will be done by tomorrow, which means i'll most likely start encodin vol 11's eps on friday and saturday and vol 11 should be done by monday. so vol 12 the last and final vol should be done by next friday! course i'm just estimating.

Sounds good megagao. My only question is: how is the video quality? You posted screencaps of High Five on pg 1 (which had some slight video problems) when you initially started to transfer the eps to DVD. Are there any major vdieo/audio flaws that will need to be cleaned up after you finish all 12 volumes?

the video quality is better then those found on bt or irc, there are just a select few eps with vhs lines that appear. for me, i will say there are no major video/audio flaws other then what i stated b4 when i first made this thread, some of which i already fixed as i stated on the first post. so other then the video quality not being the same as my sentai dvds, the quality is still far better then i've seen online. :D

As i stated earlier, i will leave for vacation july 29th. so since i'm at least halfway done with vol 11 i will most likely start taking orders as of this tues or wed for those interested in buying my season 1 dvd-rs. but i will stop saturday july 23rd. so between the day i say its ok to start askin for orders till the 23rd is the gap u have to send money via paypal only since my stay is limited. only between those days will i accept orders, if i am able to accept more after the 23rd i will post it here. stay tuned.

i've started encodin vol 12's eps, the first 2 eps of vol 12 are being encoded as i type, leavin only 3 eps left and some promos to encode, which means if i do one encode a day starting tomorrow, i'll be done wednesday afternoon which means i'd be 2 full days ahead of sched. all good!

The past set is a 9/10, but you are ruining it to a 8/10 set. whats the point. oh yeah, your a scammer and only care about the money.

How the hell do you know where his sources came from? They shown MMPR is the UK not too long ago. So they aren't old VHS rips. From what I have heard your sentai sets aren't as good as you claim to be. I heard that they have audio synching problems and shit like that. You are overall a bad seller and no one should buy your overpriced shit.

I will soon be posting a full review of the set I was sold by Megagao. I will detail any and all problems there are with the set. I've made notes on everything; all that remains is for me to write everything out and finding the time to do so.

7 people out of the many he has scammed. Someone told me not to bother when getting his shit. They know more about the quality of his sets than you do. As i have stated before. i never lied about where i got my sets, but i am offering them to anyone who wants them. Bluethunders sets are pal mine are ntsc and fixed up a bit. No quality loss, i use tmpg xpress 3.0 for the conversion.
As for what Scxsslp is saying, he has never bought a sentai set from me, nor has he been talkin to anyone who has bought a set from me. its even stated in my sentai on dvd-r's thread that after he caused a fuss on that thread, i posted a reply sayin pretty much that i don't wanna deal with him or sell him my sets, he's obviously upset and is lashing out, whatever i don't care. for the people who bought from me here on rb.com, u know who u are and u've personally said my set is the highest out there, thank you. i will no longer reply to anything that scxsslp or bluethunder has to say, this convo is over.

I'm not sure if i fully stated what i'm offering, although you know what it is i'm selling, i'll briefly explain the dvd-r's.

These are Ntsc formatted DVD-R's. technically all region, but if u don't have a dvd player that can switch between ntsc and pal, then u pretty much are gonna have to watch them on ur computer(this is for those international people).
Each dvd-r has 5 episodes, complete with chapter stops every 4 minutes i believe, with full motion menu's. Each episode is listed with its title, and has a motion thumbnail. whats different though i guess from my sentai sets is that the background to the main menu is a music video, i used scenes from the eps on that specific dvd to make my music videos. each dvd has its own unique mv playing in the background of the main menu. you can also selected the mv and play it without the episode thumbnails in the way, sort of like an extra.
Majority of the dvds don't have any other type of extras. but the last few dvds of this season i managed to put some trailers or promos of season 1, to make it kinda feel official.
Another sidenote, each mv in each dvd is different, what i mean is the song used isn't always the same. u'll see if you purchase.
Please make sure your dvd players can play ntsc formatted dvd minus r's, i use either maxell dvd-r's or fuji film dvd-r's. each dvd plays well, although i recommend u only play these dvd-r's on ur dvd player, they may or may not work properly on ur computer unless u have a nice brand new computer that reads very well then u'll have no issues.

although i did initially say i was goin to release seasons 2-5, it looks like i won't be anymore. in order to release more seasons i need to sell my current season 1 in order to get more seasons, for which no one has purchased, so to me it looks like no one is interested in season 1 at all, even though quality wise its better then all the downloadable versions of season 1. but i will leave this set up for sale on rb.com in case others are interested, if at all. since my sentai sets are more of a hit i will just continue on with my sentai releases, and hopefully finish up jetman soon so i can move onto gingaman.
