Old School Rangers fanfic "tech specs"

Like I said in my other thread, this thread will give the synopsis of the story, along with the character bios and some of the technology specs.

Tommy Oliver
age: 24

Tommy is the oldest known ranger there is. After becoming a doctor of paleontology and working on some bioengineering with a man named Anton Mercer. Tommy then comes to the city of Reefside and becomes a teacher. He comes to find out his old friend Anton is still alive but he has an evil alter ego known as Mesogog. With the threat of Mesogog and his three students Ethan, Kira and Conner stumbling across Tommy's Dino Gems, he leads the new Dino Thunder Rangers.

Now Tommy has agreed to help is old friend Clayton and advise Clayton how to be a good leader for this new ranger team called the OSR: Old School Rangers. He leads the team as the new Dark Green Ranger. He calls once again on the power of a green dragon.

Tommy is cool headed and very intellegent. Using his skills in martial arts, he makes short work of the forces of evil.

Clayton William
age: 19

Clayton has been a friend of the Power Rangers since the very beginning. Soon after Tommy first joined the Rangers as the Green Ranger, Clayton stumbled upon them as they were morphing. Clayton hid as he watched the Rangers fight a fierce monster. As the monster started to gain the upper hand Clayton became the important distraction that bout the Rangers time to defeat it. Clayton from then on started helping the Rangers on their missions. At first after starting his training with Jason and Tommy, he was able to fight the henchmen like Putties and such, but not the monsters. Feeling left out all the time from the battles he started studying science with Billy. Clayton then came up with a great invention. He created a belt that would emit a force field around his body that protected him like the Rangers suit protected them. After gaining the Power of Zeo Clayton came up with the theory that the old Zords still exsisted somewhere and if they had a power source they would be a valuble asset to their arsenal.

Before the Rangers had to "Shift into Turbo" Clayton left to prove his theory about the old Zords. After locating the Dragon Zord and programing the computer to find the others, he gathered the Zords into one spot. After disecting all the Zords to re-power them Clayton found out something interesting. Each of the Rangers had absorbed all the powers of each protector beast they had encountered. Clayton was able to merge each of the Ranger powers into more powerful powers.After discovering a new evil was on it's way to Earth, Clayton finished the new morphers and went looking for Tommy, the most powerful ranger that ever lived to help him defend the Earth.

Clayton leads the team with the help of Tommy as the White Ranger. Calling apon the protector beast the White Bat.

Brett Radius
age: 21

Brett is an average lazy art college student. He always did dream of being more than artist. Being a comic book writer and illustrator in his free time he always envyed his characters, for having the adventures he could never have. He was chosen to be a ranger for his underlying determination to do great things. He is very mellow, laid back and quite the ladies man.

Brett is now the Black Ranger. He calls upon the protector beast the Black Fox.

Catherine Kennedy
age: 16

Catherine has always been very popular. As a cheerleader, Homecoming Queen and all around prepy person. She always tried to do the right thing, but no matter what she did she was always the snob of the school. After awhile she accepted the snob persona and started become what she use to hate. It was only the loss of her Grandmother, her only living family member was she able to get away from being a snob. She stayed in a depressed state for a few months until she met a girl named Luda. Luda, whom had gone through a similar loss, was able to help Catherine get out of the deep depression she was in.

Catherine has found new confidence in herself as the Pink Ranger. Calling upon the guardian beast Humming Bird.

Maurce Trent
age:23

Maurice the good friend of Brett, has been the counter to Brett's personality. Maurice is a little more uptight and can be quick to anger. Also an art college student, Maurice hasn't really cared what has happened to him. He decided a long time ago that he would stop caring to much about the little things. That has made more of a loose person. A famous break dancer and known for his anime art, he has always seemed to enjoy himself.

Maurice is now the Blue Ranger. He calls upon the protector beast Blue Rhino.

Luda P.
age: 15

Luda is a science nerd. She has always been into science. She is a child prodogy. She enrolled into high school at age 15. She met Catherine on her second day in class. With her kind personality, she was able to help Catherine get out of a deep depression. When Luda was little her parents dies and it left little Luda alone to fend for herself. She hopes one day that she will be able to become an astrologer.

Luda is now the Yellow Ranger. She calls upon the protector beast Yellow Lion.

Sophie has always been a loner. She was teased as a child and she hasn't been able to get to know people with the fear that they will also treat her as others have in the past. Although she had many a night thought about ridding herself of all that trouble her, but an epiphany one night she decided to become a dancer. She would use it as a vent of her anger. Through her dancing she learned how to fight. She was picked for a team, when she was able to fight off alien henchmen by herself.

Sophie is now the Red Ranger. She calls on the protector beast Red Tailed Hawk.

The Morphers:

Each Morpher will be the color of the corrisponding ranger. For example the Pink Ranger's morpher is pink, Red Rangers morpher is red ect. When activated an image of their protector beast. Then from the arm the Ranger is holding the morpher in their suit would scan onto their bodies.

There are four buttons on the morpher. Two behind the screen and two on the main morpher piece. The button on the right (if you were holding it like a gameboy right means your left and left means your right.) calls for or sends the Zords away. The left is the button is for when all Rangers are in their Zords. They all press it simultaneously the Megazord is activated. The two buttons behind the screen are the activator buttons.


The Powers:
Although Clayton used the powers of the original Rangers power up through Zeo, he combined and enhanced the power 100 fold. Each of the seven powers took a protetor beast of it's own. The creatures Dragon, Bat, Fox, Rhino, Lion, Humming Bird and Red Tailed Hawk. Clayton's theory that the old Zords would be a valuble asset was correct. They gave him the basic blue print of the powers Clayton was enhancing. He keeps the original Zords hidden in a base near the old Command Center. In an emergancy they can be used as the back up power of the Rangers were something were to happed to the new power source Clayton created to power the Rangers. The new power source is an invention of Claytons design. He has yet to come up with a name for it. But it is a power longer lasting than all current power sources known to mankind.

I know last night I forgot the synopsis. A lot of things happened and I lost my internet. But here is the basic story

Synopsis:
Sonn after Tommy became the Black Dino Ranger, his old friend Clayton shows up in Reefside. Clayton asks Tommy to be on a Ranger team. Tommy says that he is now on a Ranger team, but Clayton pursuades him when he tells him why he wanted him to come be on the team. Clayton reveals that he received a call from Billy on an emergancy frequancy. The distress signal told of a great evil headed for Earth. The evil was known as the Eclipse. It was known by that name because when ever it conquered a planet it's evil spread across the planet elcipseing all that is good. The coming evil was more of a threat the Mesogog at the time, so Tommy did agree to join the team and leave Mesogog to the Dino Rangers. Clayton did inform Tommy that they needed five more rangers to fill the team roster. Hearing this they began the search for five new Rangers.

So now, when Clayton and Tommy find new Rangers can this new team face the force of the mighty Eclipse?

Here's the villian bio

Eclipse: After the destruction of Dark Specter, it left room for an even more powerful evil to fill the hole. The demon Eclipse emerged to fill Specters that hole. There is very little known about Eclipse. It is known that he has been around since the dawn of time. He was sealed away by a group of powerful monks on a planet called Mystic. Though he was sealed away, the cost was the lives of the monks due to the amount of power was needed to seal him. When Dark Specter was destroyed, the shock wave that it created was enough to break the seal the kept Eclipse at bay.
Eclipse is as intelligent as he is evil. He sent scout bots all over the universe to see if there was anyone who could pose a threat to him. Now these bots were programed to engage any enemy that could pose a threat to Eclipse. When no bots returned from the planet Earth, Eclipse set a course with his armada to the planet. He wanted to make sure he destroyed what ever the threat was on Earth.

As Eclipse re-began his reign of terror, news of his returned reached Aquatar. Calculating his path, Billy sent an SOS to Clayton. It was this that got Clayton on the search for new Rangers.

Eclipse has two main generals:
Geist and Daimon

for those who don't know daimon is Latin for demon.
and geist is German for ghost

the henchmen: Clayton just calls them the Imps. Eclipse lone day caught wind of it, liked the name and kept it. When they appear the seem to form out of the shadows. They stand about 5'9''. They are humanoid in appearance. The are pitch black in color and the only real distinctive feature they have are blood red glowing eyes. They carry various weapons, from swords to laser pistols.

really? damn. I thought I was playing him down more than in my original story. Do you have a suggestion on how to tone him back a bit more?

I've decided that there will not be zords in this fanfic. The Rangers will be fighting Eclipse and his Generals. There won't be monsters that will grow in this fic.
