Question though, what is the highest rank that a ranger could obtain? Is there anything higher than a "Secret Agent"?

I'm considering keeping Eric as the Quantum Ranger AKA Time-Fire. Because I don't think that anyone else from PRSPD could be angry enough to be that ranger. Trust me, you will like how I will make the Quantum story unfold.
