Welcome to the first ever FFotm Award Thread!

First off, I would like to congragulate all of the fanfics and fanfic authors that made it to the poll for FFotm: May 2005. Each and every fic was excellent in some way considering fans out there nominated you for the poll. So congrats to all nominees.

Now is the time for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners to recieve their awards.

Since last month there was a tie for 2nd and 3rd place winners, each winner will recieve an award. As for further explanation: 1st place recieves the Gold Award; 2nd place recieves the Silver Award; 3rd place recieves the Bronze Award. Though each award is labeled with what place the winner recieved.

Wow. Thanks Heather. That is so cool, I have no words for it. It's just pure awesomeness. I was perfectly fine with just the fact of the matter that I won, and didn't really care much about a prize. It's funny how the sight of that award changed my opinion. I know it's just a banner, but it's still very cool. I will display it with pride.

Thx Magic Force for the cool banner, and thanks to all the voters who came straight out of nowhere to credit my story. I know my fic gets a lot of views, but I was far from expecting that so many would like it enough to vote, seeing in it something that might be a little above the rest (I might have been expecting this more if EULOGY had been a part of my episode releases for May, but I guess DEATH WISH, HELL HATH NO FURY..., and the DARK WARRIORS Saga made their mark). Thanks also goes to those who didn't vote, but enjoy my fic nontheless. As long as you enjoy it, I'm cool with that. Hope to keep the interest in my story fresh, and maybe see you guys here again for June's FFOTM competition.

And I'm glad you like the awards, TSoldier! :) But all I did was make them...you guys determined which banners you got with your fanfics.

EDIT: Nevermind...I can't do that without having to resave the banners as .jpegs....grr...I'm already swarmed with stuff I have to do... Would someone mind just simply saving the banner for y3k, opening it in MS Paint, and resave it as a JPEG? Please? Thanks.

Big ups, TSoldier. Its good to get to read a refreshing MMPR rewrite like yours. I always look forward to reading your reviews of my MMPR rewrite, Fire and Ice. Its nice to see something different from what I'm doing, as you are doing more of an episode to episode based fanfic. Its cool. Keep up the good work and big congrats TSoldier. May I see you in the June competition and May the Power protect you.
