Here's the summary

Years later it is the year 2025. SPD was destroyed by Gruumm's final attack on earth. The earth ws left defenseless. An army man known as Commander Reiner decided to build a station to defend earth when it needed it. This base was in the sky. He recruited his own team of agents to train them to one day become Power Rangers. The base and the rangers powers would come from one thing: The Core. An evil villain known as Trelibicon wanted the Core to become so powerful no one would stop him. Will these new Rangers be powerful enough to stop Trelibicon and his army?
