Just kidding. My helmet is almost done so I threw it together with my blue spd costume so here it is.
The metalic Paint doesn't photo too well and so if it looks bad, it really isn't.

I'll agree with you there. A black and gold dragon helmet is bad ass. or better yet black and silver. Make the shield silver if you go with black. ;)

Yep, im definetly going with silver for the shield with a black body suit underneth. Now im stuck with an extra green ranger costume I have no use for.

if ya dont mind a suggestion....use the base of the dino commander.....but repaint a tyranno plate to that color scheme as the face plate matches the helmet better.

you could also use the dimetrodon plate (but have to shave off part of the crest or sthing).. that one has sharp teeth as well.. so it would be pretty good

I do admit, with the lighting and the quality of my camera, it makes the paint job look like crap. But once I start filming my movie you'll see how nice it looks, especially since it will be outside with much better lighting.

I tryed coloring my 8-inch rangers with a marker when I was little, needless to say they didn't turn out too great. Especially when I put a mustache on the pink ranger. Good thing they were washable, lol.

thats one thing that bugs me, does anyone have problems with there spandex suits showing there crotches or do you guys use some sort of cup to make it less obvious that your meat and two veg are showing

Because I dont make helmets, I just finish them from kit form. My black edition green ranger costume isn't done yet so I just threw the blue spd costume on my bro just to have one on.

Nice. Thats alot of kits compared to my 2. And my 3rd helmet, the black pris one may never look right due to the fact I suck at repairing helmets. Damn post office!
