View Full Version : Would anyone be interested in buying a GBA SP with Movie Player?

Just wanting to see if anyone would be interested in this. It's a GBA SP system, 5 games (Fire Pro Wrestling, Guilty Gear X Advance, Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival, King of Fighters EX 2, and Metal Slug Advance), and a GBA Movie Player with 256 MB Compact Flash card. I'll even throw in the Compact Flash reader w/ USB cable for free. If there's any interest let me know and I'll think of a price. Keep in mind it may be a bit expensive considering the Movie Player cost me $40 and the CF card was $50.

Also, I may just sell the Movie Player, Compact Flash card, and Compact Flash reader seperately if needed.

It's pretty nice. Though the conversion software could be better (and DO NOT use the new conversion software on their website. After installing it, I couldn't play DivX files on my PC!). The conversion software that comes with the player works well, though conversion takes a while. It's definitely worth it, however, when you're watching Abaranger vs Hurricanger on your GBA SP on a 4 hour car ride. And the added feature of being able to play NES ROMS is great, too. I've got about 70-80 on my CF card. The video quality is surprisingly good for being run on a GBA. The sound is often quite low due to the GBA's crappy internal speaker. Overall it's a great product.

Just the Movie Player alone, or the Movie Player with the Compact Flash Card and Reader? Cause you know, those are kinda required for the player.

Sweet. Movie Player sold. The GBA and games are still for sale. $80 for the system and 5 games. The screen is completely scratch free, and the system itself is silver.

Just so I know everyone's clear on this, the Compact Flash card is NOT compatible with the GBA. It's simply a 256 MB memory card that can be used with the GBA Movie Player. Without the movie player the Compact Flash Card has NO function with the GBA.
