I'm certain it's going to be the Cycle-Max Megazord (Delta Omega's Zord). It's part of the Fall toyline but it will most likely come out sometime in the Summer because I know for a fact that BA releases most of the Fall toys in the Summer. For example, I remember the Dino Zord Set being released around June or July and the Dx Dino Stegazord being released in August. Hope that helps.

Magimother just grew large on her own... She didn't turn into her mecha like the MagiRangers do... And she didn't have a huge horse to combine with either... Besides... She's dead, Jim...

So, You can bet your sweet bottom that the answer is "of course not".
