'Cuz they have to buy them from other stores at whatever their price is, they don't get them direct like a Toys R' Us or a Wal-Mart does. Then there's HLJ's own mark-up. Then whatever you gotta pay for shipping.

Sentai mecha prices are usually this high. DekaBase was like $150 from HLJ last year. (including SAL shipping)

As prices themselves rise, exchange rates vary, and stores like HLJ realize that people will buy regardless of the price, I forsee prices on imported Sentai items on a steady increase....
