Alright my first fanfic that I'm posting to the public, if there's a critism you wanna hit me with, do it.
I didn't want to get bashed really bad so that's why I asked for an edittor.
So jetfire85 gets credit for editting :D
Anyway about the story, A-Squad is reffered to be the 5 SPD rangers assuming at the end of the season or near that's what they'll become.
I'm working on Chapters 3 -5 still at the moment, but if there is something wrong in these first 2 chapters, I'll correct it first of course.
So here it is:

Power Rangers Essence
Chapter 1: Evolution, Part 1.
“Luke, wake up already!” a mother shouted as she began stomping up a stair case. She walked into a bedroom, yanked off the blanket and declared, “Luke, get up already!”
“Aww mom, it’s eight a.m., just give me a few more hours…” Luke replied in an annoyed manner.
“Son, you’re going to be late again, now get your butt off those sheets, I’m gonna wash’em,” his mother said. She then flipped his mattress, rolling Luke right off the bed.
“Thanks mom, I really needed that,” Luke said sarcastically.
“No problem, now let’s go.”
Luke, age 17 and in the 11th grade, ran down to the kitchen after just slapping on a pair of blue jeans and a red sweater, grabbed some toast and his back-pack and stormed out the door. Luke’s mother walked towards the shoe rack by the front door where Luke’s back-pack was and noticed the English assignment he’d left behind.
“God help…” she thought.
Luke then rushed into the school to his first period, English.
“You’re late again, Luke,” his teacher growled.
“Uhh… I’m sorry, I was…” Luke began to say.
“Just forget it, as long as you’ve completed your assignment on Richard the Third,” said his teacher.
Luke then closed his eyes and sighed depressingly.
“Take your seat; I’ll see you in detention,” the teacher said curtly.
Year 2022, in the city of Silvings, peace has been maintained since Gruumm the evil Space Emperor was defeated by the S.P.D. academy two years ago. Kat and her team of scientists had begun working towards harnessing nature’s great power since.
“Dr. Hilt, is it done yet?” Kat asked as when she walked into the room.
“Almost Miss Manx, we’re just having a little trouble here and there, but we have Fire, Ice and Wind completed,” Dr. Hilt replied.
“Perfect, let’s transfer the power into the new morphers and ready them to be tested,” Kat commanded.
“Yes ma’am,” a scientist replied as he readied to power up the energy transmitting machine.
“Okay…, hit it!” Kat shouted.
As the machine powered up, the lights in the S.P.D. head quarters began blinking on and off. Then suddenly sparks were flying and the three morphers vanished.
“What’s going on?” Doggie Cruger asked as he walked in.
“We were just testing three of the new morphers, however…it didn’t go so well - they vanished as we were transferring the power,” Kat responded.
“This is not good - begin tracking the morphers - send A-Squad out to find them!”
Cruger shouted.
A few hours later, in another part of the city, a young boy named Will was working in a video games store. He didn’t know what he wanted to do with his life, so he chose to just work there until he could find something better.
“Will, the new shipment out back has arrived, go deal with it,” his boss ordered.
“Yes sir, Mr. Riley,” Will responded cheerfully.
He signed for the new arrivals and opened one because he was waiting for the new Halo 9 release.
“What in the world is this?” Will wondered as he picked up a silver device with a wrist band. “Hmm… I wonder if this some sort of new gaming device undergoing testing.”
Mr. Riley then walked out and wondered what Will was holding in his hands.
“Hey, what is that?” Riley asked.
“I’m not sure; it was just in the package,” Will responded.
“There’s just one? Meh, just take it son. Find out what it is and how it works.” Riley told him.
“Wait, you mean I can just have it?” Will asked, confused.
“Yeah, it’s just a sample. It has to be, I don’t even remember ordering that. Now get these inside then you can take your lunch break,” Riley said.
Will finished loading the delivered packages into the storage room in the back of the shop, then left from the back door and took out the mystery device.
“I… wonder…” Will said as he then presses a button on the device. The device began to electrify him as he just screamed at the top of his lungs. A few energy jolts then began circling his head and he cried out, involuntarily, “Silver Wind, Hurricane Power!”
At that moment the jolts around him began to form a silver suit and a helmet was quickly being assembled right on his head. Mr. Riley ran out to check what was going on, but when he saw what appeared to be a Silver Power Ranger, he remained silent. Will looked at his arms and body, and then took one step forward causing Mr. Riley to scream like a seven year old girl; he ran back into his store for the telephone.
“Oh damn it...,” Will mumbles and he runs off to hide.
Back over at S.P.D. Headquarters, A-Squad finished their search for the missing morphers.
“Found’em!” Bridge shouted, “Okay maybe not all, but just one.”
“One is a start, rangers move out!” Cruger shouted.
Jack, Sky, Bridge, Z and Sydney all lined up and shouted,
“S.P.D, Emergency!”
They morphed and quickly stormed out of the base and onto their vehicles. After a quick drive, they found themselves at a loading dock.
“Okay rangers, spread out. The morpher is here somewhere,” Jack commanded.
Will, hiding behind the load of boxes, accidentally slipped and knocked a box over.
“There!” Z shouted.
“Who are you?” Sky rudely asked.
“I’m…” Will began to speak as nervous as he was.
“Never mind who you are, just hand over that morpher on your wrist,” Jack ordered
A computer-like voice then began to speak to Will,
“Threat, enemy spotted. To defeat opponents, summon the Silver Lance.”
Will looked at the Rangers, and then at his morpher. He then hit a button and shouts, “Silver Lance, now!”
A power lance then appears in his left hand.
“Oh so it’s goin’ to be like that, eh?” Jack sarcastically asked.
“Use Hurricane Strike by spinning the lance.” The computer instructed Will.
“Okay, Hurricane Strike!” Will shouted as he spun his Lance.
A powerful wind began to form a hurricane and it blew the rangers into the warehouse behind them, powering them down from ranger form to civilian form. Will then ran for it.
Chapter 2: Evolution, Part 2.
Over at Luke’s high school it was 12:19 P.M. All students were enjoying their lunch.
“You’re really blowing it, dude,” a young boy pointed out.
“Yeah I know, Tim, I’m trying to get it together so just lay off,” Luke responded.
“Look, there he is!” someone shouted.
“Oh damn it, it’s Matt Larvenski” Tim pointed out in a frightened tone.
“Okay what do you want now, Matt?” Luke asked in an annoyed manner.
“Oh nothing, I’m just missing out on a pounding. I hear you’ve been goggling at my chick again.” Matt said as he slapped his fists together.
“I didn’t…, I swear!” Luke responded.
“Luke, run!” Tim shouted.
Luke then took off but Matt’s gang of friends grabbed onto Tim and began pounding him on to the ground. Luke ran through the school halls but then he hid in one of the boy’s bathrooms. He nervously starts sweating and hallucinating. An object in his pocket began to glow; Luke then put his hand into his pocket and pulled out a red device. He stared right into it, but suddenly it began to electrify him. The device then vanished and reappeared on his left wrist. Luke grabbed his head where most of the energy was now flowing through, and without the willpower to resist the control, Luke then shouted,
“Red Fire, Volcanic Power!”
Kids around the boy’s bathroom were pondering what happened, but when a few kids stormed in… they found nothing. The gang continued to beat Luke’s friend Tim to a pulp outside, when suddenly someone in a red suit stepped forward. It was Luke, always perpetually late, the one that Matt used to call a loser.
Now they called him a Power Ranger.
“All right, now let him go,” Luke commanded.
“What is this, a joke? A suit won’t protect you!” Matt cried while his friends all laughed out loud.
“Blazing Claws, now!” Luke shouted.
A claw then appeared on Luke’s right hand; it seemed integrated onto his right wrist with 2 steel fangs drawing out approximately 3 meters long. The gang of thugs then stopped laughing and froze there.
Meanwhile, back at the SPD headquarters…
“So you were defeated. The power of the earth’s essence’s greater than we first thought.” Commander Cruger said.
“We’ve locked onto another morpher; the coordinates are in your vehicles, now go - go - go!” Kat shouted.
The S.P.D. Rangers raced to the scene to find a Mexican standoff between a Red Ranger and a gang of teenagers.
“Hold it, S.P.D - You’re under arrest!” Sydney shouted.
“Hey, who’s the hot blonde?” Matt asked, winking at Syd.
“Shut up, before we have to tazer you,” Sky snapped back.
“You, in the red – the morpher on your left wrist, it belongs to us. So hand it over because we don’t want to fight you,” Sky ordered.
Luke turns his head to the right and looks at the five rangers up and down twice.
“Of course you don’t want to fight me; I don’t want to fight you either,” Luke shouted back.
“You see? He’s not a bad guy after all; he just accidentally found the morph…” Bridge started.
“No, that’s not it,” Luke finished.
“Then what is it?” Jack asked.
“According to this suit’s computer, none of you stand the slightest chance,” Luke threatened, getting the hang of his new-found power.
“Oh no, he did not just say that,” Jack says.
“We’ll just have to do this by force then,” Sky suggests.
The five rangers then pulled out their morphers, raised them to their chest and pushed them out.
“S.P.D, Emergency!” all five Rangers shout.
The Rangers reappeared from a dramatic amount of smoke. The kids at the school were then excited to see a Ranger battle right in front of them for the first time.
“Don’t force me,” Luke said.
“You brought this on yourself,” Z responded.
“All right then – Computer, strategize winning maneuver,” Luke commanded.
“Suggested battle attack would be the: Blazing Strike,” the suit’s system responded.
“Alright, Blazing Strike it is – Blazing Strike, Engage!” Luke shouted as he quickly struck the Rangers down with his claws, slashing each Ranger with the extremely hot claws.
The S.P.D. Rangers then demorphed at the scene sweating and trying to catch their breath. Seeing that he had won, Luke ran for it.
Hours later, the A-Squad team returned to the S.P.D. Headquarters.
“We’re just lucky they don’t have Zords,” Jack said.
“We’re lucky we made it out of there alive,” Z responded.
“So, what do we do now? Do we go after the last morpher?” Sydney asked.
“Ermm… last two…” Kat responds.
“Two? I thought three disappeared.” Bridge asks.
“Well, we were trying to finish the new morpher project, and we thought the power was isolated enough to transfer into another morpher. But, it didn’t pan out the way we planned it,” Kat responded.
“We have to retrieve those morphers; disaster will only come of this,” Cruger said with disappointment.
Meanwhile Will and Luke were both having trouble demorphing. They soon ran into each other due to their suit’s computers.
“Oh great--so I guess S.P.D. sent you here to arrest me. Well, you can try!” Luke challenged.
“What? I’m not with them, but you sure look like you are,” Will replied.
They looked at each other’s suits.
“Our suits do have a similar pattern,” Luke said.
“Did you find this changing device too?” Will asked.
“Yeah, it just appeared in my pocket,” Luke responded
“I found mine at my work place,” Will said.
“Have you figured out how to change back?” Luke asked
“No, I was hoping you knew,” Will responded.
“It’s easy, you press the command button and just say, ‘power down’,” someone from behind said.
“And you are?” Will asked.
“Well, you’re the Silver Ranger, you’re the red, and I’m the blue. Your suits’ patterns match mine perfectly,” the stranger said.
“Prove it.” Luke challengingly said.
“Okay, I will,” she said as she begun to take a few steps backwards. “Blue Ice, Blizzard Power!” the young lady announced as Will and Luke watched the Blue Ranger suit form around her.
“My name’s Karina, I’m the blue ranger of our team,” the stranger said.
“What team?” Will asked.
“Did you even ask your computer questions?” Karina asked loudly.
“Umm, I’m assuming that’s how you figured out how to power down…” Luke mumbled.
“No, I asked the squirrel that just happened to be standing next to me – of course I asked! Leave it up to a guy to be lazy,” Karina responded sarcastically.
Will and Luke both pushed the command button and ordered, “Okay, power down!”
The two resumed human forms as Karina then joined them.
“Well, I’m Will,” said the Silver Ranger.
“And I’m Luke,” the Red Ranger added.
“So, what happens now?” Will asked.
“Well, if you’ve seen it before, Power Rangers appear when there’s a great evil, so that’s what we’re here for,” Karina responded.
“You’re kidding me; I’m only 17 years old,” Luke responded loudly.
“Umm guys, you might want to hide your morphers, the S.P.D. officers can track them,” Karina pointed out.
“And how are we supposed to do that, put’em in our pockets?” Will asked.
Karina rolled her eyes and said, “You turn your wrist from left to right a few times, and the morpher will then vanish. To summon it again, just do the same thing.”
Will, Karina, and Luke all performed the wrist action and the morphers vanished; the boys then fell to the ground.
“Tired?” Karina asked
“No, more like shaken up, this all seems too much like a dream. I mean come on; I was able to beat the S.P.D. Rangers with one blow.” Luke responded.
“It happened to you as well? Glad I’m not the only one, now I don’t feel so bad,” Will added.
“You’re supposed to hide you goofs! We’d better leave before S.P.D. comes here and investigates.”

I want to design the suits, but I've seen how most of the people have done it for the fanfics and I just don't want to do it that way. Re-using helmets, gloves, boots and whatnot from past rangers...
If I find another way I'll do it, I'll even try on paint just for the heck of it.
I have made pics of the characters though; I'm still working on making them look better than how they look now.
I'll post it along with Chapter 3.

Okay, chapter 3. I went through this one about three times myself. If anyone wants to be an edittor for me on every chapter - shoot me a PM.
Feel free to make critisms good or bad. If you find spelling or grammer problems just point them out so I can correct them.
I'll post Chapter 4 next monday, on like April 4th or something.

Chapter 3: Rangers’ Showdown
“Commander Cruger, Sir!” a cadet shouts as Cruger walks into the command central room.
“Rangers, I want you to capture the unknown rangers. If we can’t separate them and the morphers, we mind as well accept them into the S.P.D. academy,” Cruger suggests.
“But they’re too strong,” Sky responds.
Cruger then looks like he was strategizing his plan more thoroughly meanwhile the three new kids meet up at a local park.
“Three of us each live a very different life, how’s this going to work?” Luke asks.
“A friend of mine has a computer lab in his basement; we could use that as our base of operations,” Will suggests.
“That’ll be great, we’ll easily get organized,” Karina responds.
While the three continued to plan out their ranger lives, the S.P.D. rangers came rushing in on their vehicles.
“Alright you three, we know you have the morphers,” Jack says.
“What are you talking about?” Luke asks.
“Give it up, your bodies still contain a bit of morphing energy, that’s how we tracked you,” Sky responds.
“Okay, it’s judgment time. You three are accused of using stolen S.P.D. technology,” Jack shouts as he raises his morpher and activates judgment mode. The three teens nervously and slowly takes a step back; however the judgment came to guilty.
“And they’re guilty as charged,” Sky points out.
“Alright, if it’s a fight you want, then it’s a fight you’ll get,” Luke challengingly says.
“No, we’re not here to fight,” Z cries out.
“We want you three to join S.P.D,” Bridge claims.
The three stared at each other from eye to eye for a second.
“Sorry, but we’re not big fans of S.P.D,” Luke replies.
“Jack, we have to bring them in by force then,” Sky says.
“Alright, fine – let’s do it. Rangers, take out your morphers,” Jack responds.
“Hold it!” Luke yells as he summoned his morpher, “Red Fire, Volcanic Power!”
Luke uses an instant morph and slowly walks closer to the rangers. He then pulls out the power pistol on his right side.
“Sorry guys,” Luke says as he then fires a round of shots around the rangers. The rangers recovered quickly and tried to get on their feet from the rubble.
“We’re not here to attack the city, so just lay off – Power down,” Luke says as he then powered down and leaves with Will and Karina.
The S.P.D. Rangers used every ounce of strength within’ them to reach to their vehicles.
“Hold it,” a man dressed in a dark and filthy cloth cried out, “Litho, are these the ones we’re looking for?”
“No sire, but they seem to have ranger powers as well.” Litho, a wolf looking mutant replied.
“Who are you?” Jack asked.
“Silence, you can’t speak that way to Lord Shin!” Litho responded.
“Lord Shin? You’ve got to be kidding me… this seems all too familiar,” Sky says.
Right there and then, Lord Shin raises his hands – they begin to glow green and he shouts,
“Golems, arise!”
Twenty rock soldiers appear from the surface of the ground.
“I was hoping it wouldn’t come to this,” Sky comments.
“…they’re huge…,” Z mumbles.
“Well? Can we morph already?” Bridge asks.
“Okay, take out your morphers!” Jack shouts.
“S.P.D, Emergency!” Jack, Sky, Z, Bridge, and Syd all shout.
The five Rangers take their fighting stances.
“Okay now you’re all going down – One, S.P.D. Red Ranger!” Jack shouts.
“Two, S.P.D. Blue Ranger!” Sky adds.
“Three, S.P.D. Gree…” Bridge starts.
Before Bridge could finish his trade mark call, he was struck down by Shin’s right hand’s bolt of energy.
“Sorry kids, but I’m just not waiting that long for you to finish. Golems - finish them off. Litho, we’re leaving – now,” Shin ordered.
As Shin then left, the Rangers helped Bridge onto his feet and begun to worry what will happen next.
“We need back up,” Sky says.
“C’mon, we can take these guys,” Jack challengingly says.
The Golem soldiers at approximately 10 feet high slowly stomps their way towards the Rangers.
“We can’t take them like this,” Sky cries.
“We still have to try – Delta Blasters!” Jack shouts as he rushes into battle.
One of the Golems grabs jack by his head and begins squeezing on it tightly. Jack then drops his delta blasters. The other Rangers attempt to help by firing their weapons at the soldier, but no effect.
“Sky, what do we do now?” Bridge asks.
“I… I don’t know,” Sky responds.
From a distance the new Rangers were watching.
“So Luke, should we help now?” Karina asks.
“Yeah sure, whatever – you know they need it,” Luke responds.
Karina then summons her morpher and shouts,
“Blue Ice – Blizzard Power!”
“Huh? Who’s that?” Z asks.
“She’s that girl before & she’s wearing the third missing morpher,” Bridge responds.
“Okay, it’s time to end this – Blizzard Cannon!” Karina orders; summoning an integrated cannon on her left arm which ended near her elbow.
“Okay, aim… and fire!” Karina shouts as the cannon then blasted an ice beam towards the golems. Jack was freed, but most of his helmet was shattered. He then fell unconsciously onto the ground. Luke and Will then ran to Karina.
“So what do we do now? Just leave those things frozen there? Karina asks.
Then out of the blue a few lightning bolts came charging right past them striking the soldiers to pieces. Every Ranger in the scene quickly turns to see who or what caused it – someone stood in the shadow and quickly vanishes.

Chapter 4: Summoning Zords, Part 1
“Litho!” Shin shouted.
“Yes sire?” Litho replied.
“The golem soldiers were defeated, how do you explain this?” Shin asked.
“Well… they weren’t defeated by S.P.D.” Litho responded.
“So, it was by the Essence Rangers. We need to strike now, before they gain more knowledge into their true power,” Shin suggested.
“Yes your highness,” Litho replied.
Meanwhile Will introduced his good friend, Aiden, to Luke and Karina.
“Didn’t know you were hanging out with kids, Will,” Aiden says.
“Har har, very funny,” Will responds as everyone walked down to his basement area. Everyone became silent right after Aiden turns on the lights.
“… Amazing, where’d you get all these equipment? Luke asks.
“My father’s a professor over at the Future Tech. Research. He brings me whatever they don’t use anymore that I can hook up – I can spy around the world just by tapping into the satellite signals in space,” Aiden responds.
“Aiden, there’s something you need to know…,” Will says.
“Yeah?” Aiden responds as other three just stares at each other.
“We’ve become Power Rangers, and we need to use your… basement here as our head quarters,” Luke responds.
“Ha-ha-ha, you’ve got to be kidding,” Aiden replies.
Will then steps back and summons his morpher.
“Hey… how’d you…,” Aiden begins.
“Silver Wind, Hurricane Power!” Will shouts.
A tornado wraps around Will assembling his silver suit. Aiden covered his eyes during the process but when he opened them, he was speechless.
“So, do you believe us now?” Karina asks.
“Incredible…,” Aiden responded.
“Okay, you gotta’ say something more than that,” Will says.
“Oh, sorry – well, Power Rangers have giant robotic machines known as Zords, do you guys have any?” Aiden asks as he shook himself out of the moment.
“No, where the heck are we supposed to get ‘Zords’?” Karina asked.
“Yeah, it’s not like giant robotic machines just appear out of no where,” Luke responds.
“Let me analyze that changing device, it has to give us some sort of clue in how to obtain a zord,” Aiden responds.
“Stop, there’s no need for all that hard work. Computer – Question, how do we obtain Zords?” Karina orders.
“Zords – scanning now. Create your own fighting machine by accessing your essence power,” the computer responds.
“What? How are we supposed to do that?” Luke asks.
The teens then sat down and wondered what it meant - meanwhile Lord Shin planned an all out attack on the city.
“I need a creature,” Shin says.
“Let me introduce you sire, to Scorpinic,” Litho says, “With his wicked stinger, no ranger can survive his mighty wrath.”
Shin walks over and takes a good look at the creature.
“You better be able to do the job,” Shin whispers.
“Yes sire, no man or mutant has ever lived to tell after a battle with my stinger – hiss…,” Scorpinic responded.
“Then why are you still here? Get lost already,” Shin says as he uses his left hand to transport the creature into the city.
At the S.P.D. Head Quarters.
“Rangers, suit up, we have trouble,” Cruger shouts.
“Right!” Jack replies.
The Rangers then arrive on the scene morphed on their vehicles.
“So, why are we here?” Syd asks.
“To defeat a monster, as usual,” Z responds.
“Wouldn’t the creature need to be here to make it the entire process work?” Syd asks again.
“Ah Rangers – better leave because you’re not the ones I’m looking for – hiss…,” Scorpinic says.
“You just had to ask, didn’t you?” Z mumbles to Syd.
“Oh really? Why don’t you just give us a try anyway,” Jack replies to the creature.
“You’ve asked for it - Golems, attack!” Scorpinic shouts.
“Oh no, not this again,” Syd responds.
A silent moment passes by, awkwardly.
“So, where are your soldiers? Jack asks
“Uhh… they’ll be here, shortly,” Scorpinic responds.
“Let’s just finish this, Delta Blasters!” Jack shouts.
Back at Shin’s hide out.
“This is just pathetic, Golems – arise and assist.” Shin mumbles.
Back at the fighting scene, twenty Golems then rise from the ground – back over at the new Essence base.
“Guys, we’re getting reports that there’s a monster attack,” Aiden says as he’s typing on the computer. The S.P.D. Rangers was then taken by surprise when the Golems actually appeared.
“Oh great, those rock soldiers things again,” Bridge says.
“I’m goin’ to break a nail if I fight something that hard,” Syd mumbles.
“And our survival just can’t top that, huh Syd?” Sky asks sarcastically.
The Rangers then charged into battle – each receiving the most painful beating in their lives. Then out of no where a few shots were fired to catch the Golems’ attention.
“Who’s that?” Jack asks.
“It’s Cruger!” Bridge shouts.
“S.P.D. Shadow – now it’s my turn,” Cruger says as he rushes into battle.
Cruger pulls out his sword and attempts to cut the soldiers down to size. However, the plan failed and the blade of his sword was broken in half.
“Rangers, fall back!” Cruger yells.
“But sir…” Z starts.
“I said fall back – do it!” Cruger finishes.
“He-he-he, the tables have turned now haven’t it Rangers?” Scorpinic says.
“Indeed it has, but it’s about to turn again,” Luke yells from a flight of stairs.
“Blizzard Cannon!” Karina orders, summoning her power cannon.
“Silver Lance!” Will shouts, summoning his power lance.
“Blazing Claws!” Luke finishes the weapon summoning routine.
“Rangers – combine weapons,” Luke orders.
“Sphere Destroyer – ready,” the rangers yell, “and fire!”
“Oh no!” Scorpinic cries as he was then shredded apart by the ranger’s combined weapons.
“Alright – we did it,” Will says.
“I still want to try the Zords thing,” Luke adds.
“And you will,” Shin yells as he steps out from the shadows.
He then blast at what remained of the scorpion creature and says,
“Rise, rise again my creature – destroy the rangers – Ha-ha-ha!”
“Essence Rangers, stand down,” Jack says, “We’ll take it from here.”
“No you won’t,” Cruger says, “They’ve proven that they can defend the city – it’s time for S.P.D. to step aside. Your zords will only be crushed if you take’em into battle.”
“We can’t let the creature just run around the city – sir,” Sky responds.
“Well Essence Rangers? I believe you can finish that thing off, you better get to it,” Cruger says.
“Okay – I’m still unsure if this will work but here it goes – ready guys? Luke asks.
“Ready,” Will & Karina responds.
“Power of Fire, Ice & Wind, battle machines of this time come forth and fight!” The Ranger shouts as they placed their hands together in a circle.
Their morphers then began to glow and beams of light appear from their morphers to the sky.
“Scanning for life forms – now,” their morphers’ computers said, “Life forms found, new zords now available.”
The lights then vanish,
“That’s it - We created zords just like that?” Luke asks.
“I guess so,” Karina responded.
“I was hoping to witness the entire process,” Will adds.
“Me too…” Jack says.
“Excuse me but if you three aren’t too busy, there’s a monster rampaging across town that needs to be stopped,” Cruger adds.
“Oh right – let’s do it guys,” Luke orders.
“Zords – arise!” The three Rangers shout.

Chapter 5: Summoning Zords, Part 2
A red dragon came sorrowing from the sky.
“Oh damn, that’s my zord? Luke asks.
“Must be, it’s your color,” Will replies.
Followed up by a Blue Falcon,
“And that must be mine,” Karina says.
“Okay, but where’s my zord? Will asks.
Suddenly a Silver Wolf machine charged into the city.
“Well that must be it right there,” Luke says, “Alright, Computer – what do we do now?”
“Enter to the zord’s cockpit and take control,” the computer replied.
“Okay, but how?” Luke asks as a beam of light then transported Luke into his dragon zord.
“Oh wow, okay – red dragon, fire zord,” Luke says as he entered the cockpit.
Will & Karina stood from below & watched helplessly since they didn’t know how to enter their zords.
“Why weren’t we beamed in?” Karina asked.
“I wouldn’t know, if I did I wouldn’t be standing next to you right now,” Will answered.
“This is his time, let him fight this battle alone – both of you will get your chances eventually,” Cruger adds.
“I guess so,” Karina responded.
Over and above, Luke uses the dragon zord and rams it towards the monster, then wrapping the zord around the creature.
“Ahh… let me go!” Scorpinic shouted.
“Not a chance,” Luke responds, “Now let’s turn up the heat – Fire Dragon, Flames Strike mode.”
At that moment the dragon zord turned into hot flames, burning the creature without mercy.
“Alright it’s time to end this!“ Luke says as he pulled the controls back – causing the dragon to fly into the sky, “Volcanic Blow – now!”
The Fire Dragon then flew down in speed faster than mach four; it struck through Scorpinic causing the creature to burst into flames and explode.
“Alright – it’s over,” Luke says.
Luke then jumps out of his zord and joins his team as his zord then flew away.
“Wow, a dragon zord…. Does this mean real dragon exists on this planet then?” Will asks.
“It’s a possibility, it could be from a former zord that previous Rangers had or from such creatures as the Komodo dragon,” Cruger responded.
“Well, you guys are in-charge of this city now,” Jack says.
“I guess so,” Luke responds.
“Just remember, not all aliens are criminals, don’t ever rush into a battle,” Cruger says, “And take this,” Cruger hands a small box-like device to Luke.
“What is it?” Luke asks.
“It’s a confining device, we’d you like to capture criminals and with this you can transport them to the S.P.D. confinement easily wherever you are,” Cruger responds.
The S.P.D. Rangers then shake hands with the Essence Rangers and each then went their own separate ways.
Will, Luke, and Karina then returned to Aiden’s base.
“Hey guys, nice job out there – the zords just looked amazing,” Aiden said.
“Thanks – hey wait, who are they?” Luke asks.
“They’re our friends, what are they doing here?” Will asks.
“Hey, relax – Aiden just asked for our help, I’m Randy,” Randy responded.
“And I’m Sadie,” Sadie says, “Oh I love your hair Karina.”
“Hey, hey – please don’t touch the hair,” Karina replies.
“Okay, okay – so I told two friends, but they’ll be great additions to the team, if I’m not around, one of them will be,” Aiden adds.
“Alright, but no one else – please,” Luke responds.
“So I can’t tell my boyfriend?” Sadie asks.
Will grabs Sadie by her shirt and pulls her over a few steps and says,
“You can’t tell him, he’ll want to challenge us to fight if he knew.”
“He isn’t that violent though,” Sadie responds.
“Not wildly violent, but he loves a good fight,” Aiden says.
“Okay, okay – so I won’t tell him, relax guys – you can all trust me,” Sadie says.
Back over at the villain’s base, they weren’t too happy now that the Rangers now have advanced battle vehicles.
“Litho, you’re beginning to disappoint me. Perhaps, I should call upon my other generals,” Shin says.
“Sir, please – give me another chance,” Litho responded.
Shin turns and stares at Litho as he begged for his life.
“I have a new plan for you – go find me a time traveler and don’t come back until you do,” Shin ordered.
“Thank-you, thank-you sire!” Litho shouted.
“Why are you still here?” Shin asked as Litho then ran out of the room.
Shin then walked towards a machine and presses a button on the center top.
“Generals, I have a mission,” Shin started to say as then five generals appeared in hooded clothes, “Well, I need someone to eliminate the Power Rangers, which one of you can take upon this task?” Shin asked
“I guess Litho failed,” A general said as he giggled.
“I asked who can complete this mission, not for your thoughts,” Shin responded.
“I’m sorry sir,” The same general replied.
“I, Reelik, can complete this mission,” A second general stepped up.
“Oh really – Alright, you will take over where Litho left off,” Shin replied
The general, Reelik, then took off his hood revealing to be a snake looking creature and says, “Thank-you sir.”
“Oh please, please – please let us see you morph!” Sadie nagged.
“So, you guys are going to get together every day after school, work and on weekends?” Aiden asked.
“I just had myself transferred to Lakeside Secondary, so I’ll be in the same school as Luke,” Karina responded.
“Oh great, now she’ll see how I get picked on,” Luke thought.
“Isn’t that great, Luke?” Karina asked.
A silent moment then passed by.
“Luke? Are you still alive?” Karina asked again.
“Oh yeah, sorry – just day dreaming, of course it’s great,” Luke replied.
“We still have to figure out how to form the Megazord,” Will added.
“I think I’ve got you three covered, I ran a computer simulated based on the zords I saw,” Aiden said, “Here’s what I got, the red dragon forms the legs and upper body. The silver wolf would then attach as an arm, the falcon would add on the head & the other arm.
“And you got all this from a simulation?” Will asked.
“Well, yeah and basing it on the recorded Megazord battles seen from the past.” Aiden answered.
“Alright, now it’s time to trash this town,” Reelik says as he appears out of no where.
He then opened his right hand holding three rocks - he then threw them into the air, blasting them with an energy beam from his left hand and shouting,
“Dark Golems – arise and crush the city!”
Three black golems then appeared fifty stories high.
“Guys, we got trouble,” Aiden yelled, “I’ve got the computer tracking monsters all around town and right now, we got three huge ones rampaging through the city.”
“Oh crud…” Luke says,
“Okay, let’s morph,” Will says.
“Wait, you guys have to form the Megazord this time, these golems are different than what you fought before, and they’re slightly larger than your zords,” Aiden budded in.
“We’ll figure it out as we go,” Karina responded.
The Rangers then summoned their morphers, and all shouted,
“Rangers of Essence – Power up.”
Each ranger then went into a morphing sequence.
“Red Fire, Volcanic Power,” Luke started.
“Blue Ice, Blizzard Power,” Karina added.
“Silver Wind, Hurricane Power, “Will finished.
The Rangers then arrived on scene where the monsters were attacking.
“Oh crud,” Will says.
“Red Fire Dragon – arise!” Luke shouts.
A dragon then storms out from the clouds above, and Luke’s beamed into the zord.
“Blue Ice Falcon – power up,” Karina cries as her zord then flew out and beamed her into the cockpit.
“Well, now it’s my turn. Silver Wind Wolf – rise now,” Will cried as his zord then stormed into town by foot and Will was then beamed in.
“Alright, who knows how to activate the Megazord sequence?” Luke asks.
“Beats me, you’re the leader Luke, you tell us,” Will replies.
The computer heard Luke’s words, and responded,
“Megazord Sequence initiated.”
“Oh wow, that’s it? Ha – this ranger business is just a piece of cake,” Luke says as he slapped his fists together.
“Luke, you’re getting overly confident – chill,” Will suggests.
“Alright, alright,” Luke responds as the Red Dragon was then forming the legs and upper body, the wolf zord then attached to the right side of the red dragon’s upper body – the wolf’s mouth then opens and a large fist comes out. The blue falcon then flew in and attaching itself on the left side of the incomplete megazord. The falcon’s beck opened and a fist came out, the wings separated from the zord and formed a power sword. After all that was over, a head then popped out from the zord’s upper body finishing the transformation.
“Megazord transformation completed. Essence Megazord – online,” The computer said to Luke, Will and Karina.
“Alright – Power Sword – Power up,” The rangers shouted slashing away two of the golems.
The two defeated golems then attached to the third one and it grew much larger.
“Oh crud, maybe we shouldn’t have done that,” Luke says.
“Okay now what,” Will asks.
The Golem then charged – ramming the megazord into a building, citizens in the building were then frightened and holding on for their lives.
“We have to steer away from the buildings,” Karina says.
Then a few lightning bolts came charging striking the golem down, it was weakened but not defeated.
“Where’d that come from?” Karina asks.
“Screw where it came from – here’s our chance,” Will yelled.
“Power Sword – Blizzard Slash,” The three rangers cried as the megazord then slashed the golem to pieces.
The Rangers jumped out of their zords to the ground trying to see where the lightning bolts came from.
“Well, did you guys find anything?” Karina asked.
“As much as you did,” Luke responds.
The Rangers then demorphed, and starred up towards the sky.

Chapter 6: A Troubled School Day
“Luke, wake up already,” Luke’s mother cried out, “its Monday again, come on and get to school already – this time, don’t forget your homework.
Luke then rolls himself out of bed and crawls to the bathroom. Fifteen minutes later he comes running out, wearing another blue pair of jeans and grabs a red t-shirt. He then grabs a piece of toast and his back-pack and storms out the door.
“Hello, I’m Karina – I just transferred here,” Karina says.
“Welcome, I’m Mr. Nei; the principal,” Mr. Nei responded.
“Thanks, I’m looking for first period scie…” Karina started as she then see Luke storming into the school’s front doors.
“Science is it? 12th grade, am I correct?” Mr. Nei asked.
“Oh yes,” Karina replied.
“Room E202,” Mr. Nei replied.
“Thank-you,” Karina said as she then ran towards where Luke was headed.
She came to a dead end hallway where it was filled with students she didn’t know – she then thought,
“Now where’d he go?”
“Hey Will, did you find out what that device did?” Mr. Riley asked.
“Oh… right… that...” Will mumbled.
“Well?” Mr. Riley asked again.
“It was just one of those Digimon pet things,” Will responded.
“Really – when will they learn those don’t sell well, anyway, I have to attend a conference in about 10 minutes – making a new contract deal with Microsoft. You’re in-charge,” Mr. Riley explained.
“Oh, alright – no problem sir,” Will responded cheerfully.
“At-a-boy, well… I’ll be back in a couple hours,” Mr. Riley said as he then took off.
“Hey Will,” Aiden says as he walks into the video game shop.
“Aiden, I thought you hated video games – you said they were mind numbingly boring,” Will responded.
“Well yes, but I’m not here for games – I created these communication watches, they should disappear when you summon your morpher,” Aiden whispered, “I’m wearing one, and so are Sadie and Randy. Sadie volunteered to deliver these to Luke and Karina later today – so they’ll have it,” Aiden explained.
“You really went through a lot for us,” Will responded, “Thanks a million.”
“No prob’,but I gotta jet,” Aiden replied, “Laters.”
“You’re late again Mr. Barringer,” Luke’s English teacher says, “Take your seat.”
By lunch time, Luke was trying to hide from Karina.
“Luke, get out of the boys washroom, Matt will still find you in there. You want a place where he can’t go? Try the girl’s washroom next time,” Tim suggests.
“I’m hiding from someone else,” Luke responds.
“Someone else’s trying to kill you?” Tim asks.
“Well no,” Luke replies.
“Then get out of there,” Tim says as he pulled Luke out by his arm.
They then walked outside, and Luke explained how he’s ducking from a girl.
“You make me want to cry sometimes,” Tim says, “Oh crud, its Matt again.”
“So, are you boys having fun? You guys got lucky a Power Ranger showed up to protect you last day, but they’re not here now are they?” Matt asks sarcastically, “Even if they were I’d still kick their butts – those posers.
Luke then slowly backs into a wall; he places his hands against it. Karina soon sees Luke being picked on, but she notices something odd. Luke closed his eyes in anger – his hands glowed red lightly and the metal door began melting around his hand. Karina runs up to stop Luke.
“Hey babe, someone so beautiful like you shouldn’t be around a geek like him. How about we go and make a Kodak moment?” Matt flirts.
“Go practice on your thugs there before you try that line with me again,” Karina responds. She then drags Luke aside, and confronts him,
“I didn’t know you could do that.”
“I didn’t know either,” Luke responded.
“Come on sissy – let’s fight,” Matt challengingly cries.
“Luke, we can’t blow our cover,” Karina says.
“What’s going to happen if we do, we end up with S.P.D? Even that’s not a bad thing,” Luke responds.
“But…” Karina mumbles.
“Alright Matt – bring it,” Luke says.
Matt then attempts to punch Luke, but someone grabs his arm and stops him.
“Alright, this fight’s over – I’m ending it now,” The unknown boy says.
Matt pulls away and says,
“Who the heck are you? Don’t make me hurt you,” Matt says nervously.
“Luke, this is my boyfriend; Collin,” Sadie says.
Luke and Collin then stared at each other from eye to eye.
“I don’t care who you are, I’m kicking your…” Matt started as Collin then grabbed his arm and threw him to the ground.
“If you mess with any of my girl’s friends again, you won’t have this arm to ever fight again,” Collin threatens.
“Ahh – okay, you win,” Matt cries in pain.
Collin then lets him go, and Matt leaves with his crew.
“These are communicating watches that Aiden made – put them on,” Sadie whispers to Luke and Karina as she hands them the watches.
“Well, it was a pleasure meeting you Luke, and you Karina – it really was fun, but we have to go now, come on Sadie,” Collin says.
“Yeah – likewise,” Luke responds.
Suddenly Luke’s watch begins beeping, Luke presses on the main button, and Randy’s voice came on.
“Guys, I was monitoring the computer all morning – just now I’ve detected a monster signal in your area, it’s moving like ghost,” Randy explained.
“But we’re in school right now,” Luke responded.
“Well you guys better find it, whatever it is it could endanger the students and staff,” Randy replied.
Luke and Karina then ran into the school and through the basement area. They then appeared from the other end, morphed.
“Computer, tracking sensors – on,” Luke ordered.
“Scanning – now,” the computer responded, “Faint signal detected – head 15 feet north-east.”
The Rangers rushed to the signal’s area and they spotted Will from across the hallway. Will stares at the Rangers for a moment, but then he gets thrashed against a locker. From everyone else’s eyes, it was by nothing. Luke and Karina rush to his aid.
“Will, are you alright?” Karina asks.
“Look out!” Will shouted as he shoved Karina away.
A huge axe struck down in between Karina & Will, a creature was holding it. Luke then kicks it away. Kids and teachers begin freaking out and began running out of the building.
“Alright,” Will says as he stood up,” Silver Wind – Hurricane Power!”
Will then steps forward after morphing.
“Randy called and he was right about this thing being here,” Will says.
“Well, we’re just glad you’re here,” Luke responded.
A few kids then began sneaking up behind the Rangers.
“Civilians detected – 1.5 feet behind,” the computer pointed out.
Luke then turned around shouted,
“Get out of here – run away!”
While distracted the Phantom creature attacked. He grabs Will and Karina by their necks and fires a blast from his eyes at the kids, Luke then dived in front shielding them. Will and Karina began to slowly lose consciousness.
“Will – Karina!” Luke shouted as he tried to stand up.
“Don’t move or I’ll blast those humans behind you to pieces,” the Phantom said.
Luke looks at the frightened 9th graders that couldn’t get off their feet. He then looks back at the Phantom – confused to make a decision, he punched the floor. From the distance, another lightning bolt came sorrowing by and strikes the Phantom, releasing Karina and Will. Luke dove in and catches them. He then looks down and sees someone in a mysterious hooded cloth.
“Alright, if you really want to experience a real fight – you better take it up with me,” the mysterious hero said.
“You’ll be sorry you interfered with my business,” the Phantom responded as he charged towards the hero.
The hero trips the Phantom over and grabs him by his right arm and throws the Phantom to the ground.
“Ahh – let me go,” the Phantom cried.
“Will you play nicely now?” The hero asked.
“Not in your life time buddy,” the Phantom replied.
“Well, I’m not your buddy,” the hero said as he then threw the Phantom against the lockers – crushing approximately three of the lockers.
“It’s over,” the hero said as he then raised his hands. A large amount of electricity began to build up, and he fires it at the Phantom. The Phantom then screamed in pain.
“That’s enough,” Karina shouted.
“It’s not enough for an evil creature like this,” the hero responded.
Karina then ran up and shoved the hero aside, stopping the electrical attack.
“We appreciate the help, but we’re here to stop and confine these criminals – not kill them,” Karina said.
“Well, I’m sorry. My mission is to eliminate these things at all cost,” the hero said.
Luke then ran up, taking out the S.P.D. confining device.
“Confine criminal,” Luke said as he used the device, transporting the Phantom creature to S.P.D. head quarters.
Karina then turned to really let the mysterious hero have it – but he had vanished.
The Rangers then demorphed and returned to their base.
“So, he was basically trying to kill the creature,” Will said.
“He probably was the one that helped you guys in the last few battles,” Aiden responded.
“Probably, but he doesn’t seem to have a conscience,” Luke adds.
“That’s probably what makes him so strong,” Randy mumbles.

Well I'm a little slow in updates, I finally got a day off from work.
I'll have an update for my other fic in a few days.
Written by:N Wong
Chapter 7: A Golden Entrance
Out in a foggy mist forest area, two warriors had met to negotiate a treaty.
“What do you want, Shin?” The mysterious hero asked.
“I’m sure you already know,” Shin responded, “We’re both after the same thing – why not join forces?”
“Because there are key differences in why we want it,” the hero replied.
“You keep this up and you’ll end up dead,” Shin threatened.
“You’re only here to offer me a position on your team because you know you can’t beat me – I can sense your fear,” the hero whispered to Shin as he then vanished into the fog.
Randy, Will, and Collin were training at a local gym.
“Come on Randy – you gotta beef up,” Collin says.
Randy grabs Collin by his arm and twists him over so he fell to his knees.
“Do you mean like this?” Randy asks confidently.
“Ah – good try – but not good enough,” Collin responds as he then reversed over and trapped Randy in the same position he did to him.
“Alright I give,” Randy shouted.
Sadie then walks in and gives Collin a kiss on the cheek.
“Hey sweetie,” Collin says.
“Hey – did you guys hear? There’s this mysterious fog coming in – it’s so weird,” Sadie says.
Will then walks off to the locker room and uses his communicator,
“Aiden, come in – Aiden are you there?” Will tried.
Will then comes back out and pulls Randy aside,
“Dude – Aiden isn’t answering his communicator,” Will tells him.
“Alright – I’ll try to find him but you stay here with Collin and Sadie,” Randy says as he then grabs his coat and runs off.
“Where’s he going?” Collin asked.
“Uh… family emergency,” Will answered.
“Reelik, your attempts to destroy the rangers have failed so far, you’re just as useless as Litho,” Shin yelled angrily.
“Sire, please – all I need is a good machine monster and you’ll see,” Reelik begged.
“Then find one quick before I find another general,” Shin shouted.
“Yes sir – thank-you,” Reelik replied as he then stormed out of the room.
Reelik arrived on a planet of travelers where he’s in hope to find an incredibly powerful machine follower.
He walks into the room – like in a western stories, everyone was drunk and hung over.
“I’m looking for monster to hire – someone to work for Lord Shin,” Reelik shouted.
A silence passed for a moment as Reelik looked around – whispers passed in corners of the bar as creatures pointed at General Reelik.
“Lord Shin? Oh what an honor – I’ll do it,” A monster shouted.
“I’m looking for a machine,” Reelik says as he pushed the creature off.
“But I have the power to vaporize – you might want to put that into a consideration,” the creature responded.
“I’m warning you – if you blow this job I’ll have you thrown into the next black hole,” Reelik threatened.
“Ah I wouldn’t mind – it’s a very addictive thrill,” the creature responded.
Reelik looked annoyed and said,
“I need you to destroy Power Rangers, ones that wield the power of the earth,” Reelik explained.
“No problem – the earth’s a dying planet – how much power can it possess anyway,” the creature responded, “Call me Vixoul – I exterminate pest like Power Rangers for a living.”
The two then smiled and teleported.
Over at Lakeside Secondary, the fog had caused a lock down in the school. No one was allowed to in or out.
“Oh great – now we’re stuck here,” Luke says.
“Hey - at least we’re not stuck in class,” Tim responded.
“But it’s still really boring,” Karina added.
As Tim starred out the window, Karina pulled Luke over and whispered,
“This is not normal – that Shin guy must be up to something.”
“I’m sure he is – but there’s nothing we can do right now,” Luke whispered back.
The principal then came on the announcement,
“Students are to remain in the building, there’s a reported monster attack near by and with all the fog out right now it causes too much danger.”
Luke and Karina then ran towards the closest door to get out and Tim followed.
“Hold it you three,” Matt cried out, “no one’s suppose to leave the building – so why don’t you back your butts up and you babe, can back into my arms.”
“Not a chance,” Karina says.
“He’s right,” Mr. Nei replied, “at least he is for the first part – no one is suppose to leave so don’t make me put you three in detention.”
“But sir,” Luke says.
“There’s no buts,” Mr. Nei responded as he then put some chain locks on the doors.
Suddenly the portable radio Mr. Nei was carrying came on with a voice screaming,
“Oh dear god, the monster has injured over 50 citizens and there’s no sign of the Power Rangers.”
“Sir – please,” Luke says.
“Luke – let the Power Rangers and the authority handle this,” Mr. Nei says.
Luke then stood there glaring into Mr. Nei’s eyes.
“Power Rangers eh?” Luke asks.
“Yes,” Mr. Nei says.
Luke then looked as his communicator.
“Luke – no,” Karina whispered.
“But I have to – someone might die if we don’t get out there,” Luke whispered back.
Karina then stood back as Luke summoned his morpher – Mr. Nei, Tim and Matt were taken by surprise.
“Here’s your Power Ranger – Red Fire, Volcanic Power,” Luke shouted.
A large amount of fire covered his body, after it slowly turned to smoke and blew away – Luke appeared as the Red Ranger that first frightened Matt.
“Now open the locks or I’ll break the doors down,” Luke demanded.
Mr. Nei quickly ran to open the locks right up as Karina then summoned her morpher.
“Blue Ice – Blizzard Power,” Karina cried shocking the three non-Rangers as they quickly turned their heads to watch her morph.
“Okay Luke – lead the way,” Karina said as they both stormed out of the school.
“Okay boys, if either of you two mentions this to another soul – I’ll make the rest of your educational life a living hell,” Mr. Nei threatened them.
Karina and Luke arrived on the scene where the monster was, but the creature was already being stalled by the mysterious hero that saved them before. The hero seemed like he was losing in the battle – he was being beaten to a pulp. His cloth was slowly being torn, and was then blasted into a near by building that was already evacuated. Luke and Karina rushed in to help, but only found rubble.
“Ha-ha-ha, so you’re here trying to stop me too? Not a chance,” Vixoul challengingly said.
“Well you’re facing the Power Rangers,” Luke said, “Red Fire, Ha!”
“And Blue Ice, Ha!” Karina added as they both took their fighting stances.
“Alright – you’re all finished,” Vixoul shouted.
“Hold it – this is my fight, you two stay out of it,” The hero shouted from above.
The three looked up. The hero tore off his cloth and revealed who he was.
“… this can’t be,” Karina mumbled.
“Another Ranger?” Luke asked.
“Gold Lightning – Ha!” The Gold Ranger shouted as he moved into his fighting pose. Wearing a similar shield to the Gold Zeo Ranger, with black and white gloves and boots – The Gold Ranger then dove down and prepared for a rematch.
“This time I won’t go so easy on you Vixoul,” the Gold Ranger shouted, “Lightning Saber!”
He summoned a power sword partly integrated onto his right arm and charged into battle. Using his power he sped up and slashed Vixoul before he could even blink. Vixoul gasping for air tried to get back up. Luke then pulled out the confining device, and walked up to the creature.
“Alright – confine criminal,” Luke said as he captured and transported the creature to S.P.D.
“So – who are you?” Karina asked to the Gold Ranger.
“You don’t want to know,” the Gold Ranger replied.
“But…” Karina responded.
“I’m not an ally – so don’t think of me as one, I’m against Shin but it doesn’t mean we’re friends,” the Gold Ranger rudely said.
“Hey, we’re all Power Rangers here – and like you said you’re against Shin just like us so why not join forces?” Luke stepped in.
“Because I’m after your powers as well,” the Gold Ranger added.
Luke and Karina stood in silence as the Gold Ranger then vanished after being struck by a lightning bolt from the clouds above. Soon the weather returned to normal.

Chapter 8: Written Will
“Wow, I didn’t know there was another Ranger,” Will said.
“I bet there’s more,” Aiden added, “You three learned to harness your powers quickly, this gold one must’ve just found out recently after you three first appeared in town. A few more just might strike when you least expect it.
“But what I’m wondering is why he wants our powers,” Luke added.
“And I’m wondering if Tim, Mr. Nei, and or Matt will blow your secrets or not,” Randy budded in.
“What you did was totally unnecessary – Luke,” Aiden pointed out.
“Alright already – I’m sorry. It was a stressful moment then,” Luke responded.
“I’d say we just relax, it’s the weekend so let’s really enjoy it as much as we can,”
Karina suggested.
“Before Shin strikes again you mean,” Aiden added.
“I was trying to be less negative,” Karina responded.
The teens were enjoying a sleep over party at the base – sharing stories & secrets to know each other a bit better.
“Alright let’s head to bed – who knows what tomorrow will bring,” Aiden suggests.
“I bet you Shin knows,” Luke replies as Karina picks up her pillow and then tosses it into Luke’s face.
“Go to sleep already,” Karina says.
“Thanks for the extra pillow,” Luke responds.
Karina then dives in to wrestle over Luke for the pillow. The teens soon drift away into the night.
By 6:00 A.M. Will woke up to use the bathroom, but he couldn’t get to sleep any again.
“Well – mind as well get out for a quick jog,” Will thought.
He gets dressed and puts on his communicator and notices that Aiden wasn’t in his sleeping bag.
“Weird – well, maybe he just had to sleep in his own bed upstairs,” Will thought – he then quietly left.
As he jogged by the park he then noticed a few masked men near a bank.
“Oh what the…” Will thought, “Well – it’s morphing time I guess.”
He summons his morpher and quickly mumbles,
“Silver Wind – Hurricane Power.”
The three men see a flash of light and wind by the bushes and trees – they then began to worry.
Will then hurls in with a flying kick knocking one of the men down.
“Sorry boys – but the bank’s not open for withdraws,” Will says as he pins down the second man.
The third one ran and grabs a near by bystander and holds her as a hostage.
“Back off hero – or I’ll slit her throat,” the man threatened with his knife.
The other two then stands up, and withdraw their guns.
“You think you’re so tough buddy?” One of the gun holders sarcastically asks.
The second one then wondered if he was and fired a few rounds but the bullets bounced off Will’s suit and one sore into one of the thug’s arm – another shattered the glass of the bank which triggered the alarm.
“What the heck are you?” The wounded thug asked.
“He’s a Power Ranger,” the Gold Ranger shouted from the distance as he sped in, “Alright – you’re letting her go now.”
The Gold Ranger beats and wraps up the thugs in hyper speed. The bystander than ran away in fear. S.P.D. officers rush in and arrest the thugs.
“Hey – Silver Ranger – Who’s the guy in Gold?” Jack asks.
“No one to worry about – Just take those men into custody,” Will orders.
“Will do,” Bridge responds, “Sky – let’s go.”
“Yeah – I’m coming – I just had to disable the alarm first,” Sky replied.
A silence breeze blew through as Will starred down the Gold Ranger.
“I didn’t need your assistance,” Will says.
“It sure seemed like you did,” the Gold Ranger responded, “Since you’re here – why don’t you hand over your morpher.”
“You’ve got to be joking,” Will replied.
“No – we could make this quick and painless,” the Gold Ranger said as he then summoned his power saber.
“Silver Lance,” Will says as summoned his weapon, “You’re not getting my powers without a fight.”
“Then so be it,” the Gold Ranger responded as he thrashed in on Will.
The two had a stand off between the saber and the lance – the Gold Ranger soon over powered Will with his electrifying attacks – knocking Will against a nearby building.
“You lose,” the Gold Ranger pointed out.
“Not yet,” Will responds, “Silver Wind Wolf – arise and assist.”
“You’re calling your zord?” the Gold Ranger replied sarcastically.
“It’s a weapon and I will use it,” Will responded.
The wolf zord then began howling at the Gold Ranger – causing hurricane and tornado attacks.
Shredding some parts of the trees and tearing the city to pieces, Will then calls off the Zord attack.
“Too bad you can’t use the zord to its full potential – Thunder Strike!” The Gold Ranger shouted as he charged at the Wolf zord – striking it down.
“No!” Will cried.
Randy is then awoken by the computer’s emergency alert – he rushes to check what was wrong.
“Oh man – Will’s in trouble,” he mumbles – he then rushes to Luke and Karina, “Will’s in danger fighting off the Gold Ranger.”
“uhh… five more minutes mom…” Luke mumbles in his sleep.
“Okay we’re going,” Karina says as he then drags Luke out of his sleeping bag by his hair.
The Gold Ranger then walks up to Will and says,
“It’s over, now hand it over.”
Will then looks down on his morpher for a moment.
“Well?” the Gold Ranger asked.
A fire blast then came roaring in – blowing the Gold Ranger away.
“Back off Goldy locks,” Luke shouted as he ran in with Karina.
“Will, are you alright?” Karina asked.
“Yeah – just a little beat but I’ll be fine,” Will responded.
The Gold Ranger then stood up and starred at the Rangers.
“I admire your courage and team work – but it will be your downfall,” the Gold Ranger told them as he then vanished in a few lightning bolts.
The three then returned to base.
“Call for help next time Will,” Karina suggests.
“I didn’t know he was going to be that strong,” Will responded.
“Gold versus Silver – that must’ve been one heck of a battle,” Sadie added as Aiden then walked down the stair case.
“Hey dude – where were you?” Luke asked.
“Oh I… just couldn’t sleep on the floor – had to use my own bed,” Aiden responded.
“I figured,” Will added.

Chapter 9: Rangers Of The Past, Part 1.
“Sire – I’ve completed your request,” Litho cried as he ran in.
Shin stood by a globe – starring over the earth.
“Sire?” Litho mumbled.
“Why are you bothering me? Don’t come back unless you have the Rangers’ powers and the humans in them dead,” Shin quietly ordered.
“I’ve brought back a time device,” Litho claimed.
“A time device?” Shin asked.
“Yes sire, the salesman claimed that it can open portals if powered and used properly,” Litho responded.
“That’s non-sense – if you think I’ll believe what you just said for a second…” Shin started.
“Please before you reject my proposal and do away with me, at least give it a go,” Litho pled.
“Fine – plug it into the base’s system, and this better not fail Litho,” Shin ordered.
“Of course not sire,” Litho said as he prepared the device.
“Aiden catch!” Luke shouted as he threw a basketball towards Aiden.
“Stop him!” Karina yelled.
The group of heroes and their allies dribbled up and down a basketball court – enjoying the afternoon. Suddenly, the sky turned dark and lighting flashes occurred.
“What the…” Will pondered.
“Now what’s Shin up to,” Luke mumbled.
“Maybe it’s not Shin, there’s lightning… maybe it’s the Gold Ranger,” Randy added.
“Maybe…,” Aiden whispers to Luke, Karina, and Will, “I’ll get back to base and do a scan throughout the city – you guys stay here incase I need you guys to check anything out.”
“Wait… alright – I guess there’s nothing else we can do,” Luke says.
“Hey – where’s he going?” Collin asks.
“His mom called him,” Will lies.
“Hmm – well, let’s get back to the game,” Collin suggests.
“Is it ready yet?” Shin asks angrily.
“Not quit yet…” Litho mumbled.
“Hurry it up!” Shin yells as he walked up quickly to the control panel of the console and smacks it.
A few sparks appeared then the machine began working and a portal opened above where the kids were hanging out.
“It’s working!” Shin says excitedly as he watched through the monitor on the console.
Someone then fell through the portal, and another, and another.
“What’s going on, Litho? Shin asked, “The portal’s closing now and there’s humans dropping out of it?”
“I…” Litho mumbled as then two more people drop through the portal.
“Who are they?” Sadie asked.
“I don’t know, but those last two that dropped out look like Power Rangers,” Luke pointed out.
The group of kids walked towards the mysterious people that dropped from the sky.
The two costumed people that looked like Power Rangers then automatically changed to human form.
“Tommy?” A black haired teenager asked.
“There’s two of them,” A second Black haired teenager asked.
“Trini?” The Tommy wearing white asked.
“Yeah – what happened?” Trini asked.
“You all fell from the sky – I’m Luke,” Luke explained, “So you two are Power Rangers?”
A silence passed everyone.
“Well I’m Chad - the blue Light-speed Ranger,” One of the boys in the group yelled out.
“Alright, I’m the Mighty Morphin White Tiger Ranger,” The Tommy in white added.
“Well, I wasn’t suppose to exist, but I’m here now – I’m the Mighty Morphin Green Dragon Ranger,” The Tommy in green mumbled.
“And I’m Cassie - the Pink Space Ranger,” Cassie proudly said.
“I’m Trini - the Mighty Morphin Yellow Ranger,” Trini added.
“I’m Hunter – the Crimson Thunder Ranger,” Hunter introduced.
Everyone then stood in silence starring at the final person that fell from the sky but stayed quiet.
“Alright – well, I’m Eric Myers – The Quantum Ranger,” Eric says as he rolled his eyes.
“So many Power Rangers… where’d they all come from?” Sadie asked.
“Another time and place,” Cassie pointed out, “Tommy, you and your friends later on pass on your powers to a new group of rangers, and I was one of them but then we later lose that power and gain the space ranger powers which I have now. Seeing you here, I know we all must have some how came from different timelines.”
“Well, it’s the year 2021 here today,” Will added.
“Oh great – I’m 20 years into the future,” Eric mumbles.
“I’ve seen worst time traveling – at least we’re in modern times right now,” Tommy in white pointed out.
“Maybe this is a trick from Shin,” Karina whispered to Luke.
“Which is why we keep our eyes on them for the time being,” Luke whispered back.
“Litho, you moron,” Shin shouted, “Your plan failed and you’ve brought more Power Rangers into our existence!”
“But, but…” Litho panics.
Shin summons a staff with a huge blade on the top half.
“Come back when you’re a worthy general,” Shin says as he slashes Litho – causing Litho to vanish out of thin air.
“Master, if you destroyed these Rangers from the past – it’ll cause a shift in time, it might prevent the existence of the Essence Rangers,” Reelik suggests.
“Alright – I’ll put you in charge, but if this fails… you’ll be joining Litho.
“Yes sire,” Reelik responds as he vanishes.
“Rangers!” Reelik shouted.
“Oh great – this is all we need right now,” Luke says as he turned around.
“Randy and Collin – you two take Sadie out of here – we’ll stall,” Will suggests.
“Got it,” Collin responds as he grabs Sadie’s arm and pulled Randy away.
“You three get out of here as well – we’ll deal with this,” The Tommy in white ordered.
“But…” Luke mumbles.
“It’s morphin time!” The Tommy in white shouted, “Tigerzord!”
The Tommy in green and Trini both pulled out morphing devices and raised them high.
“Dragonzord!” The Tommy in green shouted.
“Saber-tooth Tiger!” Trini adds.
“Alright, we gotta’ get into this too,” Chad points out as he raised his wrist to his chest’s level, ”Lightspeed – Rescue!”
“Let’s rocket!” Cassie continues.
“Ninja-storm – Ranger form, ha!” Hunter shouted.
“You kids better get lost – Quantum Power!” Eric finishes the morphing sequences.
“Alright if it’s a fight you want – it’s a fight you’ll get,” Tommy in green challengingly shouts.
“Rangers of the past – meet the footmen of the future – Golems, arise and destroy!” Reelik orders.
Fourty Golem soldiers then raised from the ground.
“They’re huge,” Cassie says in a worried tone.
“Golems stop! There’s too many rangers… we need to even the odds.” Reelik says, “Sixty Golems, I order you to arise and fight.”
One by one, more golem soldiers begin rising from the ground.
“Oh crud,” Hunter says.
At S.P.D. Head Quarters – all alarms went off.
“What’s going on?” Commander Cruger asks as he walks in.
“There’s another golem attack,” Kat responds.
“Oh that isn’t our department,” Jack says as he begun to leave the room.
“Hold it – there are about 100 of them, they’re going to need help,” Kat points out.
“But there’s other Rangers on the field right there with them,” Syd points out.
“They’re Rangers from the past – some how time traveled here, they’ll need help – they’re not as strong as the Essence Rangers – you all better go, now!” Kat responds.
“Right,” Jack says as he led the other four Rangers out of the room.
“Good job, Kat – you handled that well,” Cruger says.
“Thanks,” Kat replied as she kept starring at Cruger.
“… what?” Cruger asks as he rolled his eyes, “Alright – S.P.D. Emergency!”
On the battlefield six of the seven past rangers were being teased and beaten.
“Alright – regroup,” Tommy in white suggests.
Eric held his own on the field but not for long as he was overwhelmed by so many Golems.
“Okay White Tiger boy – since you have all the bright ideas why don’t you enlighten us now?” Eric asks sarcastically.
“Zords – we gotta’ try and call our zords,” Tommy in white suggests.
“Or let us take it from here,” Luke says as he, Karina, and Will ran infront of the injured Rangers.
The three summons their morphers and each began their morphing sequences.
“Red Fire – Volcanic Power!” Luke shouted
“Blue Ice – Blizzard Power!” Karina continued.
“Silver Wind – Hurricane Power!” Will finishes.
“Power Rangers – Essence!” The three shouted as they took their fighting stances.
“Once you see the morphing done once – you’d never be impressed again – Golems, attack!” Reelik ordered.
“Alright – weapon up guys,” Luke yelled.
The three summons their main weapons as a few blaster shots came flying in.
“We heard you could use some help,” Sky says as the S.P.D. team ran in.
“Hey thanks,” Luke says.
“Don’t mention it,” Jack responds.
“Alright – let’s do it,” Sky orders.
“Power Rangers – S.P…” The S.P.D. Rangers started.
“Stop!” A voice shouted.
“It’s Cruger” Z pointed out.
“Don’t forget the Shadow – Shadow Ranger!” Cruger shouted as he joined his team.
“Alright then – Ready up,” Jack orders.
“Power Rangers – S.P.D.” The S.P.D. team shouted as they took their fighting stances.
“Seventeen Power Rangers? Close but still not impressed,” Reelik says.
“Well let’s make it eighteen then,” a voice cried out.
“Who’s there?” Reelik asked loudly.
A few lightning bolts came flying down slashing twenty Golems into dust instantly.
“Gold Ranger – ha!” The Gold Ranger shouted from a distance on a hill.
“He’s incredibly powerful,” Chad pointed out.
The Gold Ranger then rushed in to join the others.
“Alright – Eighteen Rangers and Eighty Golems – let’s finish this," The Gold Ranger says.
