I apologize if this thread has been made before. I was wondering if the PR toys made in america are almost the same like the one on the PR show.
For example, I wanna buy a morpher from SPD series but what I wanna know is , DO they use the sp license version in the american PR show or do they use the delta morphers which they sell here in the U.S. in the american PR show?
1. In our american Power Ranger version do they use the same morphers as the japanese morphers on the show for every Power ranger series or no?
2. And are the megazords they use on the show the same as the toy? From what I know the Japanese Megazord are just like the show , but I was wondering if the PR version are like the ones they show on the series?
3. Are the sound on the morpher from the PR show the same as the japanese show or do PR show use different sounds? Since the dragon dagger has diff sound from the zyusouken.
4. Does the power morpher toy has the sticker like the ones from the dino buckler?
5. Does the gold ranger have any morpher on the pr show ( I forgot)?
Thanks if anyone has pics and can show a comparison that would be cool!! :023:
I think and I am quite sure about this, is that in the show most definately they use different and 100 times more accurate morpher that have or suppose to have all the features. Like if you haven't noticed all the posts and threads on RB about the Delta Morphers not having all the features like the jap counter part and stuff like that.
The ones that I know from PR that had features taken off are:
The DT Morpher where the Jaws don't lock like the Jap counter part
The Drago Morpher where you can't pull the back piece to open the jaw like it's counter part
The WF growl phone didn't come with attachable animal heads to represent each ranger
The Rescue morpher I know looked different where the buttons varied from those of it's counter part but then again in the show the actors used different morphers too where the buttons were blank. But I dont know if any features were taken off, different features maybe..
I dont know about the rest but there are some factors where metal peices in a sentai henshin device in the american counter part were plastic
This is from my knowledge, but I could be wrong because I dont own any sentai counter parts for that matter I only have a small collection like I dont have the Growl Phone or the Drago Morpher but some of my friends informed me about the features I mentioned being absent compared to the sentai counter part.

Well I like Power rangers more than sentai but all I wanna know is what morphers do the Power rangers use in the show, the ones from the original japanese show or like the ones BA produce? I know their is feature difference but do the morphers from PRSPD have the same features like like delta morphers or sp license, like as in the same, accurate. Thanks anyways man. :023:

Most of your questions have been answered, but I do point out that Lost Galaxy used the Aura Changer from Dairanger as the Magna Defender Morpher.
Gold Ranger had no known morpher, but he did have his own specialized Zeo crystal (see Pyramidas footage)

90% of the time on the show they use the Jap morphers. Sometimes in the American footage they'll use the American ones but usually not. Like in Forever Red they used an American Lightspeed Rescue Morpher with grey tape over the buttons. Sometimes in Time Force they would switch back and forth between Jap and American morphers.
In Zeo the Gold Ranger use didn't have a morpher, he made an X with his arms and said "Gold Ranger Power!" There is a toy of the Gold Ranger morpher, it just wasn't used in the show. In the Japanese Zeo (OhRanger) the Gold Ranger (King Rikki) did have a morpher.
The Power Morpher toy has stickers that say Mighty Morphin Power Rangers instead of Zyuranger.
The only differences between the Jap and American zords is that if Jap zords have metal parts the American ones won't, sometimes the American paint isn't as nice. Like the Jap toy will be metallic blue but the American will be just plain blue. Also, sometimes the Jap toys get nicer stickers. Metallic instead of plain, just like the paint.

There ya go , thanks for answering my questions. I wanted to know if PR use the exact morpher from the japanese show. So I guess the sp license is used in PRSPD instead of BA's delta morpher? In the show, does PRSPD's delta morpher have the same sound and feature as the japanese show?

Yeah, SPD uses the SP License. I think the only morpher sound that either of the shows use is the "Judgement Time" voice.
