We open this episode with Marty and Tara walking down a busy street in the heart of down town Angel Grove. Marty was wearing a blue t-shirt and black jeans, he was wearing a pair of mirrored sun glasses. Walking closely behind him, Tara was wearing a yellow tank top and a yellow mini skirt, she had her hair tied back in a pont tail and was carrying a package of groceries.
"Come on Tara," Marty started, "We're almost there."
"Tell me again, why I'm carrying the bag?"
"Well, you are the one who wanted to buy something."
"Fine, be that way, but dont ask for any snacks at the party."
Marty stopped for a moment. Turned to her and take the bag, "Here, let me carry this." Tara laughed as they began to walk down the street. As the passed an alleyway they heard a yell. Both stopped and took off down the alley leaving the bag of groceries.
After a quick run they saw a young woman, about their age with blonde hair being surronded by a group of eight monsters. They each had two black horns potruding from their heads, red skin on their upper body, and legs covered with dark fur. For feet they had hooves, and a they each had a tail with what looked like an arrow head at the end. Once Marty and tara arrived, a few of them looked at them. They had huge red eyes, and razor sharp teeth.
Marty run at two and tackled them. As he did this the others turned their attention towards him. Tara ran to the woman, "Run!" she said, the scared girl didn't need to be told twice as she ran as fast as she could. She looked to see Marty being over powered. She punched one of the creatures in the back of the head, it let out a loud hissing sound.
It was then that four of them started going after her. She backed into a wall, and had four nasty creatures coming at her. She got into a fighting stance and gave one of the monsters a high kick in the face. As the others took their eyes off her for only second to see their comrad go flying, it was all she needed, she jumped into the air and did a round house taking down another creature. She elbowed one that tried to attack from behind, and kneed the one advancing from in front of her.
While this was going on Marty was having fighting his way out of a corner himself. Two were holding him back as the other two began to charge at him. As he saw them coming, he pushed back at the two holding him from behind, and kicked into the air. His foot caught the two attacking monsters right in the face. Then he pulled with all his strength and flipped the two monsters that were behind him. the bodies hit the ground with a loud thud.
Marty and Tara then approached each other, while watching the enmies who were begininning to stand up again. When they all got back to their feet, the two rangers got ready for another fight, but their attackers disappeared in red balls of energy and shot into the sky. the two rangers stood dumb founded. "What was that?" Marty asked.
"like I would know?" Tara answered, "you're supposed to be the smart one. Anyways, it looks like they're gone, lets get to the others and let them know whats going on." With that said, the two went out the way they entered the Alley, and continued towards their destination.
On the otherside of the city, Jay, Debbie, and Lou were at the aprk waiting for their friends and fellow rangers. They were sitting on a bench with some food out and a boom box playing. The three were just sitting and talking about random stuff, Tv, movies, sports. Normal stuff, it had been two weeks since they got their ranger powers, and hadn't needed to use them yet.
"So, two weeks and nothing to do, maybe we'll never get a chance to use these powers." Jay said.
"Yeah, and we did defeat that Lord Zedd guy, God knows i dont wanna see him again." Debbie added.
"That guys was creepy, and pretty strong though too. Good thing we took care of him." After louis said this, ten balls of red light shot down from the sky and landed a few feet away from them. From these emerged the same creatures that attacked Tara and marty.
"What are those?" Debbie asked.
"I dunno, but think they're friendly?" Lou asked.
"I think not." jay answered. Just then, another energy ball shot down. The figure that emerged was a familar one. Jay, Debbie and Lou all froze up, to terrified to move. A dark loud laughter filled the air, as the creatures hissed and bowed to the figure.
