Power Rangers Dragon Sages

:: Story ::

3,000 years ago an evil cult of exiled warriors known as “The Draq” threatened the world of Doraegon, a world in another galaxy where dragons were tamed, trained, and were a part of the wildlife. The Draq had formatted a plan of attack, and soon began to destroy civilizations in mass numbers.

Five of the most experienced dragon tamers gathered together and performed an ancient, mythological ritual, harnessing their black, red, blue, green, and white dragons into gems called “Dragon Gems”. Using these gems, they changed into multi-colored warriors with extreme power. These five tamers became labeled as “Dragon Sages”.

At the Battle of the Terra Moon, the Dragon Sages sacrificed their powers to seal away the Draq’s leaders inside a mysterious cave, sealing them away for eternity.

Or so they thought.

1,000 years later (2,000 years ago), the spirit of most powerful Draq leader, Eltrin, performed an ancient -- and forbidden -- ritual, stealing the souls of his long-departed cult’s spirits and polymerizing them with his own, sufficing enough power to break free of the seal of the Dragon Sages, spreading the 1,000 year old Dragon Gems across Terra.

Out of shear revenge, Eltrin possesses the King of Doraegon. With such political power, Eltrin commands the Terra Moon to be stripped of its gravity and blasted into the nearest galaxy. With Terra sent into the nearest galaxy, Eltrin no longer had to worry about any Doraegians having access to the Dragon Gems.

Ever since then, Eltrin has ruled Doraegon by possessing the King’s children once the current King’s body ages too old to live, passing the heir to throne to their children -- and once again, to Eltrin.

But now, Eltrin is beginning to worry about the moon that was blasted into the nearest galaxy 2,000 years before. By now, Terra would have come into orbit within that galaxy’s sun, thus taking an orbital path -- and possibly sustaining life.

In fear of having to repeat the same process he went through 3,000 years ago, Eltrin commands for a gigantic space station to be built near the estimation of where Terra now is -- which, is revolving around the galaxies sun.

His plan -- to attack and find the Dragon Gems, before someone finds them before him. And he has one rule -- kill anyone that gets in your way.

Yes, this is partially a rewrite of Dragon Blast. I kind of -- how do I say this -- "matured" it up a bit, gave it a more compelling and in-depth story.

The original title of the fic was going to be Dragon Blast, but I dropped it because I thought "Dragon Sages" went along better with the story. And, also, to avoid confusion with my previous readers.

I'll have Morphing Sequences, Zord Sequences and descriptions, and Episode Guide up tomorrow or Wednesday.

I just wanted to note that something drastic has just happened in my life, and my availiabilty to a computer will be sadistically limited until further notice. I WILL have accsess to a computer for sure every Wednesday and every other weekend, so the fic will still be inputted.

:: Morphing ::

Morphing Call: “Dragon Change!”

Movements:
The left arm is place out in front of them, and the right arm is perpendicularly set on top of the left arm (Somewhat like the beginning of the SPD/Deka Sequence). The right hand is in the shape of a claw. Then, the left arm is thrown outward to the left, and the right arm (hand still in the shape of a claw) is brought just above and near the right shoulder. The left arm (bearing the Dragon Changer) is swung up to the right hand/wrist. They then yell “Dragon Change!”

(I'll try to get pictures up and see if it helps at all...)

- Suit Apparition -

Once the morphing movements are completed, the rangers’ bodies turn a bright white. Then, a miniature, luminous dragon bearing the color of the ranger hovers around the rangers’ bodies before flying into their chest, forming their suits form the torso down. Their helmets then appear on their heads in a burst of that dragon’s element.

:: Zords ::

- Megazord -

The “Megazord” is the Dragonian Megazord. Dragonian is pronounced “Drago-knee-in”.

The megazord has two weapons; one is the Dragonian Staff, which is Yami’s Warrior Mode weapon combined with the headdresses of Recca and Curent. The other is the ability to control any of the elements of the 5 dragons. They can also combine the elements for a more fatal attack.

Forming the Megazord:

Yami -- Dragon of Harnessed Darkness -- forms the torso and head of the Dragonian Megazord. In its normal form, it can transform from Dragon Mode into Warrior mode. In Warrior Mode, he (Yami) bears a staff as his weapon.

Recca -- Dragon of Everlasting Inferno -- forms the right arm of the Dragonian Megazord. Recca’s special ability is fire breathing.

Curent -- Dragon of Harsh Winds -- forms the left arm of the Dragonian Megazord. Curent’s special ability is wind controlling. Sora can command Curent to send a controlled tornado towards an enemy using its tail in a circular motion.

Polzen -- Dragon of Unbreakable Ice -- forms the right leg of the Dragonian Megazord. Polzen’s special ability is creating ice barricades and sickles for a ranged weapon.

Oceania -- Dragon of the Water’s Rage -- forms the right leg of the Dragonian Megazord. Oceania’s special ability is that she (Curent) can go underwater. When underwater, she (Curent) can control the water as if it was a solid object.
