Story:

400 years ago, a force known as the Phantom Empire terrorized the country of Japan. As a last resort, five warriors were called by their villages to wield the MagnaRelics, artifacts of tremendous power. With the relics, the warriors were able to wield the power of light to destroy the Phantom Empire, and bring peace to Japan and the rest of the world. In the year 2005, a second Phantom Empire has risen. Now, a secret organization known as Spectrum has found the MagnaRelics and used their power to create devices known as MagnaBraces. All that remains is tracking down five warriors who are willing and able to wield the power.
