I like the design for your forum. I like how you only have four forums. I don't like when boards start up with all kinds of forums. Personally I like boards like this that are simple. I also like how you are not brining in too many mods off the bat. People go too mod crazy sometimes in the begginning. With patience I think you can build a good community.

Loose the embedded sound on the DT page, and scrap any other plans for more.

Can I ask why you think that?
Because it's gay.

Listen if you don't like it give me a real reason other than it's gay.

Just a suggestion, if I were you, for the forum, I'd make it so that ONLY members, admins, and mods can post. I was bored so i wanted to test a theory by trying to post on your board without a username. And I could. I didn't. But I could've.
So... I would go to the Admin control panel and fix that.
But otherwise:
-Get a banner (dresses it up more)
-advertise on....I'll get the link in a few minutes
-Advertise on EVERY board that you are part of
-Add more forums.
Otherwise, it is pretty cool.
Also, I would update the season and rangers and stuff like that on your site.

Actually I meant every word I said. I like the fact that he started out with a small amount of forums. Plus the look of the forums are not bad. I hate it when people start off with tons of forums. I also don't like it when they try to recruit tons of mods before they even have any members.

I disagree on some levels with what you are saying about multiple forums on a single board.
It broadens the amount of things you can do on the board. Like... there isn't a fanfic section.... or a fanart.... or a... you get what I mean? I like to be able to do a bunch of different things. Plus it is more organized having more fourms. Having one can get messy cause all the members think to post everything dealing with PR- fanfics, merchandise, news, etc.- in that forum. It's hard to find what you want with all that.
But it isn't my site.

Can I ask why you think that?
In my case, I had kept the volume of my speakers up loud from when I had used them last. Then, when I clicked the page, the DT theme BLASTED from them. It was intrusive.

I see what you are saying. But the thing is when a new board starts up they typically don't have many members. Therefore it is redundant to have all kinds of forums. Things just are too spread out. It is better to start with a general PR Descussion Forum, A comments forum, and archive section ( or some veriation like that). It doesn;t matter if members post ads, fanfics, off topic forums, and so on in the general forums. Things aren't going to become cluttered because the forum is so young. Any intellegent post should be welcomed at this point. Now once new members come and things do become cluttered, than you start adding new forums. You do so on an as needed basis. And when you do you don't have to go crazy. Just have no more then six or seven forums. Thats all a PR Board really needs ( and thats assuming the board in question grows into a really popular board like RB and PRN).
Look at how Ray started. When I first came to PRCMB ( when it was on coolboard) Ray only had a few forums; pr general descussion, merchandise, and comments. He didn't add any additional forums till things were big enough to become cluttered. Even now RB doesn't have an exessive ammount of forums. Ray also started out with no mods or admins. Over time once the board became big and harder to manage, he recruited mods. At first he called them his spam patrol and than expanded their powers as needed. He also didn't have a regid set of rules in the beginning. He created some rules only when the situation called for it. I think this is a good model to follow when creating a forum. Now I am not saying everyone should create RB clones, just that everyone could learn a little from how Ray started out.

Thank you for giving me a real reason. I will go take it off.
It'll be better for your dial-up visiters too- its easier for us on broadband, but some sites must be hell for others.
