Im from México and I need to send money to someone in USA. The thing is that I have paypal but the person that I want to send the money dont. I dont have another way to send money to USA. I think send a money order thought bidpay but bidpay dont accept Master card. So, the thing is this:
I send the person who wants to help me the money that I need to send ant the person who wants helpme send a money order to the person I need to send the money. $5 dollars for the person who wants to help me. Please!!!!
