The only thing I can gather is that during the time of Zeo and Turbo Fox didn't want to release PR eps. Zeo has two (IIRC) Zeo Quest and It Came from Angel Grove....maybe one other. Turbo had the movie, and I think that was it.

You can get Zeo and Turbo VCDs on ebay, just keep in mind they are expensive and unofficial.
