It's sounds quite good but you should probably re-consider the names of the characters. Some one them sound too alike and could sound silly when reading it.

Dustin and Justin.
Jake and Blake.

It's probably best to use original names aswell as people will probably ask if these characters are the ones from the show.

Just a thought, apart from that, I look forward to reading it.

Is it going to be a script format piece or a proper novel layout?

Obviously I know nothing of your story yet, but I'm not too keen on the whole '10 brothers' thing. If you need to keep it in the immediate family because of a plot point, then why not mix it up a little? How about a couple of sisters, or cousins, young uncles / aunts, niece or nephews? Just a suggestion.
