PakikeroKnuckles (Cephalozord) and Brachiozord question?

Hi, could someone please tell me where to find the PakikeroKnuckles (Cephalozord) in America? I have all the parts to make the MaxRyuuOh (Triceramax Megazord) except for that zord which I need for the right arm. Also, will the Brachiozord be out in America?

Neither have been confirmed (in the sense that they've been physically seen, though Cephala is APPARENTLY coming out...). Brachio is a no, most indefinitely....
