I made my first order with hlj for a dekabike and its been 3 weeks since they said they shipped it and the shipping I have is 1-3 weeks so its already late. My question is to those have gotten stuff from them does it this long. I'm in the bay area so it shouldn't take this long.

If it's SAL you used don't bother complaining unless you have waited 31 bussiness days.

It can take up to 30 days and even then they say you should wait 1 day on top of the maximum before you email then incase of a problem.

I use SAL when I order from HLJ and I usually get mine in just over a week, I live in Wisconsin.

I ordered my DekaBike recently with EMS shipping... I decided I wasn't gonna play around with SAL, especially since it's not trackable... and also 'cause I don't feel like being that patient hehe

SAL is a tricky mistress. You see, since it's surface shipping...ie, by boat. They have to wait until the boat is filled. Now if you're lucky, your order will be put on a boat that's all ready to leave. So you'll get it really quickly. But if you make an order, and the boat isn't filled yet, well then you're going to be waiting until that boat is filled so it can leave.

Yo lonewolf, just some extra feedback for you. I recieved my DekaBike in 15 buisness days and I am in Indiana. It seems that it the larger the package the longer the wait as my breakthrottle was 12 days and they both were shipped out together so there was a three day difference in my changer as opposed to my mecha. Hope this helps and hope you enjoy your merchandise as well! :023:

No, they don't... You have the choice of which method you want to use.

It is odd that it took so long, though. I ordered a DekaBike from them and it took them maybe four or five days to send it to me.

Like it says on the site, SAL shipping can take anywhere from 7 to 30 days... So, it should not be a surprize when it doesn't get there next-day...
I prefer EMS shipping for it's trackability and 5-7 day wait period heh
