“Now that the power of the gates have been harnessed I feel as though it is time we use some more firepower against those new guardians.” Queen Amasa explained to her minions.
“What do you have in mind?” asked Shadowvox.
“A monster.” she replied. “We’ll create a monster and have it attack the guardians and kill them. Then he’ll take the gates and give them to me.”
“That’s an excellent idea my queen.” Steelvix said out loud.
Purple boils began to build on Queen Amasa’s right arm. The boil suddenly broke off her body and landed on the ground. It then began to take the form of a monster that had blue sticky and scaly skin. A horn came out of its head and the eyes faced opposite sides.
“I am Fish Guts and what does my queen want?” the monster asked as he turned around to face Queen Amasa and the others.
“Go to Ocean Cove and kill the Gate Guardians and be sure you take their gates after you’ve killed them.” Pyra ordered the monster.

Inside the temple, Orpheus meditated in front of the guardians. Everyone watched intently as if he was going to do something all of sudden.
“What’s he doing?” asked Van. “Is this how he sleeps?”
“No you idiot. He’s meditating.” Alison explained to him. “Don’t you know anything?”
Orpheus suddenly opened his eyes and right away he said, “I need Kent.”

“What is it that you wanted to see me about Orpheus?” asked Kent as he sat in front of Orpheus with his legs crossed and the others sitting around as well.
“Long ago the original Gate Guardians had an animal that gave them extra power when needed. These animals had the same element as your gates. After Queen Amasa was sealed and the gates were hidden, the four animals were hidden as well.” Orpheus explained to him.
“Okay but what does this have to do with me?” replied Kent.
“You must go search for the Dragon of the Flame in order to morph into the Keeper of the Flame.” Orpheus replied.
“Where will I find it?” asked Kent.
“Your gate will guide you to it.” Orpheus replied to him. “Now go and find it.”

Kent arrived in the middle of downtown Ocean Cove. He pulled out his cell phone and flipped it open to see if it would be any help. On the small screen of his cell phone was a burning fire. Somehow he knew where to go and began going towards the nearby forest.
Atop one of the many buildings of downtown Ocean Cove was Fish Guts standing there and keeping on eye on Kent.
“So I take it he’s a gate guardian. Well he must get him if he is a guardian.” Fish Guts said as he jumped off the building and bounced his way in a ball of light towards the forest.

Kent arrived in the forest and looked at his cell phone to see where to go next.
“What’s this?” he said to himself as he got a strange feeling coming from in front of him.
Kent slowly went forward and spotted a red ball of fire floating. Underneath the ball of fire was a circular podium on which it floated.
“That must be it!” Kent said with excitement as he moved his hand forward to grab it.
Suddenly Kent’s hand was hit by an arrow and thrown to the side. He turned around and saw Fish Guts standing there.
“I am Fish Guts and I’m here for your gate.” said Fish Guts to Kent. “So hand it over or die. Well even if you do hand it over you’ll still die. But either way just give it up.”
“If you think I’m going to give you my gate that easily well then you’ve got another thing coming. Gate Code 692!” he exclaimed as he punched in the Gate Code and opened his gate.
Kent aimed the front of his cell phone at Fish Guts and streaks of fire shot out of his cell phone and hit Fish Guts.
A group of Hackers suddenly appeared and attacked Kent. Two Hackers grabbed him by the arms and held him tightly allowing Fish Guts to approach him.
“Gate Code 798! Gate of Wind open!” yelled Alison as she and Van and Jordan came running towards Kent.
A gust of wind hit Fish Guts and the Hackers throwing them back several feet.
“Orpheus told us you were in trouble so we came as fast as we could.” Jordan explained to Kent.
“Well you couldn’t have come at a better time.” replied Kent to the others.
“Hackers attack them!” Fish Guts ordered as the Hackers ran to the four and began fighting them.
“Gate Code 597! Gate of Water!” Jordan yelled as he opened his gate by punching in the code.
“Gate Code 486! Gate of Earth!” exclaimed Van as his gate opened which he used to attack the Hackers with.
“You guys take care of the Hackers and Fish Guts. I’ll get what I came for.” Kent ordered to the others, which everyone agreed to.
Kent ran forward to get to the red fiery ball. Fish Guts suddenly jumped in and Kent reacted by putting his cell phone in front of him which let out several flames that hit Fish Guts knocking him down. Kent flipped over Fish Guts and grabbed the ball.
“Got it.” he said as he slammed the ball into his cell phone causing it to disappear. “Now watch this. Gate of Fire open!”
With the ring still appearing in front of his cell phone, Kent threw his right hand up over his head allowing the red ring to grow and roll down his body. Once it reached the bottom Kent’s body was placed in a suit with red arms and legs, and a red helmet with the head of a golden Chinese dragon.
“Keeper of the Flame!” Kent exclaimed as he stood straight, he was no longer holding his phone.
“That is awesome. I wonder if I’ll get one of those too.” Jordan thought to himself.
Kent pulled out his Star Cutter and Galaxy Dagger which were placed on his belt, and held them tightly as he stood in front of Fish Gut fully enraged.
“Oh no.” said Fish Gut as Kent charged at him and struck him with both the weapons.
Fish Guts tried to block the strikes with his arms but got deeply cut by Kent’s weapons. Kent then placed both the weapons back into the holders of his belt.
“Gate of Flight open!” he yelled as he jumped up and bounced off a red ringed platform that appeared on the ground.
As he flew high into the sky, Kent took out the Dragon Tail Sword. Kent swooped down and slashed Fish Guts with the sword over his shoulders.
“Kent’s got another gate?” Alison thought to herself as she and the others watched him fly in the sky.
Kent flew higher into the sky and turned himself upside down. He then began flying straight down towards Fish Guts and as he did so he opened up his Gate of Fire and let out blasts of fire at Fish Gut that burned him until he was disintegrated.
“That was awesome!” said Kent as he came running to the other Rangers. “You guys really have to try this out.”

“No this can’t be!” Queen Amasa said as she watched the battle through a small pool that was in her layer. “He’s not done for just yet. Pyra make him grow!”
“Yes my queen.” replied Pyra as she vanished from the layer with a steel card.

Pyra appeared behind the remains of Fish Guts and threw the steel card down into the corpse.
“Now come back to life and take growth! Your job is not done yet.” Pyra yelled as the remains of Fish Guts flew into the air and came together to form a larger being.
“Oh no what are we going to do now?” Van said as he became more worried.
“We’re going to use the Dragon of the Flame.” Kent replied as he looked up at the towering Fish Guts. “Dragon of the Flame rise and conquer!”
From over the horizon came a red fiery dragon flying with its wings fully sprouted. The dragon had green eyes and scaly red skin.
Kent leaped into the air and flew in front of the dragons face. Kent was suddenly merged into the dragon’s forehead as it flew forward towards Fish Guts.
“Now I’m one big bad fish!” Fish Guts said out loud as the Dragon of the Flame came flying.
The Dragon of the Flame flew by Fish Guts and opened its mouth letting flames shoot out and strike Fish Guts’ body.
“You’re not gonna get me that easily.” replied Fish Guts angrily as he grabbed the tail of the dragon and flung him away over a nearby hill.
The Dragon of the Flame cried out as it laid there on the side of the hill.
“Its okay. We can still defeat him. I’m still here with you.” Kent said to the Dragon of the Flame.
The Dragon of the Flame flew up back into the sky and charged at Fish Guts fully enraged. The Dragon of the Flame roared loudly as he opened his mouth and let out blasts of fire at Fish Guts.
“Hope its not too burnt.” Kent said as Fish Guts continued getting burned by the Dragon of the Flame.
Fish Guts finally fell and broke apart into sand.

“No!” Queen Amasa roared with anger at the defeat of her first monster. “Those four fools couldn’t have defeated me! That’s just not possible.”
“Well my queen we’ll just make a stronger and better monster that will surely defeat the four guardians.” Steelvix replied trying to calm the queen down.
“That’d had better happen or some heads will start to roll.” Queen Amasa replied.
