That includes Black Ranger on Raptor Cycle, and Triassic Ranger on ATV. Would have made a lot more sense to have Black on the ATV but Bandai obviously didn't know who was getting the ATV's this year (kinda like how last year they gave Green the remote Glider Cycle). From the pictures on the box Conner's head looks decent, Tommy's... eh. Might look different out of the box though, at least I hope.
