If you want to get technical, not really. He could just be a failure at being a fictional fan because he's a true fan.

True, True, but I checked out his fanfics and they definitely don't live up to his custom title, were not you here when he was posting fics? Could you tell me what quality they were of.

That guy's fanfics are pure shit on FF.NET, he's also breaking one rule on that site and not keeping his chapters in one story, he's pathetic.
