The Rangers were in the city, spending a whole day in the shopping center of St. Tropical.

“This place is nice! I haven’t seen a shopping mall in a while” said Anne as she carried two bags of clothes with her.
“We can see” said Jake as he also carried another bag of Anne.
“If you want to go anywhere, just name it” said Anne as she stopped.
“O no, we wouldn’t dare to stop you from shopping” said Jake.
“And you Tom, do you want to go anywhere?” asked Anne.
“I wanted too, a couple of shops back, but you were so busy with your shopping” said Tom.
“Stop it! I’ve heard enough! If you guys want to go elsewhere then do it! I’ll go further on my own!” said Anne and she pulled her bag out of Jake’s hands.
“Fine by me” said Jake and he walked back.
“Fine!” said Anne and she walked further.
Tom waited a few seconds and then followed Jake through the mall.

In the jungle, Jevnata had called Ventox at him to discuss some things.
“Do you know where he has gone to?!” Jevnata asked Ventox.
“He hasn’t told me anything” said Ventox.
“So that rat has just left us! If I get my hands on him he will be sorry he did this to me” said Jevnata.
“But what do we do now? Without Grymar we don’t have the Goosters to attack the Rangers and we can’t enlarge the monsters” said Ventox.
“O yes, that’s the only thing I miss about him. I’ll find a way, I almost have the power to call on the help of more stronger powers then Grymar’s” said Jevnata.
“But what do we do until then?” asked Ventox.
“Create monsters that are too strong for the Rangers, so we don’t have to enlarge them. And I have a special task for you Ventox” said Jevnata.
“And that is?” said Ventox.
“You take some of those worthless Mudloids with you and find that insidious bastard that betrayed us!” yelled Jevnata.
“Yes master” said Ventox and he ran outside the temple.
“Now we have that cleared out, I have another pain in the ass walking around. But with the plan I’ve got in mind, that will be solved either in no time” said Jevnata as he walked over to his ruby.

In the shopping center, Anne has sat down at a restaurant to have a snack.
“I hope Tom and Jake are having such much fun as I have!” she said sarcastic as she took a bite in her sandwich.

Two floors higher, Tom and Jake were looking at a video shop.
“Have you find a nice DVD to buy?” asked Jake.
“Maybe, what do you think of this? Wes Craven’s New Nightmare?” asked Jake.
“Seems nice to me. Let’s take that” said Tom and Jake bought the DVD.
“Shall we look for Anne now? She has been alone for a while now” said Tom.
“Are you crazy! That girl only wants to shop for clothes, clothes and more clothes! Now we have time for our own. We check up on her in a few hours, then she probably has finished her shopping” said Jake.
“I guess your right “ said Tom and they went up another level in the mall.

Ventox and some Mudloids were walking around in the jungle, seeking for Grymar.
“Where could he have go to? I don’t understand it” said Ventox as he pushed some bushes aside.
“He must have a plan, a big one. I wish he had told me what” he said.
Suddenly a Mudloid waved at Ventox.
“What did you find?” he said.
The Mudloid pointed at something at the ground.
“A foot prince … of Grymar!” said Ventox as he began to smile.
“Follow these! We have to get him as fast as we can!” yelled Ventox and he and the Mudloids followed the foot princes … assuming they were from Grymar.

But not far away from there, Jevnata had placed three bottles on the ground, all full with a black mist.
“I think the time has come to give the Devidious Triplet another chance in destroying Tropic Task. Luckfully they are still in good condition after all these years and remained at the same spot I hid them after Tropic Task defeated them for the first time” said Jevnata and he sat down at this throne.
“Now, Devidious Triplet, resurface to destroy!” he yelled and he fired purple beams at the bottles, making them glow. The bottles shattered and the black mist was freed. The mist flew through the room and slowly began to change into three creatures.
As three black creatures appeared in the room, Jevnata stood up.
“Devidious Triplet, welcome back” he said.
“Jevnata, you brought us back” said one of them.
“It’s a pleasure to see you again” said another one.
“You can thank me later, but as you probably know, there’s a reason I brought you back and saved you from fully destruction back then” said Jevnata.
The three creatures bowed.
“I hope you still recall the name: Tropic Task?” said Jevnata.
The three creatures growled.
“That probably means yes. I brought you back because Tropic Task is still active and ruins my plans” said Jevnata.
“You want us to fight Tropic Task again?” said one creature.
“Yes, but the Rangers are now only with three” said Jevnata.
“That’s even more easier” said one.
“I hope so. I have had enough of them and I want you to take each one of them down” said Jevnata.
“That’s no problem at all” said another.
“But wait! Before you destroy them, I give you this” said Jevnata.
Three outfits appeared, each in one of the Rangers’ colors.
“Put these on and take down the Ranger whose color you wear. That will make it easier to remember which one is yours” said Jevnata as the Devidious triplet put the outfits on.
“Don’t disappoint me this time, because now I won’t save you from full destruction” said Jevnata.
The three of them nodded and then they disappeared.

“The Rangers won’t know what hit them. They defeated the previous monsters by working together, but now they all have one monster with more strength then the previous ones. I wonder how they defeat three monsters with only three Rangers!” said Jevnata and he sat back at his throne, laughing.

Anne walked around in the mall with seven or eight shopping bags and sat down at a bench around a big fountain.
“Where are those bastards! Leaving me all alone with these bags! They’re killing me for gods sake” said Anne as she put the bags on the ground.
“I think it’s time for some communication power” she said and pushed the blue button on her morpher.
“And if they dare to hang up on me” she said as she waited.

Tom and Jake were five levels higher in the mall, also sitting down at a bench.
“This day is great. I forgot how nice shopping could be if you have money” said Jake.
“But wait a second. You bought a DVD, but we don’t have a DVD-player” said Tom suddenly.
“Damn! I forgot to take one from the site. We had three of them” said Jake.
“But I think we have to deal with this later” said Tom as he looked at Jake’s wrist.
“What?!” said Jake.
“Someone inside this building is trying to contact us” said Tom.
“Ow” said Jake as he looked at his morpher.
“Let’s go over there” said Jake as he nodded his head towards a corner.

“What’s wrong Anne?” said Jake.
“You guys! Where are you?!” Anne said.
“Are you saying that you used your morpher, risked the chance to get exposed as a Power Ranger, only to know where we are in the mall?” said Jake.
“Well ……. Yeah!” said Anne.
“For gods sake, what were you thinking?!” said Jake.
“Why don’t you use a cell phone like everybody else?” said Tom.
“Alright, alright I get the point! Now where are you guys?” said Anne.
“Where at the … “ said Jake, but then Tom pinched his arm.
“What’s wrong with you?!” said Jake as he turned to Tom.
“We’re going to have some problems!” said Tom as he looked towards a building opposite the mall. Three black creatures, with yellow eyes and wearing pants in blue, black and yellow (outfits like Egyptians ) were running towards the mall.
“Anne! Look outside! Trouble” said Jake and he broke the communication.
Anne turned around and looked at the building. She looked up and saw the three creatures jumping from it and flying towards the big windows of the mall.
Tom and Jake jumped at the ground when the windows shattered as the monsters jumped through them. They landed on the third level. People began to scream and glass lied everywhere.
“They entered the mall!” said Jake as he stood up. He had some scratches, but he was ok.
“Where did they land?” said Tom.
They both ran to the escalators and looked down. The monsters threw some people away and fired at some shops.
“There they are!” said Jake.
“Let’s find a spot where we can morph!” said Tom and they walked away.

Anne stood up. Glass lied everywhere on the ground and in the fountain. All people were panicked and tried to leave the mall as soon as they could, causing big chaos at the entrances.
“What the hell just happened?!” said Anne as she grabbed her bags from the ground. She looked up and saw a black creature fire at the fountain. The explosion blasted the whole fountain away and hurled Anne, as well as some other people, away from it. Anne landed hard on the ground, her bags flying everywhere.
A panicked woman ran over a white dress that Anne just had bought.
“Great! I liked that one!” said Anne as she stood up again.
“Now I’m really pissed! Those guys are in big trouble!” said Anne and she walked to the lady’s room.

“Where are those Rangers?!” said the black one.
“If we keep destroying this building they will show up eventually” said the blue one.
“Our wishes have just been granted” said the yellow one as he pointed at two things flying right at them.
Tom and Jake had morphed and jumped towards the triplet. But before they could kick them, the triplet blasted them out of the air. Tom and Jake dropped on the floor and moaned.
“There you are!” said the yellow one as he walked towards them.
“After all those years our revenge will be sweet” said the black one who stood now next to the yellow one.
“Let’s finish these two of already so we only have to deal with those other three later” said the blue one.
They began to laugh as they stretched their arms, ready to fire.
But before they had the chance to do it, something swung around the yellow triplet’s middle. Then he was pulled backwards and landed on the ground.
The other two turned around, giving Tom and Jake the opportunity to get back on their feet.
“Ah, look who we have here” said the blue one.
The whip disappeared and Anne stood in front of the escalator.
“The Blue Ranger! Finally we can all have the one we need” said the yellow one as he got back on his feet.
“Get her!” yelled the black one and he fired at Anne. She did some quick moves and landed next to Tom and Jake.
“Nice! But not nice enough to stop us!” said the yellow one.
“We’ll see about that!” said Jake.
“POWER RANGERS TROPIC TASK!” they yelled and went in their team pose.

“Devidious Triplet!” the monsters yelled as they crossed their arms in front of their chest.
The Rangers didn’t wait any longer and went in for the battle. But the monsters moved very quickly and suddenly they slashed the Rangers at their chest.
“Wow, they are quick! I couldn’t see them!” said Anne as she held a hand on her chest.
“We have to be careful! These guys are serious!” said Jake.
Tom and Anne nodded, before the triplet did another fast move. This time each of them grabbed a Ranger and jumped to another level. The blue one hurled Anne back to a pillar at the third level, the yellow one took Jake up to the fifth level, hurling him into a store and the black one threw Tom at the ground, next to the exploded fountain.
Now the triplet each had a Ranger of their own and the fight began.

Jake stood up and looked through the window he just had crashed through. He didn’t saw the monster, but suddenly the monster appeared behind him. Jake tried to kick him back, but the monster slashed Jake with it’s big claws. He hit Jake hard and he flew right out the store again. He landed at the ground and called for his piranha bombs.
“Would it be wise to throw bombs in a five store high shopping mall with two friends of you beneath us?” said the monster as he moved towards Jake.
Jake waited a few seconds, but then threw the bombs anyway, luckily hitting the monster. The impact blew it back and he crashed back into the store. Only a bit harder than Jake.

Five stores below, Tom tried to slash the monster with his toucan bat.
“That stick won’t help you defeat me!” said the monster as Tom landed beside him. Tom hurled the bat through the air and tried to slash the monster in his chest. But it reacted a bit quicker and slashed Tom three times in his chest. Tom did some steps back, trying to stay on his feet. The monster used this moment to slam Tom to the ground. He aimed his claws in the direction of Tom’s chest, ready to stab him. But before he could stab him, Tom rolled away and the monster stabbed his claws in the floor.
“Too bad!” said Tom and he kicked the monster in his side. It pulled his claw out of the floor, but Tom kicked him back. Before he could do something again, Tom powered up his toucan bat.
“Toucan bat! Power slash!” he yelled and a slashed move hit the monster to the ground. It seemed to be knocked out. Tom took some steps back and looked up, as he heard Anne fighting the blue one three stores higher.

Tom saw Anne flying against the balustrade and then rolling away as the monster hit it away.
“I better give Anne a hand!” said Tom as he headed for the escalators.
Anne rolled over the ground as the monster tried to get her.
She stretched her legs, kicking the monster in his chest and knocking him back.
“Let’s take you out will we” she said as the Swan Whip appeared in her hands.
“You’re going to fly with Ranger airlines” she said as the whip hurled towards the monster.
But then he grabbed the whip, instead of it swinging around him.
Anne had no time to react, and the monster swung the whip around. Anne flew around and then crashed through the window of a store. But she didn’t stopped. The monster swung with such force that she crashed through the wall of the store into another one, and crashing through the window of that one. Then he used all his strength and hurled Anne towards a big pillar at the level. Anne was going so fast that she didn’t only crashed into it, but also through it. The whole pillar shattered and Anne dropped on the ground, all parts of the pillar landing next to her. The monster had released the whip and it dropped on the ground next to her.
“That was fun!” he said and walked towards Anne.
Anne tried to pull herself up, but her whole body hurt. The impact was so hard, that even her Ranger powers didn’t protected her from the impact.
As the monster approached her, Tom reached the level and saw Anne.
”O my god! ANNE!” he yelled and the monster turned around.
“Stay away! This is my battle!” he said.
“Tropic Rang!” yelled Tom and hurled it towards the monster. It struck him at his chest and he felt on the ground.
Tom jumped to Anne and kicked the monster a few feet back.
“Anne, are you alright?!” he said as he gave her a hand.
“No, I’m not alright. But I can’t give up now or we will loose” she said as Tom helped her up.

The monster had stood up and looked into their direction.
“That wasn’t nice to do! Now I have to punish you both” it said and he fired electric laser beams from his fingers that trapped the Rangers. They were electrocuted and then an explosion blasted them back, crashing into the shop were Anne had flown through.
“Ah man!” said Tom as he stood up.
“Those creatures are strong” said Anne.
“Prepare for you destruction!” yelled the monster suddenly and he fired again at the shop. Tom grabbed Anne and pulled her out of the shop. The shop exploded and the impact of the blast threw Tom and Anne at the ground.
“Now I got you” he said, but then Tom and Anne heard an explosion above them. They looked up and saw Jake fighting the yellow triplet. But not Jake was winning, but the monster. Suddenly it grabbed Jake and hurled him over the balustrade, through a window and he landed on the building where the monster had come from.
“Was that Jake?!” said Anne as she grabbed the balustrade.
As Tom and Anne watched at Jake, they didn’t saw that the black Devidious triplet appeared next to the blue one.
“This is the moment!” said the blue one and they both fired at Tom and Anne. Surprised by the attack, they were blasted through the balustrade and dropped from the third store to the ground level. They dropped hard and it caused them to demorph, as they moaned. Tom looked up to see if the monsters were there, but he didn’t saw them.
“Anne, come quick!” he said and together they crept under the lean-to. The monsters walked over to the balustrade and looked down.
“Did they die?” asked the black one.
“I don’t see them” said the blue one.
“Did they survive it?!” said the black one.
“This will get them!” yelled the blue one and he fired at the floor. The blast created a big hole and tiles flew around. Under the lean-to, Tom and Anne covered themselves from the tiles.
“What’s he doing?” said the black one suddenly.
The two looked at the building where Jake was fighting the yellow triplet.
“We’ll get those two later. If we help him destroy that one we can take them on easily” said the blue and they both jumped to the opposite building.

Tom and Anne looked at the building where now all three triplets were.
“Jake won’t be able to defend himself against the three of them” said Anne.
“I know, but we can’t do anything now we have unmorphed” said Tom and they both looked at Jake.

Jake tried to kick the yellow one away, but it slashed Jake in his chest and hit him a few feet back. Behind him the black and blue one were cheering as they saw Jake landing on the roof.
Jake called for his bombs and hurled them to the monster, but it caught them and hurled them back, causing three big explosions. Jake dropped on his knees and then unmorphed. He felt on the roof and was unconscious.
“We got him! Let’s kill him” said the blue one and they all stretched their hands towards Jake.
“O no!” said Anne.
“Wait! Look!” said Tom suddenly.
They saw that Jake began to glow. He lit up yellow and then disappeared. The triplet looked stunned.
“What happened?!” said the yellow one.
“We almost got him!” yelled the blue one.
In the mall Tom saw that Anne began to lit up blue and Tom lit up black.
Then they also disappeared in a blue and black light.
“They managed to escape somehow, but they are weaken by this fight. Next time they won’t be this strong and we take them down quick” said the yellow one as he looked around.
“But what do we do about those other two Rangers?” said the black one.
“We will deal with them later, first those three” said the yellow one.
“Then what are we waiting for! Let’s find them” said the blue one and they all three disappeared.

Master Pentuyi watched at the ground as a yellow light appeared. Then a blue and black one also did.
Then Jake lied on the ground and Tom and Anne sat next to him.
“What happened?” said Anne as she stood up and sat down at the table.
“Your animal spirits rescued you by teleporting you out of danger” said master Pentuyi.
“Did they do that?” said Tom.
“Yes, but for a reason” said master Pentuyi.
“If they didn’t teleported you out of there, you would have been destroyed” said Pentuyi.
“How, they wouldn’t have found me and Tom” said Anne.
“Maybe not at that moment, but eventually. If they had destroyed Jake, you would be a very easy target. They would have destroyed you easily and you wouldn’t have a Megazord” said Pentuyi.
“Well thanks” said Tom as he tapped his chest.
“Is Jake going to be alright?” said Anne.
“He will have to rest, but he will be alright” said Pentuyi.
Tom lied Jake on an altar in the corner.
“I think I need some rest to. That pillar hurt a lot” said Anne.
“Rest while you still can Rangers. The triplet will start to seek you and then you will need your strength” said Pentuyi as Tom and Anne walked to their sleeping places.
“This is going bad” said Pentuyi as he closed his eyes.

Ventox returned at the temple and walked over to Jevnata.
“And? Did you find him?” he asked.
“No master. He disappeared. He can be anywhere” said Ventox.
“NO! What does that idiot think?! What does he want to do?” said Jevnata.
“Maybe he wants his own revenge on the Rangers” said Ventox.
“His own or not. He will pay for his betrayal. Now Ventox, find a new way for me to enlarge my monsters. Now we know he isn’t going to return I will have to find another way” said Jevnata.
“Yes master” said Ventox and he kneeled, before leaving the temple.

The triplet had reached the construction site of St. Tropical and blasted the machines away.
“It’s much more fun in this time” said the blue one as he threw all kind of boxes of a hill.
“I know, but the only thing that matters is that we have to kill those Rangers” said the yellow one.
“When will they be brave enough to face us again?” said the black one.
“I think soon enough” said the yellow one as he saw the electricity storage for the whole city. The three creatures began to laugh as they walked over to it.

In the temple, master Pentuyi awoke and a picture of the triplet approaching the storage building appeared in the mirror.
“Rangers! Come quick” yelled Pentuyi.
Tom and Anne entered the room and Jake slowly woke up.
“The triplet has returned and wants to destroy the electricity storage building” said Pentuyi.
“But then St. Tropical won’t have electricity anymore! We can’t let them do that” said Tom.
“How’s Jake?” said Anne.
“I’m fine” he said as he joined them.
“We have to stop them now!” said Tom.

“Tropic Task Transformation!”.

The triplet almost arrived at the building as suddenly the ground around them exploded.
They laugh and turned around.
Jake had thrown some bombs at them and Anne and Tom stood aside him.
“Finally! You came back” said the black one.
“Shall we finish this for good?” said the yellow one.
“Fine by me” said Jake.
“Remember what we just agreed. Each take one of them with you and teleport to somewhere in the city. If they are alone they won’t be that bonding” said Jake.
Tom and Anne nodded and prepared their selves.

The triplet began to run towards them and the Rangers did the same.
“Please let this work” said Anne as she jumped towards the blue one. She grabbed it in mid air and they teleported away.
Tom and Jake did the same and teleported away to somewhere in the city.

Anne arrived in an old factory. She kicked the monster away and it crashed into some boxes. Anne landed on the ground.
“So you guys separated us” said the monster as he looked around. “Now you won’t have friends to save you like last time”.
“This time I won’t need to” said Anne. “Blue Swan Ranger”, she said and went into her pose.
“Blue Devidious Triplet” the monster said and put his arms in front of his chest and the battle began.
Anne jumped into the air and the monster also did. Anne delivered some hits, but the monster hit her harder and knocked her back against a wall. Anne dropped on the ground and the monster landed next to her.
“You were saying?” he said and threw Anne into the boxes he just flew into. Anne shook her head and just had time enough to jump out of the way. The monster slashed some boxes away and Anne hit him. The monster fired at Anne, she called for her whip, swung it around a steel pipe and took it to the skies. She swung towards the monster and knocked it back. The monster stood up, but Anne ran towards it, jumped into the air and delivered a first kick with her left foot, then her right, turned and then with her both feet. The monster felt on the ground again and Anne hit the whip on the ground.
“You were saying?” she said.

Tom slashed the monster with the bat, but the monster took the bat and threw it into a wall. It stuck in it and Tom jumped to another to the roof of a building. They were fighting at the supermarket and the monster also jumped up to the roof.
“Black Toucan Ranger!” said Tom as he jumped towards the monster.
“Black Devidious triplet” it said and grabbed Tom’s legs, and slammed him to the ground. Tom tried to get up, but the monster landed beside him and kicked him towards the wall where his bat stuck in.
Tom tried to pull it out, but he wasn’t able to before the monster attacked again. He jumped again at the roof and the monster followed him. But this time Tom was quicker and kicked him back. Now he felt on the ground and Tom gave it another try to get his bat back.

Jake had been teleported to the new plaza. He kicked the monster back and they both landed on the ground.
“Nice place to fight” said the monster.
“Yellow Piranha Ranger!” said Jake.
“Whatever!” said the monster and he fired at Jake. He jumped away and a bench was hit. The monster continued his fighting and Jake did some matrix moves to avoid the blasts. Eventually he stopped, but the monster did some quick moves and hit Jake. He rolled over the ground and now stood in front of a big clock hanging on a building.
The monster reacted quick and hit Jake up, making him crashing into the clock. The glass flew over the ground and Jake felt on the ground. The pins broke and the clock fell of the wall, landing on Jake. Jake now couldn’t move anymore, because the clock was too heavy.
“Now I have you!” said the monster and Jake saw him moving towards him. Just as he stood in front of Jake, Jake swept the monster of his feet. He used all his strength to push the clock of him and threw it on the monster.
He pushed the blue button on his morpher. “Tom, Anne, it’s time! Are you ready?”.

“Ready!” said Anne as she kicked the monster back.
“Ready!” said Tom as he hit the monster with the Toucan bat.

The Rangers jumped towards the monsters again and teleported to the former excavation site.
The triplet lied on the ground as the Rangers stood in a line in front of them, Tom and Anne holding their weapons.
“How can three Rangers be such as strong as five! What did you do with your other two Rangers!” yelled the yellow one.
“We don’t know what you’re talking about, but we know this” said Jake.
“You’re going down” said Anne as she and Tom formed the Tropico Slasher.
“What are they doing?” said the black one.
“You can’t defeat us! We almost destroyed you!” yelled the yellow one.
“Think again!” said Tom.
“Here Anne! Destroy that blue one” said Jake as he handed the Tropico Slasher over to Anne.
“This is for throwing me through that pillar!” she said.
“Tropico Slash!” yelled Anne as she made the slashing move with the weapon. The blue one was hit and dropped on the ground.
“NO! You killed our brother!” yelled the black one.
“Here you go Tom!” said Anne as she gave him the Tropico Slasher.
“Tropico Slash!” yelled Tom and the black one was also hit and exploded.
“Now you’re alone” said Jake.
The monster looked around him.
“Tropico Slash!” yelled Jake and destroyed the monster with a powerful slash.

Jevnata watched in horror as he saw the monster explode.
“Ventox! How can we enlarge them!” he yelled.
“The potion isn’t ready!” Ventox said.
“NO!” yelled Jevnata.

The Rangers cheered, but then a blob of green slime landed on the remainings of the yellow triplet.
It grew into a big monster and laughed.
“He has grown! We need the zords!” yelled Anne.
As the Rangers called their zords, Jevnata and Ventox watched stunned at the grown monster.
“How can that be?” said Jevnata.
“Maybe he will succeed anyway” said Ventox as they continued watching.

The Rangers formed the Tropic Three Megazord and prepared for the Megazord fight.
“Swan Chest Laser!” yelled Anne.
The Megazord fired, but the monster did a fast move and now stood next to the Megazord. He hit it and the Megazord stumbled a few steps back.
“Wow! He’s much quicker now” said Anne.
“Watch out!” yelled Tom as the monster jumped towards the Megazord’s chest. But the Piranha deflected the attack and hit the monster back.
“I will destroy you for my brothers!” the monster yelled as he fired from his hands. The beams trapped the Megazord and all it’s circuits overheated.
“We have to brake free or we will fall apart!” said Tom.
“Swan Chest Laser!” yelled Anne and the blast blew the monster back.
“Now we take him down for good” said Jake.
“PIRANHA FINISHER PUNCHER!” he yelled and the Piranha zord was powered up. The arms lit up yellow and the Megazord ran towards the monster.
“What are you doing?!” the monster yelled, before he was hit with one arm. Knocking him back and then the other hand hit him in his chest. Yellow thunder arose from his chest and then he fell over. The Megazord turned around as behind it the monster exploded.
