In the midnight at Surfers Hill, Andy is drawing cartoons, just for some fun. He is talented in that area, but never give it so much notice since he is more interested in computer and electronic gadgets. After some moments, he has finished his latest character- a monster called Trashcan- before going downstairs to the kitchen for a drink.
At the same time, Nick and Alexis are having their midnight snacks. The former is taking tuna sandwiches, while the latter is having a bowl of ice cream. They are not surprised at all to see Andy entering the place, as he always at the place punctually.
"Coffee, huh?" greets Nick as he enters the place.
"Always," Andy nods his head as he heading to the coffeemaker.
"What're you doing in your room anyway?" Alexis asks.
"Nothing really," he answers "just fixing things. See you!" he disappears with a cup of coffee later.
"He's really secretive with us," he admits to her as he takes a bite. "I have no idea what he's doing now."
"You're right, we know him too little for a very long time," she added after pouring some chocolate balls into her ice cream bowl.
Next day at CoastBase, Andy takes a look at all of his drawings alone in the operation room, as he is considering participating in a cartoon competition, which will be held soon. Actually, he not very interested but the prizes are so lucrative after all, and he thinks twice about it. It was cut short when the other Neutrons as well as Jessica and Hillary enter the place to start their work. It also forced him to hides those cartoons.
"Hey guys," he greets them.

"Hey, what's this?" says Jessica as she spotted something under the books. "Cartoons?"

"Well…" he reluctantly reveals, "it's just for fun, but a competition will be held soon, so I'm thinking about participating in the contest"
"You should enter it, it would be good for you," she encourage him "even though you loose."
"Yeah, she's right" Edward added. "You got anything to gain, and nothing to loose."
Eventually, Andy agrees to submit his participation, and quickly asked for an envelope from Jessica. After inserting those papers, he and Nick quickly gone to the nearest post office to send his cartoons, before returning back to CoastBase to continue their work.
Meanwhile at Port Voyage, Mark is still tired in the basement after coming fresh from the eventful adventure at planet Eltar. But rather than taking a long rest, he decided to do something, and it was coincident with Adam's plan for today. The former Black Ranger enters the place with a diskette in his hand.
"Today we will be quite busy, Mark" Adam says as he puts the diskette on the desk. "We need to finish this project soon."
"What project?" Mark asks.
"Maybe I forget to tell you" he reveals "that I'm currently built a car for you."
"For me?"
"Since Neutron Squad already have own battle bikes, you should have one too," he added. "Car is much better in many terms, although it's not as mobile as bikes."
"So?" Mark wonders.
"So I need your help to finalise some settings on this car, and we will test it tonight," explains Adam.
Later in the evening, judges start to evaluate each cartoons and one of them picks up Andy's papers. After studying it closely, she decided to have a coffee break and leaves it on a table. Somehow without warning, a dark cloud appears in the room and in a flash a lightning struck the Andy's cartoon. It happens so fast that no one aware about it. Shortly, the cloud disappears and a liquid slides down to the floor, before entering the nearby drainage system. After a few minutes inside, at a main dyke, a monster appears from the liquid, similar to those that Andy portrayed in his cartoon.
Later that night, Mark and Adam are ready to test the black car after some fine-tuning has been done to ensure best performance. The latter will monitors the condition from the room, while the former will drives to through the barren road and highway of Star City.
"Crash helmet?" Adam asks.
"Check," Mark replies.
"Seat belt?"
"Check, but I don't think we need it later after this," Mark admits.
"Ok, so let's go!" Adam instructs.
Then Mark enters the cockpit, and fastens his seatbelt. After all things have been set, Adam activates the warp tunnel, and Mark is ready to go. Seconds later, a smooth sound (like Batmobile) triggers inside the basement, and Mark blasts himself through the tunnel. Adam watches the on-board camera as well as telemetry systems, to ensure everything runs smoothly along the way.
"Good luck, Mark," he says slowly.

"Yeah, but afterwards he will be my 'dad'," Alexis says with a cheeky smile. "I can't imagine having a dad who is almost double my age."

“Step to the city streets, and test its handling,” Adam instructs.
“Got it!” Mark acknowledges the message. About a mile later, he slides at the exit route, and blasts himself throughout the sleepy streets of Star City. The car’s sound is not noisy at all, making its presence hardly being noticed by anyone in the midnight.
But it attracts two guarding policemen who caught it speeding in the area, and they quickly chased it. Mark noticed it from the monitor, and did not feel panic at all.
“Adam, we got trouble here,” Mark says.
“I can see it from here,” he replies back.
“Should I speeding or do you have better option?”
“Yes, but use the ‘Afterburner’ lever at your right, behind the gear shifter,” Adam instructs, “It will make your car faster.”
Meanwhile the chasing policemen are getting closer to him and almost rammed the car.
“Come on, we almost got him,” says the driving policeman.
“Come on, come on!” urged his partner.
Mark quickly holds the lever, and pushes it forward slowly. The car begins to widen the gap from the police, and moves faster than before. It causes havoc between the two policemen.
“Why are you slowing down?” the second policeman angrily asks.
“I didn’t!” he says.
After far enough, Mark enters the industrial area, and he blasts himself along the road. Adam closely monitors his progress from Port Voyage and decided to give the youngster a couple of minutes before returning home.
While passing by a nearby dyke, Mark somehow spotted a strange object at the opposite side of the road. But it happened so fast that he is unable to recognise what it is. Moments later, Adam tells him to return home.
“Yes,” he replies hesitantly.

“Ok, you’re doing great,” he praises the youngster. “So, how’s the car overall?”
“Good,” Mark answers, “Very smooth, very tidy, it has a great engine. It’s also very slick,” he added as he gets out from the car. But somehow later Adam noticed that something is wrong with his prodigy.
“Are you alright Mark?” he asks. “Is there something bothering you?”
“… Yes, there is” he hesitantly answers. “Do you have a replay from the on-board cam?”
“Of course. Why?”
Then Mark quickly gets to the control panel of the basement and takes a look at the footage during the run at the industrial area. After certain replay, he pauses the footage, and spotted a monster besides the road. It looks similar to the cartoon monster drawn by Andy.
“This is what bothering me,” Mark shows it to Adam. The latter cannot believe over what he saw as he himself cannot spotted the creature during the run.
“We will find out soon,” he assured, “but we need to go to sleep. We have working hard all day, trust me.”
Next morning at CoastBase, Andy seems lifeless. Most of his friends noticed this, but afraid to ask him. Thankfully, Jessica makes the move to find out why during the lunch.

“ Let me guess… you’re upset that I have ignoring you for a long time and turned down every date you make?” she guesses.

“No… I’m just afraid that something bad will happen, something that relates to it,” Andy admits.
Suddenly, the alarm has been raised, and everyone quickly rushed out. Andy and Jessica quickly get to the control room, where the former regrouped with the other four.
“We have detected a monster near the outskirts of the town, and it’s heading towards the city and destroying everything in its way,” indicates Hillary.
“Can we see the footage?” enquires Captain Bates, and a video is shown. Of course, Andy cannot believe over what he sees, and his nightmare has come true.
“Oh no!” he says.
“Why Andy?” Edward asks.
“It’s Trashcan… the monster that I drawn recently,” he explains. “Why it can be like this?”
“We have no time for that,” says Captain Bates. “Go Rangers!”
The five teenagers quickly run to the vehicle bay and transform into Neutron Rangers in the way there. After grabbing respective X-ARM bike, they dashed themselves to the designated location to stop Trashcan.
When they arrived, they found Mark is fighting the monster alone and the battle between them is almost balanced. As the two retreats from each other, they took that chance to join Mark in the battle.
“Are you alright?” Nick asks his elder.
“Fine,” Mark replies.
“Now, let’s crush this thing!” Edward commands, and they quickly launched an attack towards Trashcan. However, it did not weakened the monster and instead, it easily throws them to the side.
Mark did not giving up yet, and shifts his Spark Sword into Spark Lance to continues the attack alone, and this allows the other four to recover. After Mark sends down the monster on the ground, he told them to finish the beast once and for all.
“Beam Sabre!” shouts Neutron Squad and they instantly blasted five powerful blasts from their sabre. As they landed, Trashcan has been completely destroyed with a bang behind them.
However, Trashcan quickly grows up to become a gigantic monster, and tries to step on them afterwards. The Rangers narrowly managed to avoid it, and quickly call their Zords to rescue.
“Savage Zords, arise!” commands Edward, and instantly five animal Zords moves out from TransXpress CarrierZord.
“LunaZord, launch!” says Mark and from the sea, LunaZord levitates itself before blasting a powerful afterburner to take off. Soon those six flying Zords arrives at the area, and the Rangers instantly get into their respective cockpit to begin the battle.
“Savage Zords, combine!” says Edward, and soon the puma, komodo, falcon, lion, and shark Zords combined to form Savage MegaZord. Mark meanwhile, formed Luna WarriorZord and soon, the two Zords landed not far from the giant Trashcan to stage a fight.
The monster begins its attack by throwing a big metal saucer towards them, and they are unable to avoid it. Furious, Andy launches a metal tongue from the left hand of Savage MegaZord to hold the monster back, allowing them to throw it by a helicopter movement.
Trashcan was thrown away, but they are not finished yet. As it just stands up from the crash, Mark and his Luna WarriorZord kicks it with a double flying kick from the air. Then, the two Zords lined up against the weakened monster, and Savage MegaZord instantly unleashed Beast Whip attack to destroy it. Luna WarriorZord on the other hand, blasted Nova Assault strike, and the combination effectively destroyed the monster.
Then they celebrate the victory, but Sarah noticed that something is wrong with Andy who sits besides her.
“Team, we got a problem here,” she says, as she founds Andy is unconscious on his control panel.
In a rush, Neutron Rangers returned to CoastBase and admitted him to the medical bay. Thankfully, the doctor found nothing serious and releases him after a small treatment. Later they go the café, where they want to talk to him personally as it might have something with the monster.

“I’m fine,” he answers.
“I know it’s hard to accept the truth, but sometimes we had to do things we didn’t like at all,” Sarah says. “I know you designed the monster, but we had to destroy it. There’s nothing you should feel sorry about.”

“LunaZord, launch!” says Mark and from the sea, LunaZord levitates itself before blasting a powerful afterburner to take off. Soon those six flying Zords arrives at the area, and the Rangers instantly get into their respective cockpit to begin the battle.
“Savage Zords, combine!” says Edward, and soon the puma, komodo, falcon, lion, and shark Zords combined to form Savage MegaZord. Mark meanwhile, formed Luna WarriorZord and soon, the two Zords landed not far from the giant Trashcan to stage a fight.
The monster begins its attack by throwing a big metal saucer towards them, and they are unable to avoid it. Furious, Andy launches a metal tongue from the left hand of Savage MegaZord to hold the monster back, allowing them to throw it by a helicopter movement.
Trashcan was thrown away, but they are not finished yet. As it just stands up from the crash, Mark and his Luna WarriorZord kicks it with a double flying kick from the air. Then, the two Zords lined up against the weakened monster, and Savage MegaZord instantly unleashed Beast Whip attack to destroy it. Luna WarriorZord on the other hand, blasted Nova Assault strike, and the combination effectively destroyed the monster.
Then they celebrate the victory, but Sarah noticed that something is wrong with Andy who sits besides her.
“Team, we got a problem here,” she says, as she founds Andy is unconscious on his control panel.
In a rush, Neutron Rangers returned to CoastBase and admitted him to the medical bay. Thankfully, the doctor found nothing serious and releases him after a small treatment. Later they go the café, where they want to talk to him personally as it might have something with the monster.
“Andy, are you alright?” asks Edward to start the talk.
“I’m fine,” he answers.
“I know it’s hard to accept the truth, but sometimes we had to do things we didn’t like at all,” Sarah says. “I know you designed the monster, but we had to destroy it. There’s nothing you should feel sorry about.”
“It’s not like that,” explains Andy, “I just felt guilty for drawing it. If only I didn’t do it…”
“You shouldn’t regret that. What’s done is done, and that’s that,” added Sarah.
Andy seems relieved afterwards and later that evening, he met Jessica at the lobby area in the way to parking lot.
“I’m sorry over what happened,” she says.
“No, it’s ok” Andy answers. “So, what’s your plan tonight?”
“Nothing really, why?”
“May you go out for a dinner with me tonight?” he enquires. “I promise you’ll be home before 10.”
“Sure,” she replies with a smile.
“Ok, I will pick you at 7 tonight,” he says as he rushed to the outside as Edward has called him from the SUV.
Meanwhile at Port Voyage, Mark and Adam is still doing some work on the car and of course, the basement is messy with tools and gadgets around.
“May I ask you something Adam?” sounds Mark.
“Sure, what is it?” Adam asks.
“Have you ever want to be a Ranger again?” he questioned.
“Of course, but…” Adam reluctantly answers, “Now I’m too old for that. My mobility is declining; my kicks and punches are not as hard as before. And I sustained an ankle injury a couple of months ago, and the last time I morphed, the power almost killed me.”
“But you still want to be a part of it,” Mark giving his view.
“Even though I had to play backstage role, I would do it. Once a Ranger, always a Ranger,” Adam smiles. “Why you ask that?”
“Nothing really.”
“Come on, we almost finished this baby,” says Adam to him. “Soon, this will be your deadliest weapon yet.”
Then both of them continue their work, with Mark fixing the engine and Adam doing some electronic work. They are working hard to finish the car, as they cannot be left behind in the race to beat villains that terrorise the world.
