One year ago. Dr. Tommy Oliver and his students,
defeated the evil Mesogog. Peace was finally brought
to the city known as Reefside. But now, a new evil
threat has arrived and plans to take over Earth.
Now Dr. Tommy Oliver, will have to once become
the Black Dino Thunder Ranger once more and recruit
his other three students known as Connor McKnight, Kira
Ford and Ethan James to become Dino Thunder Rangers once
again. Will they have enough power to save the Earth once more?
Bios
Connor McKnight
Connor is eightteen years old now. He is about the graduate at Reefside High School. He wants to go on to college, so he can become the worlds greatest soccer player. Once again Tommy had to recruit Connor, Kira, and Ethan to become Rangers once more, to defeat the new threat.
Kira Ford
Kira is eightteen now and wants is about to graduate also, so she can get her diploma and become a musician. When Tommy explained that the Earth was in danger once again, she nodded her head and followed him, Connor and Ethan to become Dino Thunder Rangers once more.
Ethan James
He turn eightteen like the others and still is into video games and all the things he was before. He is about to graduate and get his diploma. He wants to go on to be a video game programmer after he goes to college. When Tommy said the Earth was in danger again, Ethan didn't have no doubts and follow Tommy and the others, so they could save the Earth once again.
Dr. Tommy Oliver
Dr. Tommy Oliver, after being a ranger for years. He finally found a new threat to deal with, when a evil villian came to Earth and said, that he will conquer Earth. Tommy tried to stop him right there. But the evil new villian disappeared. Now Tommy will recruit Connor, Kira and Ethan to become rangers once again. Tommy will also have to morph into the Black Dino Thunder Ranger again.

Ditoxic
He is the new threat to the Earth, he is ready to take on Tommy and the others rangers and conquer Earth. Everything about him is unknown, but will be revealed soon.
Zaltox
He is the new general of Ditoxic. His past is also unknown. It will be still be revealed. He is ready to help his master defeat the Dino Thunder Rangers.
Kanma
She is the evil female general. She has armor on her. She has a helmet on her head and never takes it off. But she is human and thats all that is known about her.

They are the evil army of Ditoxic.

Hayley
Hayley is the one that works back at Tommy lair, while Tommy and his students morph and battle the new evil force. When Tommy announced to her, that a new evil villian had arised. She came as fast as she could, to be ready to help.
Trent
Trent, use to be the White Ranger. It's unknow what happen to his morpher after the last battle between Mesogog.
Devin & Cassidy
Cassidy is still a reporter for her high school and is getting ready to graduate to be a report after she finishes college.Devin is going to be part of a camera crew,to film movies and tv show and stuff like that, after he gets his diploma.
