Hey,
I read the instructions again!! but it doesn't make sense appearently, one of the boots that interchange into a sword, it's end is suppose to attach to the shield. I tried that but nothing happend, what I did was I forced the handle part into the side of the shield.. and It stayed for a good 3 secs, and then came off.
Damn bandai! I dont know what happend, their instructions are usually straight forward and really clear...
Did any of you guys succeed in attaching the sword? if soo doo tell :D

If perhaps you said which Zord or figure you're having a problem with, then someone might be able to help you.

Dude, they DON'T connect. Either you're being an idiot and thinking the sword that doesn't come out of the shield for some reason is the boot, or you're an idiot and misread the instructions.

I CAN EXPLAIN!
I assume your talking about the Triassic Ranger...OK the instuctions don't make sense, your not the only one. What I *think* the instructions refer to is what the toy was originally intended to do before having a safety feature added. If you look at the sheild you will see that there is a piece in the middle with a silver screw attached, this is because in the middle of the shield there is a sword that was supposed to pop out, but I'm assuming due to some safety hazard it has been glued in place. If you work very slowly and carefully though, using an X-Acto knife you can cut along the edges of the sword that is in the shield, and continue to pull on it until it will eventually break free of the glue and function as it was intended. If you look at the shield on the back of the card it has the sword out so you can see what I'm talking about. The boots are good for nothing other than building the phantom ranger, they have no attachment to the shield whatsoever.

Ok, I figured out what this guy is trying to say, and he's wrong. He's saying that you can connect the Phantom Ranger leg-swords onto the Styrizer. You sir, are an idiot that can't read the instructions. If you were to have actually looked at it intelligently, you could have saved yourself from making this post. What it's showing is that either the sword-boot or the Styrizer can be held in its hand. The same thing is shown with the blaster and the sword-boot, only they didn't use the interconnecting lines. No where does it show that the boot and the Styrizer can connect.

Thank you for posting that, because I was starting to worry if I was wrong since I bought the triassic ranger in january and didn't remember seeing anything about connecting them in the instructions.
