Questions about PR VCDs

I am considering purchase of Power Ranger VCDs - the official ones being sold on eBay - and I want to know some information about them (to those people who own them):

1) Is there a episode selection option on the main menu?
2) Are there scene selections inside the episodes themselves?
3) What type of audio do the VCDs have on them?

1) There is no main menu. Just "Berjaya HVN" and then the show starts.

2) there are chapters I am sure, but no selection.

3) Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Like PRiS halfway through the audio encoding goes kind of echo-ey but you get used to it.
