Darren rolled his eyes as he came out of the school locker rooms for PE class. He saw Peter, the bully that always bothered him in class.
“Why must he always being so annoying?” he thought to himself.
“Hey new kid. Made any new friends lately?” Peter said as he teased Darren.
Darren rolled his eyes and didn’t say anything back. He just stayed quiet at Peter kept on making fun of him with his other two friends.
“Oh how I wish I could use my Ranger powers on you. Then all my problems would be solved.” Darren thought to himself.
“You’ll never make any friends at this school, Darren. You should never have even come here.” said Peter as he laughed. “Why must he pick on me all the time? Is he just bored and thinks that I’m worth bothering or something?”

“Someone make me a monster that can kidnap the Red Ranger for me.” Emperor Insectizer ordered.
Zayugamon looked on the table to see which monsters were available. There were less than a handful left sitting on the table in their jars. Zayugamon picked the monster that he thought was best fitting for kidnapping.
“Voltrex should hopefully do the job.” said Zayugamon as he placed the jar down on the ground.
The jar opened and Voltrex shot out of it. Voltrex had a larger upper body that was scaly and covered in the colors black and green. His head seemed to have a large flower that was fully sprouted and opened.
“Voltrex, you will go to the high school and kidnap the Red Solar Frontier Ranger.” ordered Emperor Insectizer.
“As you wish, Emperor Insectizer.” replied Voltrex before he vanished for the school.

Darren, who was still in PE class with Peter, were playing soccer on the opposing team of Peter. During the whole time, Darren was doing a better job of playing then Peter who was busy goofing off with some of his friends and making fun of Darren as Darren played.
“Can’t he stop?” Darren thought to himself. “What’s with this guy? He spends his whole time goofing off or making fun of me. Everyone else has pretty much stopped being jerks to me.”
Voltrex suddenly shot at the soccer field frightening everyone including Peter. Voltrex grabbed Peter thinking he was the Red Solar Frontier Ranger.
“You’re mine Red Ranger.” said Voltrex to Peter.
“Red Ranger? What the hell are you talking about? I’m no Power Ranger.” protested Peter as he tried to free himself from the clutches of Voltrex.
Darren ran behind the bleachers of the school and took out his Unitizer.
“Solar Saber Unitize!” he yelled. “Red Solar Frontier Ranger!”
Darren shot out from the top of the bleachers and came onto the soccer field. He held his Fire Sword tightly ready to strike Voltrex.
“Red Solar Frontier Ranger!? That must mean this stupid kid isn’t the Red Ranger.” realized Voltrex. “I guess I could use this kid to my advantage. Come one Red Ranger come and get me.”
“Save me Red Ranger! I don’t want to die!” yelled Peter.
Darren tried to move forward but found that he couldn’t move himself to save Peter. Darren suddenly realized this was his chance to get back at the kid who bothered him the most.
“You want this kid or not?” asked Voltrex.
Darren didn’t answer. He kept holding onto his sword and not doing anything. Finally Voltrex left in a flash of green light with Peter.
Marshall, Stacy, and Evan finally arrived fully morphed only to see Darren still standing and no monster around.
“What’d we miss?” asked Stacy.
“I finally did it.” said Darren.
“You finally did what?” asked Marshall.
“The one kid that was giving me so much problem is gone. Now I don’t have to worry about anyone bothering me anymore?” replied Darren happily.
“Wait I don’t get it? What happened?” Evan asked.
“Voltrex took Peter. This is the happiest moment of my life!” replied Darren excitedly.
“How could you let such a thing happen!?” shouted Stacy in shock. “You know you’re not suppose to let your personal life interfere with your Ranger life!”
“What?” replied Darren.
“You shouldn’t have done that.” said Evan. “Whether or not someone bothers you that much you still have to protect them.”
“Great now we’ve got to go rescue him.” said Marshall.
The three of them left for the base leaving Darren behind to think some of this stuff over. After some time he left for the base as well.

“So what are we suppose to do since Darren’s problems got in the way of him being a Ranger.” asked Stacy to Mazik.
“Well for one thing, Darren, you shouldn’t have let that happen. And second you’re gonna have to go after Peter.” explained Mazik.
“Can you guys stop with the whole ‘you can’t let your personal life interfere with being a Ranger’ crap.” said Darren.
“No we can’t because what you did was stupid.” said Stacy.
Suddenly Voltrex’s voice came on Mazik’s computer screen. Voltrex was seemingly somewhere hiding on the school grounds with Peter still his hostage.
“Rangers, I’ve got someone you want. If you want to see this brat live give me all your Solar Sabers.” ordered Voltrex before the transmission ended.
“Well we’ll have to go save him. I guess.” said Darren.

The Ranger arrived at the school fully morphed and near the place Voltrex was hiding. Without warning, Skulls jumped out from behind the bleachers and went after the Rangers. The Rangers fought the Skulls and managed to destroy each and everyone of them.
“Are you going to give me your Solar Sabers?” asked Voltrex as he came out from inside the bleachers.
“What do you think we’re gonna do?” asked Stacy.
“Well I think you are going to give me your Solar Sabers. Because you wouldn’t want to see someone die, would you?” replied Voltrex.
Stacy and Evan suddenly shot Voltrex with their Injectors. While they did that Darren and Marshall ran into the bleachers to get Peter.
“Hey you lied!” yelled Voltrex.
“Do you really think we’d make a deal with evil?” said Evan.
Darren and Marshall came inside to see Peter tied up and his mouth covered. The two untangled Peter from the rope.
“What took you guys so long?!” yelled Peter. “And why didn’t you try and save me the first time you had the chance?”
“He’s even me to me when I’m a Ranger.” thought Darren to himself.
“You’d better get out of here and get away from the fight.” said Marshall to Peter.

“Armor Hawk!” yelled Darren as the Armor Hawk swooped in and lifted him off his feet and took him high in the sky where he came together with the armor to form Combat Mode.
Darren landed on the ground and aimed his Falcon Fire Bow at Voltrex. He shot Voltrex several times before Voltrex retaliated with a fury of small spikes at Darren.
Stacy activated her Electric Solar Saber while Evan and Marshall were suited into the Steel and Chrono Solar Armors. Each of them blasted Voltrex with their own blast until Voltrex was weakened and ready to be destroyed.
“This is where you end, Voltrex.” said Darren as he placed the Tail Hawk into the Falcon Fire Bow and fired it off at Voltrex.
Voltrex was hit by the Tail Hawk in the stomach. He fell back to the ground and exploded and was dead.
Vecinicle suddenly appeared and sent her strand of hair at Voltrex.
“Solaron Megazord!” yelled the Rangers.
“Cycle Star Megazord!” Marshall yelled.
The four Rangers got into their Megazords and were seated into their cockpits.
“You can’t stop me. Now that I’m bigger than before I’ve got more power.” said Voltrex assuredly.
“Oh yeah. That’s what you think.” said Darren.
The Cycle Star combined the enlarged Tundra Shield and Cycle Sword and fired it at Voltrex. Then the Solaron Megazord gathered strength from the sun into its right foot. It then jumped high into the air and came down kicking Voltrex from the head down. Voltrex fell forward and exploded once again.
