Episode 28: The Last Day of School

Last Time on Power Rangers: Mythical Energies

Sarah learns more about the school being in the Championship Soccer Game. An android has taken her place. Also, the truth of the last 16 years were revealed to Judy’s mom, Jan. The evil Rangers including Judy attack and leave another Mythical Agent behind. The agent is cured and this makes the Evil Rangers very unhappy. Also, Sarah leads her team to championship victory over Baltimore High. But it wasn’t without a fight because Baltimore High played to a 5-5 tie through overtime leading to most of 5 round in which Sarah’s team won. Sarah who kicked last scored her goal. Sally, the new star for Baltimore High thanks to Mythical Master went last and missed. To top that, that was the first bit of action Sally even had. And that was her choice. What will happen to the Rangers as the last day approaches? Will they get any study time in at school or at home? Find out now on Power Rangers: Mythical Energies

Two months have passed now since Sarah led her team to the win in the Championship Soccer Game. Sally was not happy and she was waiting for the opportunity to get her revenge. The perfect opportunity to enact her revenge! Because Baltimore High went to school everyday including during the harsh snow falling days of winter, they let out on May 19 and Graduation was on the 21. Sarah’s school, D.C. High got out for several days in the months of January, February, and March. Days that kept them form enjoying a full week of spring break. They only had 3 days instead of 5. Well that wasn’t enough so they had to go until May 25. Graduation was planned for May 27. May 25, a Thursday, was the last days of finals. Sally’s revenge was to take place on that day. But the plan started to take shape earlier that that. It was Mythical Master that came up with the idea. And it happened on May 21, the last day of school for Sally. His idea was to Astral project Sally to Sarah’s school and make her crazy.

“Are you saying that you can use this machine to make me appear in front of Sarah throughout the day causing her to go crazy?’

“Yes, Sally, that is exactly what I am saying. Do you know her schedule?” asked the Mythical Master.

“Yes, I believe she has computer Applications, 6th period and then Soccer of course 7th period so the best time to do this would be now, while she is taking her final.”

“And you say she has computer Applications?”

“Yes, why?”

“Well I can not only make you appear in the room but on the computer as well.”

[Mythical Master]

“You mean make the screen which she has disappear and put me in its place?”

“Yes.”

“Perfect. Let’s do it.”

“Ok stand over there so the camera can pick up your face. Then I will turn it on like so and now you may speak.”

At school, Sarah was just about to finish her exam on the computer then sent it to be graded when the questions vanished and Sally appeared.

“Hello Green Ranger. How are you today?” asked Sally.

Under her breath, Sarah said, “What do you want Sally?”

“To make your life miserable for winning your team the Soccer Championship.”

Under her breath still Sarah said, “That was months ago. You should have been over it by now.”

“Maybe but I’m evil and evil doesn’t forget stuff like that. Instead we get revenge. And I just got mine. If you look behind you, you will see why. Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!”

Sarah turns around and sees her teacher standing there.

“Is there a problem Miss Green?” he asked.

“No Sir.”

“Then are you done with your final?”

“Almost.”

“Then don’t talk until you are. Okay?”

“Yes, sir.”

The teacher returns to his desk. Sally comes back on the screen.

“I told you.”

She disappears.

“Great,” thinks Sarah,” Now I have a headache. I’ll go see if I can go to the ladies’ room.”

[Mythical Master]

She goes to get up but her teacher sees her and says, “Don’t get up Miss Green until you are done with the exam.”

“Yes Sir,” says Sarah.

She finishes the exam rather quickly and sends it to be graded and then gets permission to go to the bathroom. When she arrives, Sally’s entire body shows up.

“What is this about Sally?”

“Well Sarah. This is about revenge. Since no one can see me but you after I am through beating you up and leave a pool of blood, they will think you attack yourself and you will be locked up inside and insane asylum.”

She laughs. She then starts hitting on Sarah who at first manages to defend herself real well. Eventually she grows too weak and falls to the ground as Sally continues to hit her hard. Fortunately for Sarah, Kelly walks in and sees Sally. Thinking its really her she goes to move Sally off her friend but goes right through her.

“Nice try Kelly,” says Sally, “But this astral Projection thing only makes me be physically come in contact with Sarah. Everyone else who can see me are only able to see me. They won’t be able to touch me.”

She laughs.

“Sarah,” says Kelly, “Try to teleport. I’ll meet you there in the Mythical Chamber!”

Sarah tries to reach her ring’s gem. But Sally holds her arm down. Kelly leaves for the Mythical Chamber. Upon arrival, she immediately poses a question on Sam.

“Is it possible to send an astral projection of me to the girls’ bathroom at D.C. High?”

“Yes, it is I saw what was happening,” said Sam, “Including you going through Sally. Yes, it is possible. And you’re theory will work.”

“Yes, stand over there and I will take the image of you and send it then you will appear in the bathroom.”

Kelly goes to stand where she was instructed to. Seconds later, her image was in the girls’ Bathroom. She fought off Sally with success allowing Sarah to teleport to safety inside the Mythical Chamber. Kelly’s image was retracted.

“Thank goodness you’re okay,” said Kelly as Sarah’s teleporting beam ended.”

“Yeah, thanks for you.”

[Mythical Master]

“Anything for a friend.”

“Sam, why would Sally seek revenge on me?”

“Her team lost the Soccer game.”

“But that was months ago. She should be over it by now.”

“But the evil in her doesn’t want to forget. It wants revenge.”

“So causing me trouble on the last day of school was her revenge.”

“Exactly.”

“We better return to school. I should have been back from the bathroom minutes ago.”

“So should have I.”

They leave.

The school day ends and the Rangers meet at the Chamber.

“So you saying that during the exam, Sally showed up on the screen?”

“Yes, It nearly go me in trouble too. I couldn’t be rude to Sally by not talking to her but I also couldn’t talk because of the exam. It gave me a headache so I quickly finished the test and send in my answers and got permission to go to the bathroom. That is when her full body image appeared and started to attack me. Luckily Kelly was able to help me out.:

“It was my pleasure.”

Meanwhile at the Tower, Sally was not a happy camper at all.

“Why did Kelly have to be a copycat?!” she screamed.

“What Kelly, that wimp helped out Sarah, and came out on top? I don’t believe it!” exclaimed Jessie.

“Well believe it. She figured it out how to do the astral projection thing, showed up and kicked my butt bad.”

“Mythical Master? Kelly must be taught a lesson.”

“Find morph and attack the city. When they arrive to protect it focus you double team on Just Kelly. Don’t let anyone interfere. Got that?”

[Mythical Master]

“Yes Sir,” they said then afterwards shouted, “Mythical Evil Armor Activate!”

They began their attack. The 5 good Rangers countered. Sally and Jessie began attacking Kelly. They both were beating down the good Pink Ranger and were kicking back any other good Ranger that tried to interfere.

“Guys,” said Kelly very weakly, “They can’t focus their attack on me if we power share.”

“Good Idea Kelly!” said Dave.

“Power Share Mode!” they shouted.

“Seconds later they were all in multi-colored uniforms. Kelly used this as a chance to take advantage of the body. She used the Yellow Rangers’ power of Earth to go down inside the ground move to where her teammates were then come back up. This happen even though the team was temporary without the Yellow Ranger. The rangers then moved around so Kelly’s location would be unknown. Sally and Jessie then retreated and the good Rangers unmorphed and returned home. Dan thought about his feelings for Judy that entire night.

Author's notes: Well this is another filler except for mainly the fact that it leads into the next episode which is the first of a four-parter. And the last to those four episodes are the first two episodes of season three.
