On a desert somewhere in Eltar, two Skeletors is driving a truck heading to somewhere in the sandstorm. After a long drive, they finally arrived at a cave inside a canyon, and stops in front of it. Then the evil Prince Cranston walks out from the place, escorted by another numbers of Skeletors. The previous two meanwhile, open the storage part behind the truck and unveils the captured Lightning Force Rangers- Clark, Rick, Michael, Angela, and Samantha.
“Welcome to your hell, Rangers,” greets Prince Cranston arrogantly. “Make yourself at home.”
“Screw you! Don’t ever think you’ve won this battle,” warns Clark Powers while been forced out from the mobile prison by Skeletors.
“Evils always lose in the end,” Angela reminds angrily.
“And blah, blah, blah. Skeletors, take them inside,” commands Prince Cranston to his armies.
As the Skeletors take the Rangers into the cave, they did not notice that a mysterious guy dressed in a coat is watching them. After observing them using a binocular, he takes out a gun, and releases a shoot to attach a bug to Prince Cranston. Managed to do the job, he then slips away from the place without managed being traced by those villains.
After managing the Rangers, Prince Cranston goes back to the villains’ HQ to meet his father, Lord Cranston. For sure the main leader has a plan, and it was clearly shown by his discussion with Ecliptor and Darkonda just before his son enter the main room.
“Great, now you’re here son,” greeted Lord Cranston.
“What is it?” wonders Prince Cranston.
“We are thinking about sending you for a very important mission,” explains Ecliptor. “To Earth.”
“Earth?”
“We are thinking to conquer that planet since we have managed to capture Lightning Force Rangers,” added Lord Cranston.
“What’s the relation between the capture and plans to conquer Earth?” asks him.
“The workforce in Eltar is not enough to mine all minerals available,” explains the leader further. “Humans on Earth can make up for this setback. Plus, the situation is not so much different than here.”
“But there’re some attempt to conquer Earth before? I’m not sure we can do it,” says Prince Cranston.
“We already have sufficient input from Ecliptor and Darkonda about that place. We can do better than those crap before us!”
They did not realize that Victor as well as Zordon and Lunar 7 hear their conversation, via the electronic bug attached to Prince Cranston. Now, not only they have to think the way to free the rest of Lightning Force, but also they need to stop the evil force from invading other planet.
“Great- now Earth,” grumbles Victor, as he cannot believe himself over what he recently heard.
“You are the only one who could stop them,” says Zordon.
“But I cannot do it alone,” admits him. ”Two, maybe three versus one is not a good odd.”
“Actually, I used to have a Ranger team there,” Zordon reveals. “But I’m not sure if they’re still there. But if there’s one thing that I’m sure about, now there’re many Ranger teams there.”
“Great, now we just need to inform them about this,” says Victor.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” replies Zordon. “If that thing happens, Lord Cranston will search us. It’s better to let them expect that we are already lost- remember, we are the only hope for Eltar.”
“So, what should I do?” asks Victor.
“You follow them from behind until Earth, and then you do what you should do,” suggest Zordon. “For that purpose, you use Voyager Megaship that I kept secretly inside a mountain. Lunar 7 will assist you throughout this mission.”
“What about you?”
“Don’t worry about me. Just focus on your main task,” Zordon tells. “Remember- stays out of their detection.”
“You got it.”
Then Victor and Lunar 7 quickly go to the designated place where Voyager Megaship is kept. At first glance, it looks very similar to Astro Megaship as it was designed based on that spaceship; just it was black and grey in colour. But they did not have so much time for that, as they instantly enters the vehicle and checking all systems to ensure everything is well before departing.
At the same time, Prince Cranston is walking to his spaceship, and being escorted by three monsters- twins Fire Rex and Tornado Rex (both monsters look like chubby T-Rex, with red and black colour respectively), as well as Electric King (looks like grey-gold Lord Zedd)- for his mission to conquer Earth.
“Earth, here we come,” says Prince Cranston before entering the spaceship. Afterwards, the evil vehicle lifts up from the ground, and heading towards the outer space. A few minutes later, Victor and Lunar 7 are ready to depart and trace those villains from behind.
“Victor, the villains has just left the atmosphere,” informs Lunar 7.
“Let’s follow them,” says Victor, as he pilots Voyager Megaship to trace those villains.
At Earth meanwhile, things are still like usual. In Star City in particular, people are having fun in night after a hectic schedule in the daylight. Mark and Adam also did not left out from it, as they are watching a soccer match in a crowded stadium. While the latter have the share of fun by screaming and any other things, the former seems very focused to the game. Rarely smiles, he tries to pick up all skills that might be useful for him someday.
“Don’t you enjoy the match?” asks Adam. “Come on!”
“Yeah, sure, whatever,” Mark whispers to himself.
Suddenly, Mark senses that something bad might happen, as he instantly watches the sky above him. For sure, he can felt that this is very different that what he used to face before. He also did not smile at all in the way.
A day, Prince Cranston and his monsters have arrived at the outside of Earth’s orbit and observing the suitable place to begin the invasion. To gather as much data as they could before initiating, they decided to stay out for another couple of hours.
At the same time in CoastBase, Jessica and Hillary detected an unidentified object outside Earth but unable to recognised it. But since its activities have remained dormant for a very long time, they decided to ignore it.
“If it didn’t make any harm to us, then why should we attack it?” says Captain Bates to the duo, as he also monitors the progress of the object.
In the late afternoon later, Mark is walking along a shopping arcade in the middle of the city. As he watches all the stuff, he remembers that he did not have enough money to afford so many things. Right now, he had to do several odd jobs to support himself while waiting for his chance to become a pro soccer player.
“If only I could afford all this now,” he wishes in his heart, referring to a blue soccer jersey that he really wants since a long time ago.
Suddenly, he senses something strange comes, and instantly turns his head to the sky. He saw three fireballs as well as a light burst towards the ground, heading to the lake garden not far from his current position. For sure, he knows that something bad will happen and quickly dashed towards the place to know whether his thoughts were right or wrong.
At the same time, people are doing their own activity at the garden, only to be shocked when the four unknown objects hit the ground and causes a huge bang as well as some sparks and a huge smoke. For a while, they are wondering what are things in front of their eyes.
“Is it a meteor?” wonders an old lady.
Suddenly Fire Rex, Tornado Rex, and Electric King emerged from the dusts, and screams around with scary voices. These make people to go all riots, and run away from the place. Then Prince Cranston was the next to emerged, and was particularly impressed with his first sight on Earth.
“Hmm… very much like Eltar,” he says as he watches around.
While all people runs to the outside of the garden, Mark goes the opposite direction, and even ignoring some of them who told him not to go in. After a distance of running, he cannot believe over what he sees when he stops not far from the villains. But he would not back off, whatever they are, whatever happens.
“Come on, let’s start our mission to conquer this planet,” commands Prince Cranston.
“Boss, take a look over there,” points Electric King towards the focused Mark. “A human.”
“Care to be our first victim?” teases Fire Rex.
“…”
“Oh, he looks so angry with us, boss,” added Tornado Rex.
“Human,” asks Prince Cranston “ why you looking to us like that? Come here!”
“…”
“How dare you not to answer my question. Take this!” raged Prince Cranston, as he blasted a laser towards the quiet, unsmiling yet focused Mark, and the latter to disappear in the dusts. “That’s what you got if you disobey your new master.”
Then they begin to walk but just after a few steps, they are shocked to find out that Mark is still at where he is, without any injury. They simply cannot believe over what they have seen.
“What?” Prince Cranston shocked.
“Surprise?” teases Mark.
“You really make me angry!” warns Tornado Rex.
“Monsters, kill him!” commands Prince Cranston.
The three monsters quickly attack Mark, but he uses his superb ninja skill that he gained from his training with Adam to block and avoids every single of their movement. At the same time, he tries to send several hands-on strikes that despite not powerful, it was enough to make him difficult to be captured. But as the battle goes on, he cannot stand on his own much longer and instantly unleashed his Acelerator to for the first phase of his transformation.
“ACE!” he screams, and followed by a high jump over the three monsters. Then a blue light surrounds his body, and he has transformed into Ace Ranger V2 before landing on the other side than before. This has causes another shock for the villain, as they did not expect a Ranger to fight them.
“A Ranger?” Prince Cranston shocked. “They didn’t mention anything about Earth’s Ranger!”
“Spark Lance!” Mark says as he extended his Spark Baton, and begins to attack the monsters. After being hit several times, they are facing more tasks, as Edward, Andy, Nick, Sarah, and Alexis has arrived to help Mark in form of Power Rangers Neutron Squad. Soon, they deployed themselves to take on each monster, two against one- Edward and Andy vs. Fire Rex, Nick and Mark vs. Tornado Rex, Sarah and Alexis vs. Electric King.
Their determination has made them won this battle, as they managed to knock down all monsters within minutes. The villains soon realise that they need to use their power to stay, and blasted a couple of laser attacks as they grown weaker by the Rangers’ strikes.
This is where the real trouble start. The Rangers simply cannot stand with the intensity of the attack, considering they never fought alien before this. Begins with the fireball blasted by Fire Rex through its mouth, and later followed by Tornado Rex with its tornado blow, the Rangers simply cannot stand with the piling pressure. Added with Electric King’s lightning attack from its staff, it makes things tougher for them. Plus, they almost weakened by the attack since they used most energy earlier when fighting.
At the outside orbit of Earth, Victor and Lunar 7 has arrived with their Voyager Megaship. At the same time, they detected that Prince Cranston and his monsters have invade Earth moments before they arrived.
“The spaceship is empty,” indicates Lunar 7 based on the radar detection.
“They have invade Earth,” expects Victor. “We need to trace them now!”
“But where we want to put this Megaship?” questioned Lunar 7. “We cannot let it floating freely here.”
“Where they are now?” asks Victor, referring to the villains.
“In a place called Star City.”
“Great, we go there right now,” he replies, as he sets the spaceship to enter Earth.
Together, they pilot Voyager Megaship into Earth atmosphere, and have turbulent times to keep control of it. At the same time, the Neutrons and Ace Ranger V2 are having a tough time to keep hold of their enemies. They simply ran out of alternatives to destroy those monsters.
“Humans are also weaker like in Eltar,” Prince Cranston teases, as he approaches the struggling Rangers. “Just give up to your new master!”
“NEVER!” Edward warns. He is very furious but he can do nothing since he himself has no more attacking options available.
“Now, take this!” Prince Cranston blasted several laser shoots towards the Ranger. The attack only makes they weaker for sure. But as he is about to move forward, he was interrupted by a voice.
“Not so fast!”
The villains are shocked with the unexpected presence of Victor, as they think Lightning Force has already lost in their battle before this. He also, is less than impressed to see his enemies head-on.
“It’s nice to see you again, Prince Cranston,” says Victor, whilst he stands in front of Neutron Squad.
“Lighting Hunter… how dare you to interrupt my business,” warns Prince Cranston.
“Lightning Hunter?” wonders Sarah.
“Lightning Force might be down, but they’re not out!” Victor pressed. “Hunter Storm!”
Victor crossed his arms and attaches his morphers at the wrists. In a flash, he has transformed into Lightning Hunter, which causes so much surprise to the Neutrons since they never saw anything like him before this.
“Rangers, recover yourselves first,” says Victor to them. “Let me deal with this monsters.”
Then he begins the strike and blasted the three monsters using his powerful Hunter Blaster to knock all of them down. Afterwards, he attacks Prince Cranston with his Hunter Axe, and never seem to stop. But what he did not realise is that, the three monsters are already recovered by the time he is about to destroy the villain leader with a slash.
As the result, he was being attacked from behind and being thrown away not far from the villains. But thankfully, the Neutrons as well as Ace Ranger V2 have recovered and ready to continue their battle.
“Need help?” offers Edward, as he pulled Victor to stand back.
“Thanks,” Victor says.
“You can’t fight them alone,” indicates Sarah. “We’re in for you.”
“Of course,” welcomed Victor. “Two heads are better than one.”
“Two? Make it seven,” says Nick, eager to continues the battle.
Rejuvenated, they re-launch their challenge, and this has caused so many troubles towards the villains. Using the same attacking combination as before, they making life difficult for the monsters as well as Prince Cranston. Despite the monsters using their weapons, it is still not enough to beat the Rangers anyway.
This forced Prince Cranston to abandon himself from the battle, and he immediately flies high on the air heading to the outer space. This also left Fire Rex, Tornado Rex, and Electric King to hold the rangers on their own. Victor quickly pounced on this chance to help his fellow Rangers to beat all those beasts.
“Proto Armour, activate,” Edward activates his Proto Armour to cause more damage to the opposition, and strikes double laser shoots to weakened them. Soon the Rangers regrouped, and send their final strike that destroy all monsters permanently- Edward blasted dual laser shoots from his Proto Armour, the other Neutrons use their Plasma Rifle, while Victor launched a powerful laser blast from his Hunter Blaster. Mark on the other side, sends a fierce Spark Crusher for the purpose.
“Wow, that’s the tough one,” says Andy, after the battle finishes.
Then all of them unmorphed, and the Neutrons seemed happy to meet another Ranger like them. Mark meanwhile, begins to walk out from the place heading to his own destination.
“Who are you?” asks Edward. “And how do you get here?”
“I’m Victor Powers, Lightning Hunter,” Victor introduces himself “from Planet Eltar.”
“Planet Eltar?” Sarah surprised. “So you’re not from Earth?”
“So who are they?” asks Nick, referring to the villains.
“They’re villains from my planet,” he explained. “They come here to conquer Earth. But thankfully we managed to hold them before they managed to make a mark here. Thank you guys for your help.”
“Is there anything more that I can help you?” offers Edward.
“Yeah, there is,” says Victor. “Who is the sixth Ranger here?”
“Actually…” answers Nick reluctantly, as he pointed to the outgoing Mark. “But he is not a part of us.”
“It’s ok. I’m sure I can deal with him,” he assures, as he understands what is Nick trying to explain.
The Neutrons can only watches from behind as Victor tries to approach Mark. They wonders why he wants to meet the egotistical yet determined youngster.
“Hey, hey!” Victor calls, and Mark stops. “Are you the sixth Ranger here?”
“What do you want from me?” he asked “and I’m not considering myself as the sixth Ranger here. You meet the wrong guy.”
“I don’t know what are you talking about, but I need your help,” answers him. “I need you to follow me to the planet Eltar, for a very important mission.”
“Planet Eltar? Well, go and ask for their help,” says Mark, while his eyes briefly pointing to the Neutrons not far from them. “Five heads are better than one.”
“If I take them instead of you, Earth will be in a big trouble,” according to him. “Things will be different if I you follow me.”
The Neutrons watching their conversation with full interest, while at the same time they also speculate what the topic between them.
“What are they talking about?” wonders Sarah.
“No idea,” according to Andy.
“Me too,” Alexis added.
“Why Victor wants to see him?” asks Edward. “I really doubt if Mark understand his attention.”
“Stop speculate, just watching,” says Nick.
After listening to Victor’s explanation, Mark seems has understand a bit about his attention. Now, he is willing to help his counterpart for this mission.
“So that’s your plan?” Mark asks for confirmation. “When we will depart?”
“As soon as we gather all our targets,” according to Victor. “Sooner, the better.”
Then he runs slowly towards the Neutrons, while Victor watches him from behind.
“Nick, I need your help,” Mark reluctantly requests.
“What is it?” Nick asks with full interest.
In LA, Cody was making some martial arts training in the park. Just after he finished his routine of the day and heading to Shinjuku Castle, he receives a phone call via his cell phone.
“Hello,” greets Cody.
“Cody, Nick’s here,” he answers.
“Hey, how’re you Nick?” Cody asks. “How’s Neutron Squad there?”
“Fine,” he replies briefly. “Cody… I need your help.”
In Eli Falls, Xiaolong Li is on mediation under a waterfall when Marcus Jones comes to his place, informing him about the news.
“Are you Xiaolong Li?” Marcus asks for confirmation.
“Yes I’m, my friend,” Xiaolong replies. “And you’re…”
“Marcus, Marcus Jones,” he introduced himself “ from Crystal Lake.”
“Crystal Lake…” Xiaolong remembered that it is the hometown of Power Rangers Fire Storm. “What makes you here?”
”I received a call from a friend, and he says that it is a very important matter and it requires your help.” Marcus told. “Now, please follow me.”
“My pleasure,” Xiaolong easily accepts the request.
At Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow, Scotland, a match between Glasgow Rangers and Aberdeen is currently on the way. Two Rangers, Scott Hamilton and Dave Connors are also in the crowd as they also avid soccer fans. Since they watch the match from the front row seats of the lowest tier at the main grandstand, it was a fun experience for them. For Dave on the other hand, it was a whole new experience for him- he never watch a soccer match in Scotland before this.
“Now that’s what I call the goal of the season,” says Scott- a life-long Rangers supporter- referring to a long-range effort by a Rangers attacking midfielder. The goal has just being scored a few moments ago and it causes a huge applause from the spectator.
“I hope so,” Dave replies in Australian accent. “But you should go to Old Trafford- they plays better football than this.”
“Yeah, sure, whatever,” says him to the Manchester United supporter.
The duo did not noticed that they were watched by someone at the upper tier of the same grandstand- and he is actually Mark, who also take that chance to learn the European soccer style of play. But his attention is more on them, so he has observed them as much as he could.
The match ended 3-0, and everyone is going out of the stadium with a satisfaction at the face, especially Scott. As he and Dave are in halfway of their walk to the nearest bus stand from the stadium gate, Mark approaches them in the crowd.
“Scott Hamilton, Dave Connors?” Mark asks for affirmation.
“Who’re you?” Scott asks him in a strong Scot accent.
“Actually…” Mark gets himself closer to both of them to whispers something “I know who you’re.”
“You know who we are?” Dave surprised.
“Who’re you really?” Scott demands to know “and what do you want from us?”
“I think you know who I’m,” Mark says as he displays his Acelerator to the duo. “Both of you are needed for a mission. Interested? Follow me,” he added, and they leave the stadium together heading to their destination.
As planned, they meet at a canyon outside Star City, and the gathering was made besides the highway since most of them arrived by car and motorbike. There, they meet another four Rangers, and two of them were girls. Some of male members take that chance to tease them.
“Hey, look who’re here,” says Marcus with a huge grin, referring to Rebecca “Becky” Lambert and Elizabeth “Liz” Philips.
“How’re you doing?” follows Sean.
“Hey, hey, behave yourself,” warns Marshall Mank to Marcus and Sean.
Cody and Xiaolong meanwhile, are so happy to see each other again since the mega team-up in LA.
“It’s great to see you again, Xiao,” greets Cody with a hug. “Calm as usual?”
“Just like you my friend,” Xiaolong replies with a smile.
“Why we’re here?” Cody asks.
“I have no idea,” Xiaolong wonders. “Anyone? Any idea?”
Then Victor shows up not far from them, and calmly approaching them with a soft smile on his face.
“Thank you for coming. Actually, it’s my idea to gather up all of you here,” he reveals.
“Why?” Scott wonders, “I hope it is important.”
“It is,” Victor admits. “But first, let me explain. I’m not from Earth, instead I’m from a planet called Eltar.”
“You’re not from Earth,” says Becky “so why you’re here?”
“Not long ago villains from my planet invades this place, in attempt to conquer it,” he told. “But thankfully, me, Mark, and Neutron Squad managed to sent them off- permanently I hope.”
“Then why you call us here?” Sean asks.
“I need your help… to help me release my friends,” he reveals. “Since they have know that I’m still not giving up, they will torture them.” He turns back and walks slowly while added; “this is a risky task, so I cannot force you to go with me.”
“How do we go there?” wonders Liz.
“With Voyager Megaship, I hide it beneath canyons there,” he shows the point. “So think this carefully- I don’t want to risk your life.”
After listening the explanation, they were quiet for a while. But after all, they did not think twice to volunteer for the mission.
“This is crazy,” says Marcus “but whatever happens, I would not let my fellow Rangers in trouble whatsoever.”
“Count me in,” Sean follows.
“Both of us too,” Scott speaks confidently for him and Dave.
“Consider me in,” Xiaolong nods his head.
“100 percent sure,” Cody follows.
“What about you?” Victor asks Liz and Becky.
“Maybe we’re the only girls here,” admits Liz calmly “but this is a risky chance of a lifetime, and we don’t want to left behind.”
“We’re in,” Becky follows.
“So?” Victor asks Mark, and he just nods his head slowly. “Let’s go!”
As they are about a few steps to the Megaship, Mark somehow senses that someone is getting on their way, and turns behind.
“What is it?” Victor asks Mark.
“I think we forget someone,” he says as he watches somebody is running from far, and everybody also stops to see what it is. As it getting closer, Cody and Xiaolong cannot believe over what they seen- their old friend Kyle Bruckner. After a while, Kyle joins the group and looks mighty relieved from his face.
“Sorry, I’m late,” he apologised. “I thought I’ve missed the flight.”
“What took you so long?” questioned Cody.
“Kyle…” Victor remembers his friend, as he used to meet each other before this. “Thank God you can make it here. I almost forget about you.”
“I can see that you’re already know him,” according to Sean.
“You’re right,” Kyle says. “But I came here after Cody give me a notice. So, what are we waiting for?”
Then the 12 Rangers walk towards the canyon where Voyager Megaship is hidden, and after they found it minutes later, they board the spaceship. As all systems go, they soon depart from Earth and heading to Eltar.
The spaceship is a whole new experience for them, and they are very impressed with the interior of the vehicle. Voyager Megaship is very much like its predecessor Astro Megaship inside out.
“This is awesome,” Marcus impressed. “I never saw anything like this.”
“You can say that,” says Victor. “Take a look at the outside.”
“Wow,” Becky stunned as she sees the outer space outside the ship “the stars, Earth… wonderful.”
“Now, we can relax for a while,” Victor indicates. “We will arrive at Eltar in about 24 hours from now. Go everywhere you want- just don’t enter the engine room,” he reminds “if you need anything tell me or Lunar 7.”
Meanwhile in another dimension, Antaganus realise that the door of his dimension has been opened but it is not enough to escape and create terror to Earth once more. But he did notice that the 12 Rangers are heading to Eltar to destroy his counterparts, and thinks that he should send a monster to stop them. But he remains doubtful if his monster also cannot get through the dimension portal, and decided to give it a shot.
His attempt proves fruitful, as his monster named Firecracker just make it enough to get through the gate, and heads to Eltar. Antaganus hopes that his last attempt could destroy the Rangers forever.
Halfway in the journey, everyone has gone asleep at the sleeping bay. As she about to go into sleep, Becky noticed that Mark is not in his sleeping cell and tries to search for him all over the ship. Finally she found him in the simulation room, where he undergone a fighting simulation. Relentless, he never seems to stop even though the simulation villains are often beat him.
“Hey, it’s bed time, Mark,” Becky calls, and he just remain quiet and continues with his training. “Are you listening to me?” she asks again, and the answer is still the same. This forced her to shut down the machine, which causes a major upset for him.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Mark demands to know.
“Go to sleep. We will arrive soon and we need you in full fitness,” Becky reminds him.
“None of your business,” he says as he tries to turn on the machine again. This time, she holds his hand from touching the button.
“You got to get through me if you want to use it,” she says, and instantly she sends a powerful punch to him that throws him to the floor. He stands back, and did not seem to admit his defeat. “You never seem to learn from your lesson, do you?” she added, and instantly transforms into Solar Ranger using her morpher. Mark did not impressed by it at all, and uses his Acelerator to shifts into Ace Ranger V2.
Becky begins her attack by sending several ferocious kicks but Mark managed to avoid every single of it and counters with a powerful right-hand punch. That strike throws her away but he did not follow up the move, instead he just stands right at where he is before.
“Don’t think that I will be fooled by your trick!” she warns, and it was followed by a combined attack consisted several kicks and punches, but again, he managed to avoid every single attack and responded by a left-foot kick. Then again, she was thrown away by the hit.
Not giving up, Becky launches her deadliest strike- Wrist Disc. She blasted the flying disc towards Mark, hoping that it would knock him down. Unfortunately, he narrowly managed to avoid it with a back flip jump and unleashes his Spark Harpoon when landing. In a flash, he shoots the roped arrow to the disc, as the thing is about to return back to its origin. That move shocks her a lot, since she never expects such an outcome. Particularly, no one has ever escaped from that strike before this.
Had it enough, Mark unmorphed and walks away from the room, leaving the shock Becky behind. She almost cannot believe it, but somehow there is something about him that intrigues her. So after picking up the disc, she quickly chases him.
“Mark, Mark!” Becky call, and he stops without turning his back- he just remains quiet. “May I talk to you now?”
They talk outside the sleeping bay, where Becky expressed her impression over him. She still cannot believe that Mark can avoid her strike, let alone his superb strength and power. But the centre of the topic is his personality. She never found a Ranger like him before.
“Why should I talk about it?” Mark asks.
“I just want to know,” Becky reveals, and he just remain quiet. “It seems like you really don’t want to talk about it.”
“Why should I?” he replies swiftly, and turns right to the window to watch the stars.
“You seems a loner, you never trust anyone besides yourself,” she digs in. “No wonder why people say that you’re as dangerous as the monsters, when you’re an evil Ranger then”
“They’re psychotic,” he says.
“They also say the same thing to you,” she replies back.
“What?”
“Well… let’s face it,” she approaches him “you’re not exactly… normal.”
“Yes I’m not normal,” he turns to her. “I do what I’ll do, I say what I’ll say, and that’s that,” he stressed, and quickly he enters the sleeping bay to sleep. Becky left behind in wonders, as she still cannot understand what contributes to the personality of Mark.
As she watches the outer space outside, she spotted a fireball came to the same way as the spaceship. Then the object stops at the same way alongside the ship, before bursts its way forward. As the object fascinates her, she later enters the sleeping bay for a sleep before the tough day tomorrow.
Back at Eltar, Lord Cranston are so angry to hear that Prince Cranston have failed very early in his mission to conquer Earth, but what makes him more upset is Lightning Hunter is still not giving up and plays a vital role in dashing his attempt.
“Lightning Hunter just never learn his lesson!” blasted Lord Cranston to Darkonda and Ecliptor. “He really wants to join his friends at the hell.”
“What shall we do now, Lord?” Ecliptor asks Lord Cranston.
“We make plan B,” he reveals.
Back at the Voyager Megaship, everyone has already waking up from sleep, and prepared for the battle that likely to happen soon. After having breakfast and making some light exercise, Victor calls them to the conference room, where Lunar 7 has waiting for them. All Rangers taking respective seat, and he begins the briefing.
“Planet Eltar is under threat by a evil forces, led by Lord Cranston and his son, Prince Cranston. Their right hand man is Ecliptor and Darkonda, and has a bunch of loyal soldiers of Skeletors,” he begins. “My friends, Lightning Force Rangers and I is the only Ranger team to protect Eltar, and recently they captured them, leaving only me the surviving members.”
“So why they want to invade Earth?” Marcus asks.
“Workforces in Eltar are not sufficient to mine all minerals available, so by conquering Earth, they can get continuous supply of slaves,” he unveils. “Since both planets has so many similarities in many ways.”
“Is there anything special about the power of Lightning Force?” enquires Scott.
“Like any other, if they can control the power, then they are unstoppable,” Victor says. “Now they are put my friend in a prison somewhere in Calm Desert on Eltar. We will plan a raid, as soon as we arrived at HQ. Get yourself prepared.”
As Lord Cranston, Prince Cranston, Darkonda, and Ecliptor are planning for another attack for Lightning Hunter, they got a rude surprise in form of Firecracker who came in from nowhere.
“Who are you, freak?” Ecliptor asks.
“I’m Firecracker, sent by your friend Antaganus,” it introduces itself.
“Antaganus… yes, I remember him,” Lord Cranston nods his head. “What drives you here?”
“It seems like you’re planning for something, and I also got something that might be useful for you,” Firecracker says.
“What is it?” Darkonda seems anxious to know.
After 24 hours of journey, the Rangers arrived at Eltar, and enter the HQ of Lightning Force Rangers. Zordon seems pleased with the unexpected surprise. Some of them meanwhile, are also very happy to see the legend of the mentor.
“Welcome to Eltar, Rangers,” Zordon greets them. “I’m Zordon.”
“It’s great to see you, Zordon” Kyle responded.
“Wow, this is awesome!” Marcus looks around. “I never saw anything like this before.”
“Come here guys, we need to make the raiding plan now,” Victor calls them to the planning table. There, they were split into their respective roles and after some explanation; they are ready for the mission.
A few hours later, the first team consists Mark, Xiaolong, Marshall, Dave, Sean, and Liz arrives at the mountain in front of the cave, and hides behind the available rocks. As they observe the place with their binocular, they are waiting for the others to give the signal to begin the attack.
Later in front of the cave, the three guarding Skeletors are surprised with the presence with six unknown people in cloak. They walk passes by the place, makes the villain soldiers tends to ignore them as they thought they did not bring any harm to them.
It was proved to be wrong, when the cloak men unleash who they really are- Victor, Marcus, Scott, Becky, Kyle, and Cody. They instantly attack the Skeletors, and managed to crush them down in a mere time. Then the first team jumps out from their hiding place, and the 12 Rangers regroup to begin their raid of the prison.
Along the way from the entrance, the coming Skeletors attacked them, but together they managed beat all of it. They continues to go inside with little resistance, until they arrives somewhere inside the prison, where they have just saw Lightning Force Rangers is entering a room that was widely believed to be execution room, and they were accompanied by numbers of Skeletors from behind.
“Hey, take a look at that!” says Marshall slowly while pointing to Lightning Force Rangers.
“Lightning Force,” Victor surprised, and quickly they sneak from behind slowly.
“What they’re doing?” Liz asks. “Why they didn’t fight even though they are morphed?”
“I don’t know,” admits him “just wait and see.”
They watch what is happening inside the room through a small window, and so shocked to find out that the villains is about to execute Lightning Force Rangers by hanging them. Not enough with that, they also decided to shoot them with laser shoots.
“We can’t wait anymore,” says Victor, and he commands, “let’s breach this place!” This was followed by a huge bang at the door, and the sixth Rangers instantly fight all Skeletors inside just before the execution takes place. After managed to knock down all shooting Skeletors, they take on the remaining ones, and defeated them in a short time. Afterwards, Victor, Mark, Liz, Scott, and Sean quickly get on the stage and remove the sacks that cover the head of respective Lightning Force Rangers, only to discover they got a rude shock.
“A dummy?!” Victor shocked.
“Me too!” Sean follows.
“This is a trap!” Liz realise what is happening. “No wonder why they didn’t raise alarm when we enter this place.”
“We need to get out of here now!” shouts Kyle from the stairs.
Quickly they regrouped and run away from the place, heading for the entrance. Again they got a shock when Lord Cranston, Prince Cranston, Ecliptor, Darkonda, and Firecracker are already waiting for them at the place.
“Where’re you heading Rangers?” teases Lord Cranston. “There’s no need to rush.”
“Where’re my friends?” Victor demands to know.
“They’re fine” Prince Cranston answers “and they’re waiting for you to join them.”
“NEVER!” he warns. “Ready, guys?”
Then the sixth Rangers transforms into their respective Ranger form, and ready to fight the villains. The villains meanwhile, are less than impressed and field Skeletors to help Ecliptor, Darkonda, and Firecracker fight the Rangers. Then Lord Cranston and his son disappear from sight, and both sides quickly staged a fight.
Victor and Mark take on Ecliptor, and the combination are not good enough to take on the monster who seems have superior advantage over both of them. The same situation also goes to Scott and Liz who fight Darkonda. Kyle and Cody meanwhile, staged a fight with Firecracker and the rest take on the Skeletors.
While fighting Firecracker, Kyle somehow can see something in Firecracker’s eyes, and almost cannot believe himself over what he just saw. It somewhat distracting them, and the monster quickly takes that chance to hit him with a ferocious punch. Cody is also unable to escape from the same strike, and was thrown away to the same side as Kyle.
Then Firecracker helps its comrades, but the Rangers are not giving up yet. After managed to beat the Skeletors, the others regrouped with the other six, and helps them to recover. Together, they decided to take on the three monsters.
So it is four Rangers versus 1 monster, with Mark, Victor, Becky, and Scott take on Ecliptor; Marcus, Dave, Cody, and Sean fight Darkonda, while Xiaolong, Liz, Kyle, and Marshall take on Firecracker. They fight with full determination, and not willing to lost this one whatsoever.
However later, Firecracker quickly throws some bombs, and soon the place is about to falling down. Each Ranger is not willing to withdraw, but there are some of them who urge their friends to get out when there is still a chance.
“Get out from here!” Victor tells Mark, Victor, Becky, and Scott.
“No, we won’t back off!” declares Scott.
“All of you get out!” urge Xiaolong to his friends.
“NEVER!” Marshall responded swiftly.
However, Becky is the first to obey the order, and quickly steps out from the cave, followed by Kyle, Marshall, Dave, and Cody. However, Mark refuses to withdraw from the battle, as he adamant to stay despite Victor and Scott told him to get out.
“Mark, get out from here!” Victor warns. “Let us take care of them.”
“You get out yourself!” he responded quickly.
“Just get OUT!” Scott had it enough, and sends a kick that throws Mark out from the cave, before continues to hold Firecracker with Victor.
The Rangers outside quickly get Mark and help him to recover; while they can only watch their friends disappear inside the cave. For sure, he is not finish yet, and determines to fight the monsters whatever happens. He dashed towards the entrance with a breakneck speed, hoping that he could get inside in time. However, the others behind him did not think the same.
“Pull back, you can’t get though the rocks!” Becky warns.
“I can make it!” Mark insists.
“Pull BACK!” she stressed.
“I CAN MAKE IT!” he replies back with a stress.
To stop him, she uses Wrist Disc, and ejects out the flying disc towards him. The thing managed to intercept and slashes him on the chest in a flash, sending him down to the ground. Devastated, he can only watch Victor, Scott, Marcus, Sean, Liz, and Xiaolong lost with the monsters underneath the cave.
The others also have the same feeling, and try to calm him down. Instead, he refuses to get any help and walks away from the area. Soon they follow him from behind and for sure now, they have lost idea on how to encounter Lord Cranston and his troops. Defeat is very painful for them; particularly when their friends become sacrificial lambs for them.

Sneak Peak: The remaining sixth Rangers lost their team spirit as the result of the battle, and to add some insult, Kyle reveals something shocking that he hides from them. Meanwhile, Mark felt that Becky is trying to left him out of the team while actually she did not mean to do anything harm to him.

On a desert somewhere in Eltar, two Skeletors is driving a truck heading to somewhere in the sandstorm. After a long drive, they finally arrived at a cave inside a canyon, and stops in front of it. Then the evil Prince Cranston walks out from the place, escorted by another numbers of Skeletors. The previous two meanwhile, open the storage part behind the truck and unveils the captured Lightning Force Rangers- Clark, Rick, Michael, Angela, and Samantha.
“Welcome to your hell, Rangers,” greets Prince Cranston arrogantly. “Make yourself at home.”
“Screw you! Don’t ever think you’ve won this battle,” warns Clark Powers while been forced out from the mobile prison by Skeletors.
“Evils always lose in the end,” Angela reminds angrily.
“And blah, blah, blah. Skeletors, take them inside,” commands Prince Cranston to his armies.
As the Skeletors take the Rangers into the cave, they did not notice that a mysterious guy dressed in a coat is watching them. After observing them using a binocular, he takes out a gun, and releases a shoot to attach a bug to Prince Cranston. Managed to do the job, he then slips away from the place without managed being traced by those villains.
After managing the Rangers, Prince Cranston goes back to the villains’ HQ to meet his father, Lord Cranston. For sure the main leader has a plan, and it was clearly shown by his discussion with Ecliptor and Darkonda just before his son enter the main room.
“Great, now you’re here son,” greeted Lord Cranston.
“What is it?” wonders Prince Cranston.
“We are thinking about sending you for a very important mission,” explains Ecliptor. “To Earth.”
“Earth?”
“We are thinking to conquer that planet since we have managed to capture Lightning Force Rangers,” added Lord Cranston.
“What’s the relation between the capture and plans to conquer Earth?” asks him.
“The workforce in Eltar is not enough to mine all minerals available,” explains the leader further. “Humans on Earth can make up for this setback. Plus, the situation is not so much different than here.”
“But there’re some attempt to conquer Earth before? I’m not sure we can do it,” says Prince Cranston.
“We already have sufficient input from Ecliptor and Darkonda about that place. We can do better than those crap before us!”
They did not realize that Victor as well as Zordon and Lunar 7 hear their conversation, via the electronic bug attached to Prince Cranston. Now, not only they have to think the way to free the rest of Lightning Force, but also they need to stop the evil force from invading other planet.
“Great- now Earth,” grumbles Victor, as he cannot believe himself over what he recently heard.
“You are the only one who could stop them,” says Zordon.
“But I cannot do it alone,” admits him. ”Two, maybe three versus one is not a good odd.”
“Actually, I used to have a Ranger team there,” Zordon reveals. “But I’m not sure if they’re still there. But if there’s one thing that I’m sure about, now there’re many Ranger teams there.”
“Great, now we just need to inform them about this,” says Victor.
“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” replies Zordon. “If that thing happens, Lord Cranston will search us. It’s better to let them expect that we are already lost- remember, we are the only hope for Eltar.”
“So, what should I do?” asks Victor.
“You follow them from behind until Earth, and then you do what you should do,” suggest Zordon. “For that purpose, you use Voyager Megaship that I kept secretly inside a mountain. Lunar 7 will assist you throughout this mission.”
“What about you?”
“Don’t worry about me. Just focus on your main task,” Zordon tells. “Remember- stays out of their detection.”
“You got it.”
Then Victor and Lunar 7 quickly go to the designated place where Voyager Megaship is kept. At first glance, it looks very similar to Astro Megaship as it was designed based on that spaceship; just it was black and grey in colour. But they did not have so much time for that, as they instantly enters the vehicle and checking all systems to ensure everything is well before departing.
At the same time, Prince Cranston is walking to his spaceship, and being escorted by three monsters- twins Fire Rex and Tornado Rex (both monsters look like chubby T-Rex, with red and black colour respectively), as well as Electric King (looks like grey-gold Lord Zedd)- for his mission to conquer Earth.
“Earth, here we come,” says Prince Cranston before entering the spaceship. Afterwards, the evil vehicle lifts up from the ground, and heading towards the outer space. A few minutes later, Victor and Lunar 7 are ready to depart and trace those villains from behind.
“Victor, the villains has just left the atmosphere,” informs Lunar 7.
“Let’s follow them,” says Victor, as he pilots Voyager Megaship to trace those villains.
At Earth meanwhile, things are still like usual. In Star City in particular, people are having fun in night after a hectic schedule in the daylight. Mark and Adam also did not left out from it, as they are watching a soccer match in a crowded stadium. While the latter have the share of fun by screaming and any other things, the former seems very focused to the game. Rarely smiles, he tries to pick up all skills that might be useful for him someday.
“Don’t you enjoy the match?” asks Adam. “Come on!”
“Yeah, sure, whatever,” Mark whispers to himself.
Suddenly, Mark senses that something bad might happen, as he instantly watches the sky above him. For sure, he can felt that this is very different that what he used to face before. He also did not smile at all in the way.
A day, Prince Cranston and his monsters have arrived at the outside of Earth’s orbit and observing the suitable place to begin the invasion. To gather as much data as they could before initiating, they decided to stay out for another couple of hours.
At the same time in CoastBase, Jessica and Hillary detected an unidentified object outside Earth but unable to recognised it. But since its activities have remained dormant for a very long time, they decided to ignore it.
“If it didn’t make any harm to us, then why should we attack it?” says Captain Bates to the duo, as he also monitors the progress of the object.
In the late afternoon later, Mark is walking along a shopping arcade in the middle of the city. As he watches all the stuff, he remembers that he did not have enough money to afford so many things. Right now, he had to do several odd jobs to support himself while waiting for his chance to become a pro soccer player.
“If only I could afford all this now,” he wishes in his heart, referring to a blue soccer jersey that he really wants since a long time ago.
Suddenly, he senses something strange comes, and instantly turns his head to the sky. He saw three fireballs as well as a light burst towards the ground, heading to the lake garden not far from his current position. For sure, he knows that something bad will happen and quickly dashed towards the place to know whether his thoughts were right or wrong.
At the same time, people are doing their own activity at the garden, only to be shocked when the four unknown objects hit the ground and causes a huge bang as well as some sparks and a huge smoke. For a while, they are wondering what are things in front of their eyes.
“Is it a meteor?” wonders an old lady.
Suddenly Fire Rex, Tornado Rex, and Electric King emerged from the dusts, and screams around with scary voices. These make people to go all riots, and run away from the place. Then Prince Cranston was the next to emerged, and was particularly impressed with his first sight on Earth.
“Hmm… very much like Eltar,” he says as he watches around.
While all people runs to the outside of the garden, Mark goes the opposite direction, and even ignoring some of them who told him not to go in. After a distance of running, he cannot believe over what he sees when he stops not far from the villains. But he would not back off, whatever they are, whatever happens.
“Come on, let’s start our mission to conquer this planet,” commands Prince Cranston.
“Boss, take a look over there,” points Electric King towards the focused Mark. “A human.”
“Care to be our first victim?” teases Fire Rex.
“…”
“Oh, he looks so angry with us, boss,” added Tornado Rex.
“Human,” asks Prince Cranston “ why you looking to us like that? Come here!”
“…”
“How dare you not to answer my question. Take this!” raged Prince Cranston, as he blasted a laser towards the quiet, unsmiling yet focused Mark, and the latter to disappear in the dusts. “That’s what you got if you disobey your new master.”
Then they begin to walk but just after a few steps, they are shocked to find out that Mark is still at where he is, without any injury. They simply cannot believe over what they have seen.
“What?” Prince Cranston shocked.
“Surprise?” teases Mark.
“You really make me angry!” warns Tornado Rex.
“Monsters, kill him!” commands Prince Cranston.
The three monsters quickly attack Mark, but he uses his superb ninja skill that he gained from his training with Adam to block and avoids every single of their movement. At the same time, he tries to send several hands-on strikes that despite not powerful, it was enough to make him difficult to be captured. But as the battle goes on, he cannot stand on his own much longer and instantly unleashed his Acelerator to for the first phase of his transformation.
“ACE!” he screams, and followed by a high jump over the three monsters. Then a blue light surrounds his body, and he has transformed into Ace Ranger V2 before landing on the other side than before. This has causes another shock for the villain, as they did not expect a Ranger to fight them.
“A Ranger?” Prince Cranston shocked. “They didn’t mention anything about Earth’s Ranger!”
“Spark Lance!” Mark says as he extended his Spark Baton, and begins to attack the monsters. After being hit several times, they are facing more tasks, as Edward, Andy, Nick, Sarah, and Alexis has arrived to help Mark in form of Power Rangers Neutron Squad. Soon, they deployed themselves to take on each monster, two against one- Edward and Andy vs. Fire Rex, Nick and Mark vs. Tornado Rex, Sarah and Alexis vs. Electric King.
Their determination has made them won this battle, as they managed to knock down all monsters within minutes. The villains soon realise that they need to use their power to stay, and blasted a couple of laser attacks as they grown weaker by the Rangers’ strikes.
This is where the real trouble start. The Rangers simply cannot stand with the intensity of the attack, considering they never fought alien before this. Begins with the fireball blasted by Fire Rex through its mouth, and later followed by Tornado Rex with its tornado blow, the Rangers simply cannot stand with the piling pressure. Added with Electric King’s lightning attack from its staff, it makes things tougher for them. Plus, they almost weakened by the attack since they used most energy earlier when fighting.
At the outside orbit of Earth, Victor and Lunar 7 has arrived with their Voyager Megaship. At the same time, they detected that Prince Cranston and his monsters have invade Earth moments before they arrived.
“The spaceship is empty,” indicates Lunar 7 based on the radar detection.
“They have invade Earth,” expects Victor. “We need to trace them now!”
“But where we want to put this Megaship?” questioned Lunar 7. “We cannot let it floating freely here.”
“Where they are now?” asks Victor, referring to the villains.
“In a place called Star City.”
“Great, we go there right now,” he replies, as he sets the spaceship to enter Earth.
Together, they pilot Voyager Megaship into Earth atmosphere, and have turbulent times to keep control of it. At the same time, the Neutrons and Ace Ranger V2 are having a tough time to keep hold of their enemies. They simply ran out of alternatives to destroy those monsters.
“Humans are also weaker like in Eltar,” Prince Cranston teases, as he approaches the struggling Rangers. “Just give up to your new master!”
“NEVER!” Edward warns. He is very furious but he can do nothing since he himself has no more attacking options available.
“Now, take this!” Prince Cranston blasted several laser shoots towards the Ranger. The attack only makes they weaker for sure. But as he is about to move forward, he was interrupted by a voice.
“Not so fast!”
The villains are shocked with the unexpected presence of Victor, as they think Lightning Force has already lost in their battle before this. He also, is less than impressed to see his enemies head-on.
“It’s nice to see you again, Prince Cranston,” says Victor, whilst he stands in front of Neutron Squad.
“Lighting Hunter… how dare you to interrupt my business,” warns Prince Cranston.
“Lightning Hunter?” wonders Sarah.
“Lightning Force might be down, but they’re not out!” Victor pressed. “Hunter Storm!”
Victor crossed his arms and attaches his morphers at the wrists. In a flash, he has transformed into Lightning Hunter, which causes so much surprise to the Neutrons since they never saw anything like him before this.
“Rangers, recover yourselves first,” says Victor to them. “Let me deal with this monsters.”
Then he begins the strike and blasted the three monsters using his powerful Hunter Blaster to knock all of them down. Afterwards, he attacks Prince Cranston with his Hunter Axe, and never seem to stop. But what he did not realise is that, the three monsters are already recovered by the time he is about to destroy the villain leader with a slash.
As the result, he was being attacked from behind and being thrown away not far from the villains. But thankfully, the Neutrons as well as Ace Ranger V2 have recovered and ready to continue their battle.
“Need help?” offers Edward, as he pulled Victor to stand back.
“Thanks,” Victor says.
“You can’t fight them alone,” indicates Sarah. “We’re in for you.”
“Of course,” welcomed Victor. “Two heads are better than one.”
“Two? Make it seven,” says Nick, eager to continues the battle.
Rejuvenated, they re-launch their challenge, and this has caused so many troubles towards the villains. Using the same attacking combination as before, they making life difficult for the monsters as well as Prince Cranston. Despite the monsters using their weapons, it is still not enough to beat the Rangers anyway.
This forced Prince Cranston to abandon himself from the battle, and he immediately flies high on the air heading to the outer space. This also left Fire Rex, Tornado Rex, and Electric King to hold the rangers on their own. Victor quickly pounced on this chance to help his fellow Rangers to beat all those beasts.
“Proto Armour, activate,” Edward activates his Proto Armour to cause more damage to the opposition, and strikes double laser shoots to weakened them. Soon the Rangers regrouped, and send their final strike that destroy all monsters permanently- Edward blasted dual laser shoots from his Proto Armour, the other Neutrons use their Plasma Rifle, while Victor launched a powerful laser blast from his Hunter Blaster. Mark on the other side, sends a fierce Spark Crusher for the purpose.
“Wow, that’s the tough one,” says Andy, after the battle finishes.
Then all of them unmorphed, and the Neutrons seemed happy to meet another Ranger like them. Mark meanwhile, begins to walk out from the place heading to his own destination.
“Who are you?” asks Edward. “And how do you get here?”
“I’m Victor Powers, Lightning Hunter,” Victor introduces himself “from Planet Eltar.”
“Planet Eltar?” Sarah surprised. “So you’re not from Earth?”
“So who are they?” asks Nick, referring to the villains.
“They’re villains from my planet,” he explained. “They come here to conquer Earth. But thankfully we managed to hold them before they managed to make a mark here. Thank you guys for your help.”
“Is there anything more that I can help you?” offers Edward.
“Yeah, there is,” says Victor. “Who is the sixth Ranger here?”
“Actually…” answers Nick reluctantly, as he pointed to the outgoing Mark. “But he is not a part of us.”
“It’s ok. I’m sure I can deal with him,” he assures, as he understands what is Nick trying to explain.
The Neutrons can only watches from behind as Victor tries to approach Mark. They wonders why he wants to meet the egotistical yet determined youngster.
“Hey, hey!” Victor calls, and Mark stops. “Are you the sixth Ranger here?”
“What do you want from me?” he asked “and I’m not considering myself as the sixth Ranger here. You meet the wrong guy.”
“I don’t know what are you talking about, but I need your help,” answers him. “I need you to follow me to the planet Eltar, for a very important mission.”
“Planet Eltar? Well, go and ask for their help,” says Mark, while his eyes briefly pointing to the Neutrons not far from them. “Five heads are better than one.”
“If I take them instead of you, Earth will be in a big trouble,” according to him. “Things will be different if I you follow me.”
The Neutrons watching their conversation with full interest, while at the same time they also speculate what the topic between them.
“What are they talking about?” wonders Sarah.
“No idea,” according to Andy.
“Me too,” Alexis added.
“Why Victor wants to see him?” asks Edward. “I really doubt if Mark understand his attention.”
“Stop speculate, just watching,” says Nick.
After listening to Victor’s explanation, Mark seems has understand a bit about his attention. Now, he is willing to help his counterpart for this mission.
“So that’s your plan?” Mark asks for confirmation. “When we will depart?”
“As soon as we gather all our targets,” according to Victor. “Sooner, the better.”
Then he runs slowly towards the Neutrons, while Victor watches him from behind.
“Nick, I need your help,” Mark reluctantly requests.
“What is it?” Nick asks with full interest.
In LA, Cody was making some martial arts training in the park. Just after he finished his routine of the day and heading to Shinjuku Castle, he receives a phone call via his cell phone.
“Hello,” greets Cody.
“Cody, Nick’s here,” he answers.
“Hey, how’re you Nick?” Cody asks. “How’s Neutron Squad there?”
“Fine,” he replies briefly. “Cody… I need your help.”
In Eli Falls, Xiaolong Li is on mediation under a waterfall when Marcus Jones comes to his place, informing him about the news.
“Are you Xiaolong Li?” Marcus asks for confirmation.
“Yes I’m, my friend,” Xiaolong replies. “And you’re…”
“Marcus, Marcus Jones,” he introduced himself “ from Crystal Lake.”
“Crystal Lake…” Xiaolong remembered that it is the hometown of Power Rangers Fire Storm. “What makes you here?”
”I received a call from a friend, and he says that it is a very important matter and it requires your help.” Marcus told. “Now, please follow me.”
“My pleasure,” Xiaolong easily accepts the request.
At Ibrox Stadium in Glasgow, Scotland, a match between Glasgow Rangers and Aberdeen is currently on the way. Two Rangers, Scott Hamilton and Dave Connors are also in the crowd as they also avid soccer fans. Since they watch the match from the front row seats of the lowest tier at the main grandstand, it was a fun experience for them. For Dave on the other hand, it was a whole new experience for him- he never watch a soccer match in Scotland before this.
“Now that’s what I call the goal of the season,” says Scott- a life-long Rangers supporter- referring to a long-range effort by a Rangers attacking midfielder. The goal has just being scored a few moments ago and it causes a huge applause from the spectator.
“I hope so,” Dave replies in Australian accent. “But you should go to Old Trafford- they plays better football than this.”
“Yeah, sure, whatever,” says him to the Manchester United supporter.
The duo did not noticed that they were watched by someone at the upper tier of the same grandstand- and he is actually Mark, who also take that chance to learn the European soccer style of play. But his attention is more on them, so he has observed them as much as he could.
The match ended 3-0, and everyone is going out of the stadium with a satisfaction at the face, especially Scott. As he and Dave are in halfway of their walk to the nearest bus stand from the stadium gate, Mark approaches them in the crowd.
“Scott Hamilton, Dave Connors?” Mark asks for affirmation.
“Who’re you?” Scott asks him in a strong Scot accent.
“Actually…” Mark gets himself closer to both of them to whispers something “I know who you’re.”
“You know who we are?” Dave surprised.
“Who’re you really?” Scott demands to know “and what do you want from us?”
“I think you know who I’m,” Mark says as he displays his Acelerator to the duo. “Both of you are needed for a mission. Interested? Follow me,” he added, and they leave the stadium together heading to their destination.
As planned, they meet at a canyon outside Star City, and the gathering was made besides the highway since most of them arrived by car and motorbike. There, they meet another four Rangers, and two of them were girls. Some of male members take that chance to tease them.
“Hey, look who’re here,” says Marcus with a huge grin, referring to Rebecca “Becky” Lambert and Elizabeth “Liz” Philips.
“How’re you doing?” follows Sean.
“Hey, hey, behave yourself,” warns Marshall Mank to Marcus and Sean.
Cody and Xiaolong meanwhile, are so happy to see each other again since the mega team-up in LA.
“It’s great to see you again, Xiao,” greets Cody with a hug. “Calm as usual?”
“Just like you my friend,” Xiaolong replies with a smile.
“Why we’re here?” Cody asks.
“I have no idea,” Xiaolong wonders. “Anyone? Any idea?”
Then Victor shows up not far from them, and calmly approaching them with a soft smile on his face.
“Thank you for coming. Actually, it’s my idea to gather up all of you here,” he reveals.
“Why?” Scott wonders, “I hope it is important.”
“It is,” Victor admits. “But first, let me explain. I’m not from Earth, instead I’m from a planet called Eltar.”
“You’re not from Earth,” says Becky “so why you’re here?”
“Not long ago villains from my planet invades this place, in attempt to conquer it,” he told. “But thankfully, me, Mark, and Neutron Squad managed to sent them off- permanently I hope.”
“Then why you call us here?” Sean asks.
“I need your help… to help me release my friends,” he reveals. “Since they have know that I’m still not giving up, they will torture them.” He turns back and walks slowly while added; “this is a risky task, so I cannot force you to go with me.”
“How do we go there?” wonders Liz.
“With Voyager Megaship, I hide it beneath canyons there,” he shows the point. “So think this carefully- I don’t want to risk your life.”
After listening the explanation, they were quiet for a while. But after all, they did not think twice to volunteer for the mission.
“This is crazy,” says Marcus “but whatever happens, I would not let my fellow Rangers in trouble whatsoever.”
“Count me in,” Sean follows.
“Both of us too,” Scott speaks confidently for him and Dave.
“Consider me in,” Xiaolong nods his head.
“100 percent sure,” Cody follows.
“What about you?” Victor asks Liz and Becky.
“Maybe we’re the only girls here,” admits Liz calmly “but this is a risky chance of a lifetime, and we don’t want to left behind.”
“We’re in,” Becky follows.
“So?” Victor asks Mark, and he just nods his head slowly. “Let’s go!”
As they are about a few steps to the Megaship, Mark somehow senses that someone is getting on their way, and turns behind.
“What is it?” Victor asks Mark.
“I think we forget someone,” he says as he watches somebody is running from far, and everybody also stops to see what it is. As it getting closer, Cody and Xiaolong cannot believe over what they seen- their old friend Kyle Bruckner. After a while, Kyle joins the group and looks mighty relieved from his face.
“Sorry, I’m late,” he apologised. “I thought I’ve missed the flight.”
“What took you so long?” questioned Cody.
“Kyle…” Victor remembers his friend, as he used to meet each other before this. “Thank God you can make it here. I almost forget about you.”
“I can see that you’re already know him,” according to Sean.
“You’re right,” Kyle says. “But I came here after Cody give me a notice. So, what are we waiting for?”
Then the 12 Rangers walk towards the canyon where Voyager Megaship is hidden, and after they found it minutes later, they board the spaceship. As all systems go, they soon depart from Earth and heading to Eltar.
The spaceship is a whole new experience for them, and they are very impressed with the interior of the vehicle. Voyager Megaship is very much like its predecessor Astro Megaship inside out.
“This is awesome,” Marcus impressed. “I never saw anything like this.”
“You can say that,” says Victor. “Take a look at the outside.”
“Wow,” Becky stunned as she sees the outer space outside the ship “the stars, Earth… wonderful.”
“Now, we can relax for a while,” Victor indicates. “We will arrive at Eltar in about 24 hours from now. Go everywhere you want- just don’t enter the engine room,” he reminds “if you need anything tell me or Lunar 7.”
Meanwhile in another dimension, Antaganus realise that the door of his dimension has been opened but it is not enough to escape and create terror to Earth once more. But he did notice that the 12 Rangers are heading to Eltar to destroy his counterparts, and thinks that he should send a monster to stop them. But he remains doubtful if his monster also cannot get through the dimension portal, and decided to give it a shot.
His attempt proves fruitful, as his monster named Firecracker just make it enough to get through the gate, and heads to Eltar. Antaganus hopes that his last attempt could destroy the Rangers forever.
Halfway in the journey, everyone has gone asleep at the sleeping bay. As she about to go into sleep, Becky noticed that Mark is not in his sleeping cell and tries to search for him all over the ship. Finally she found him in the simulation room, where he undergone a fighting simulation. Relentless, he never seems to stop even though the simulation villains are often beat him.
“Hey, it’s bed time, Mark,” Becky calls, and he just remain quiet and continues with his training. “Are you listening to me?” she asks again, and the answer is still the same. This forced her to shut down the machine, which causes a major upset for him.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Mark demands to know.
“Go to sleep. We will arrive soon and we need you in full fitness,” Becky reminds him.
“None of your business,” he says as he tries to turn on the machine again. This time, she holds his hand from touching the button.
“You got to get through me if you want to use it,” she says, and instantly she sends a powerful punch to him that throws him to the floor. He stands back, and did not seem to admit his defeat. “You never seem to learn from your lesson, do you?” she added, and instantly transforms into Solar Ranger using her morpher. Mark did not impressed by it at all, and uses his Acelerator to shifts into Ace Ranger V2.
Becky begins her attack by sending several ferocious kicks but Mark managed to avoid every single of it and counters with a powerful right-hand punch. That strike throws her away but he did not follow up the move, instead he just stands right at where he is before.
“Don’t think that I will be fooled by your trick!” she warns, and it was followed by a combined attack consisted several kicks and punches, but again, he managed to avoid every single attack and responded by a left-foot kick. Then again, she was thrown away by the hit.
Not giving up, Becky launches her deadliest strike- Wrist Disc. She blasted the flying disc towards Mark, hoping that it would knock him down. Unfortunately, he narrowly managed to avoid it with a back flip jump and unleashes his Spark Harpoon when landing. In a flash, he shoots the roped arrow to the disc, as the thing is about to return back to its origin. That move shocks her a lot, since she never expects such an outcome. Particularly, no one has ever escaped from that strike before this.
Had it enough, Mark unmorphed and walks away from the room, leaving the shock Becky behind. She almost cannot believe it, but somehow there is something about him that intrigues her. So after picking up the disc, she quickly chases him.
“Mark, Mark!” Becky call, and he stops without turning his back- he just remains quiet. “May I talk to you now?”
They talk outside the sleeping bay, where Becky expressed her impression over him. She still cannot believe that Mark can avoid her strike, let alone his superb strength and power. But the centre of the topic is his personality. She never found a Ranger like him before.
“Why should I talk about it?” Mark asks.
“I just want to know,” Becky reveals, and he just remain quiet. “It seems like you really don’t want to talk about it.”
“Why should I?” he replies swiftly, and turns right to the window to watch the stars.
“You seems a loner, you never trust anyone besides yourself,” she digs in. “No wonder why people say that you’re as dangerous as the monsters, when you’re an evil Ranger then”
“They’re psychotic,” he says.
“They also say the same thing to you,” she replies back.
“What?”
“Well… let’s face it,” she approaches him “you’re not exactly… normal.”
“Yes I’m not normal,” he turns to her. “I do what I’ll do, I say what I’ll say, and that’s that,” he stressed, and quickly he enters the sleeping bay to sleep. Becky left behind in wonders, as she still cannot understand what contributes to the personality of Mark.
As she watches the outer space outside, she spotted a fireball came to the same way as the spaceship. Then the object stops at the same way alongside the ship, before bursts its way forward. As the object fascinates her, she later enters the sleeping bay for a sleep before the tough day tomorrow.
Back at Eltar, Lord Cranston are so angry to hear that Prince Cranston have failed very early in his mission to conquer Earth, but what makes him more upset is Lightning Hunter is still not giving up and plays a vital role in dashing his attempt.
“Lightning Hunter just never learn his lesson!” blasted Lord Cranston to Darkonda and Ecliptor. “He really wants to join his friends at the hell.”
“What shall we do now, Lord?” Ecliptor asks Lord Cranston.
“We make plan B,” he reveals.
Back at the Voyager Megaship, everyone has already waking up from sleep, and prepared for the battle that likely to happen soon. After having breakfast and making some light exercise, Victor calls them to the conference room, where Lunar 7 has waiting for them. All Rangers taking respective seat, and he begins the briefing.
“Planet Eltar is under threat by a evil forces, led by Lord Cranston and his son, Prince Cranston. Their right hand man is Ecliptor and Darkonda, and has a bunch of loyal soldiers of Skeletors,” he begins. “My friends, Lightning Force Rangers and I is the only Ranger team to protect Eltar, and recently they captured them, leaving only me the surviving members.”
“So why they want to invade Earth?” Marcus asks.
“Workforces in Eltar are not sufficient to mine all minerals available, so by conquering Earth, they can get continuous supply of slaves,” he unveils. “Since both planets has so many similarities in many ways.”
“Is there anything special about the power of Lightning Force?” enquires Scott.
“Like any other, if they can control the power, then they are unstoppable,” Victor says. “Now they are put my friend in a prison somewhere in Calm Desert on Eltar. We will plan a raid, as soon as we arrived at HQ. Get yourself prepared.”
As Lord Cranston, Prince Cranston, Darkonda, and Ecliptor are planning for another attack for Lightning Hunter, they got a rude surprise in form of Firecracker who came in from nowhere.
“Who are you, freak?” Ecliptor asks.
“I’m Firecracker, sent by your friend Antaganus,” it introduces itself.
“Antaganus… yes, I remember him,” Lord Cranston nods his head. “What drives you here?”
“It seems like you’re planning for something, and I also got something that might be useful for you,” Firecracker says.
“What is it?” Darkonda seems anxious to know.
After 24 hours of journey, the Rangers arrived at Eltar, and enter the HQ of Lightning Force Rangers. Zordon seems pleased with the unexpected surprise. Some of them meanwhile, are also very happy to see the legend of the mentor.
“Welcome to Eltar, Rangers,” Zordon greets them. “I’m Zordon.”
“It’s great to see you, Zordon” Kyle responded.
“Wow, this is awesome!” Marcus looks around. “I never saw anything like this before.”
“Come here guys, we need to make the raiding plan now,” Victor calls them to the planning table. There, they were split into their respective roles and after some explanation; they are ready for the mission.
A few hours later, the first team consists Mark, Xiaolong, Marshall, Dave, Sean, and Liz arrives at the mountain in front of the cave, and hides behind the available rocks. As they observe the place with their binocular, they are waiting for the others to give the signal to begin the attack.
Later in front of the cave, the three guarding Skeletors are surprised with the presence with six unknown people in cloak. They walk passes by the place, makes the villain soldiers tends to ignore them as they thought they did not bring any harm to them.
It was proved to be wrong, when the cloak men unleash who they really are- Victor, Marcus, Scott, Becky, Kyle, and Cody. They instantly attack the Skeletors, and managed to crush them down in a mere time. Then the first team jumps out from their hiding place, and the 12 Rangers regroup to begin their raid of the prison.
Along the way from the entrance, the coming Skeletors attacked them, but together they managed beat all of it. They continues to go inside with little resistance, until they arrives somewhere inside the prison, where they have just saw Lightning Force Rangers is entering a room that was widely believed to be execution room, and they were accompanied by numbers of Skeletors from behind.
“Hey, take a look at that!” says Marshall slowly while pointing to Lightning Force Rangers.
“Lightning Force,” Victor surprised, and quickly they sneak from behind slowly.
“What they’re doing?” Liz asks. “Why they didn’t fight even though they are morphed?”
“I don’t know,” admits him “just wait and see.”
They watch what is happening inside the room through a small window, and so shocked to find out that the villains is about to execute Lightning Force Rangers by hanging them. Not enough with that, they also decided to shoot them with laser shoots.
“We can’t wait anymore,” says Victor, and he commands, “let’s breach this place!” This was followed by a huge bang at the door, and the sixth Rangers instantly fight all Skeletors inside just before the execution takes place. After managed to knock down all shooting Skeletors, they take on the remaining ones, and defeated them in a short time. Afterwards, Victor, Mark, Liz, Scott, and Sean quickly get on the stage and remove the sacks that cover the head of respective Lightning Force Rangers, only to discover they got a rude shock.
“A dummy?!” Victor shocked.
“Me too!” Sean follows.
“This is a trap!” Liz realise what is happening. “No wonder why they didn’t raise alarm when we enter this place.”
“We need to get out of here now!” shouts Kyle from the stairs.
Quickly they regrouped and run away from the place, heading for the entrance. Again they got a shock when Lord Cranston, Prince Cranston, Ecliptor, Darkonda, and Firecracker are already waiting for them at the place.
“Where’re you heading Rangers?” teases Lord Cranston. “There’s no need to rush.”
“Where’re my friends?” Victor demands to know.
“They’re fine” Prince Cranston answers “and they’re waiting for you to join them.”
“NEVER!” he warns. “Ready, guys?”
Then the sixth Rangers transforms into their respective Ranger form, and ready to fight the villains. The villains meanwhile, are less than impressed and field Skeletors to help Ecliptor, Darkonda, and Firecracker fight the Rangers. Then Lord Cranston and his son disappear from sight, and both sides quickly staged a fight.
Victor and Mark take on Ecliptor, and the combination are not good enough to take on the monster who seems have superior advantage over both of them. The same situation also goes to Scott and Liz who fight Darkonda. Kyle and Cody meanwhile, staged a fight with Firecracker and the rest take on the Skeletors.
While fighting Firecracker, Kyle somehow can see something in Firecracker’s eyes, and almost cannot believe himself over what he just saw. It somewhat distracting them, and the monster quickly takes that chance to hit him with a ferocious punch. Cody is also unable to escape from the same strike, and was thrown away to the same side as Kyle.
Then Firecracker helps its comrades, but the Rangers are not giving up yet. After managed to beat the Skeletors, the others regrouped with the other six, and helps them to recover. Together, they decided to take on the three monsters.
So it is four Rangers versus 1 monster, with Mark, Victor, Becky, and Scott take on Ecliptor; Marcus, Dave, Cody, and Sean fight Darkonda, while Xiaolong, Liz, Kyle, and Marshall take on Firecracker. They fight with full determination, and not willing to lost this one whatsoever.
However later, Firecracker quickly throws some bombs, and soon the place is about to falling down. Each Ranger is not willing to withdraw, but there are some of them who urge their friends to get out when there is still a chance.
“Get out from here!” Victor tells Mark, Victor, Becky, and Scott.
“No, we won’t back off!” declares Scott.
“All of you get out!” urge Xiaolong to his friends.
“NEVER!” Marshall responded swiftly.
However, Becky is the first to obey the order, and quickly steps out from the cave, followed by Kyle, Marshall, Dave, and Cody. However, Mark refuses to withdraw from the battle, as he adamant to stay despite Victor and Scott told him to get out.
“Mark, get out from here!” Victor warns. “Let us take care of them.”
“You get out yourself!” he responded quickly.
“Just get OUT!” Scott had it enough, and sends a kick that throws Mark out from the cave, before continues to hold Firecracker with Victor.
The Rangers outside quickly get Mark and help him to recover; while they can only watch their friends disappear inside the cave. For sure, he is not finish yet, and determines to fight the monsters whatever happens. He dashed towards the entrance with a breakneck speed, hoping that he could get inside in time. However, the others behind him did not think the same.
“Pull back, you can’t get though the rocks!” Becky warns.
“I can make it!” Mark insists.
“Pull BACK!” she stressed.
“I CAN MAKE IT!” he replies back with a stress.
To stop him, she uses Wrist Disc, and ejects out the flying disc towards him. The thing managed to intercept and slashes him on the chest in a flash, sending him down to the ground. Devastated, he can only watch Victor, Scott, Marcus, Sean, Liz, and Xiaolong lost with the monsters underneath the cave.
The others also have the same feeling, and try to calm him down. Instead, he refuses to get any help and walks away from the area. Soon they follow him from behind and for sure now, they have lost idea on how to encounter Lord Cranston and his troops. Defeat is very painful for them; particularly when their friends become sacrificial lambs for them.

Sneak Peak: The remaining sixth Rangers lost their team spirit as the result of the battle, and to add some insult, Kyle reveals something shocking that he hides from them. Meanwhile, Mark felt that Becky is trying to left him out of the team while actually she did not mean to do anything harm to him.
