Check this (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3167257297&category=749) out. It's a second series Navy Ranger with Blake's real face, BUT it actually has the wrist gauntlets. It must be an overseas release because mine definitely didn't have those.

Than tell me why I've never seen another one like that in the states? Sure looks European to me.

Hey I saw those at Wal-Mart with the other rangers.... sadly I didn't have the money to get them at the time.

If it was European... Then there'd be more languages than English, and the website address for Bandai wouldn't be the American one.
