Power Rangers Tornado
The Crescent Strike
“Well, Lexor’s been reduced to a bumbling idiot,” muttered Virulina, staring at Lexor, who was trying to put a Duplo house together – and failing badly.
“I hate when that happens,” Darkstorm muttered.
“The Rangers must suffer for this, eternally,” Cindar added, “Especially the Volcano Rangers, for turning on us.”
“Don’t worry, we can crush them any time!” Reekon said, “After all, the one who created their powers surely knows how to destroy them!”
“Who created them?” asked Virulina.
“Well, Lexor did, so-” Reekon started, then turned to Lexor again, “Oh, right.”
“Well, that’s that plan gone.” Cindar muttered.
“We can’t find out how their powers work and destroy them that way,” Darkstorm said, “So, how can we get back at them.”
“I am working on a new evil Zord, but I am not sure how long it will take,” Cindar said.
“And you?” Darkstorm said, turning to Virulina. After all, Lexor was ‘incapacitated’ right now and Cindar wasn’t ready to attack, leaving Virulina as the only General who could do so.
“Which team do we destroy first?” asked Virulina.
“You have something that can help the situation?” asked Darkstorm.
“Of course, you couldn’t have all three Generals incapacitated now, could you?” asked Virulina.
“Finally, someone who can actually do something against the Rangers,” muttered Darkstorm, “What is the plan?”
“I will send Startrapper to destroy one team of Rangers, then the other. The second team, of course, will be held back while we’re destroying the first team.” Virulina replied.
“So this is another of your Giganoids?” asked Darkstorm.
“Of course,” Virulina said, “The second Giganoid.”
“Why not the second Torinoid?” asked Lexor.
“The Rangers killed him,” muttered Cindar.
“They did?” Lexor asked.
“This is going nowhere,” Virulina said, agitated, “I’ll prepare the attack, and before long, there won’t be any more Rangers.”

“The plan will soon begin,” Virulina said as she stood alongside Reekon and Mortdred. They may have been incompetent fools, but they still wanted to get away from Lexor.
“So what now?” asked Reekon.
“We’ll have to wait,” replied Virulina.

They didn’t have to take long for Ted and Glen to show up. The Tornado Rangers were meeting with their friend Keith, which left the Volcano Rangers alone for now.
“Volcano power, activate!” they called as the three villains dropped into position.
“You’re going to regret becoming traitors!” Virulina shouted, as she charged at Volcano Green, since he was the leader of the Volcano Ranger team. This left Volcano Black to face off against Reekon and Mortdred. As one tornado Ranger could beat one of these fools, and a Volcano Ranger’s powers were slightly more powerful than those of a Tornado Ranger, it remained to be seen if Volcano Black could take both of them at once.
Volcano Green, on the other hand, was being beaten by Virulina quite easily.
“You’ll all regret turning on us!” Virulina said as she swung her spear again.
“All of us?” Volcano Green joked as he managed to pin the spear, “I though there were only two of us, meaning you’re looking for the word ‘both’, but then again, you never were-” before he could finish, Virulina used the pinned spear to send him flying.
“As you can see, you’re about to lose!” Mortdred shouted as he fired a crescent-shaped blast of energy from his scythe blade. It struck Volcano Black, driving him back and almost knocking him down.
“Cyclone Strike!” Volcano Green called, using wind powers to send Mortdred flying into a wall.
“Right,” Volcano Black muttered, “Acid Blast!” Firing off a stream of acid, he hit Reekon, knocking him down too. However, before he could help against Virulina, Cindar’s club struck the back of his head.
“You’ll never beat us!” Virulina shouted, driving Volcano Green to the ground, “Startrapper, arise!”
Startrapper appeared, blasting apart a building.
“Volcano Megazord, online!” the two Volcano Rangers called. The Volcano Megazord landed, ready to face Startrapper.
“You’re finished, Rangers!” Startrapper let loose with his Crescent Beam, which consisted of the crescent shape on his forehead firing a wave of white lightning into the Volcano Megazord, knocking him down.

“Sorry Keith, we’ve got to leave,” Darren said as his communicator went off, signalling he impeding death of the Volcano Rangers.
The three ran as far as they could, but then stopped, out of breath.
“Why can’t we just use the Tornado Cycles?” asked Nick.
“Good idea,” Darren said.
“Tornado power, activate!” the three called as they morphed.
“You’re not going anywhere!” Cindar shouted as he arrived along with Mortdred and Reekon.
“Then try to stop us!” Darren said, calling in the Tornado Cycles.
“They’re yours,” Reekon offered as he and Mortdred sat down, trying to act calm, when in reality they were scared.
“I was hoping you’d say that!” Cindar shouted, charging forward towards Tornado Red. However, before he could connect, they drove off, so Cindar realised his mistake.
“Ah, it’s too late to save them now anyway,” Cindar muttered, teleporting away and taking Reekon and Mortdred with him.

“I can’t believe he crippled us with one hit!” Volcano Green shouted as the Volcano Megazord tried to stand, his wrecked knee sparked, and he toppled over once more.
“Don’t worry, we’re here now!” Tornado Red shouted, appearing in the tornado Megazord cockpit. The Tornado Megazord stood, the crippled Volcano Megazord walking over too.
“Spear of Destruction!” Virulina called, energising her spear and hurling it at Tornado Megazord’s head, causing the formation to crash to the ground, severely damaged, the cockpit glass shattered and the control panels damaged.
“Now what?” Volcano Green asked as the crippled Volcano Megazord tried to stand, Startrapper slamming into him again.
“We’re in big trouble,” Volcano Green muttered.
“Can’t we use a new Tornado Sphere?” asked Volcano Black.
“With the HQ personnel dead, who could send it to us?” asked Volcano Green. Startrapper slammed into them once more.
The Volcano Megazord was down; the Tornado Megazord had flames coming out of his face.
“You’re finished now, Rangers!” Startrapper shouted, blasting them both. Volcano Megazord staggered back.
“Don’t you get it?” asked Startrapper, “There is no one to save you now!” Another Crescent Beam shot tore right through the formation, hurling him to the ground alongside Tornado Megazord.
“Now I’ll finish both of you!” Startrapper prepared to blast the two Megazords.
“Tornado Sphere 07, launch!” Tornado Red called.
“Tornado Sphere 08, launch!” Volcano Green called.
“Ceratosuchus, unite!” both teams called, as the components merged into a Ceratosuchus, “Now, Lavastrike Megazord!”
The arms of the Tornado Megazord detached, the Sarcosuchus attached to make bigger feet, while the Spinosaurus split into three to make new arms and a shoulder cannon. The Ceratosuchus split up, forming hands and a helmet. The Coyote arm attached to the chest, forming a new chestplate while the Squid formed the other shoulder cannon.
“The Spinosaurus is too damaged,” Volcano Green said, “We can’t use the arms or right shoulder cannon.”
“The we’ll compensate,” Tornado Red replied, “Vortex Strike!” A huge amount of energy fired from the Coyote mouth, hitting and destroying Startrapper.

“Well, that Giganoid is dead,” muttered Virulina.
“It’s not like you’ve never lost one, though, is it?” asked Lexor, causing Virulina to whack him, “Imbecile.”
“That’s it,” Lexor said, “I’ve had enough of this, I’m going to bring down those Rangers like you’ve all failed to do!”
