Official Dino Thunder Finds Thread

Ok, with the Dino Thunder toys starting to slowly be found around the US, I thought it would be wise to start one thread for those who have found sets. To try and keep order there are a few rules:
1. Only post if you have found the sets in a store. Ebay does not count.
2. If you have pictures you can post them. Again, Ebay does not count.
3. If you have any comments or questions please make another thread and just keep this one for "Finds" only.







In order to make this easy to understand, please post as follows: (I'll go first)

Where did you find the set?
Wal-Mart in Jacksonville, FL

What did you find?
All Five Raptor Cycles and Three Transforming Figures.

How much were they?
The Raptor Cycles were $10.83 and the Figures were $9.83.

Any additional information?

Ok, I know how a lot of you like to argue everything, but I thought this would be a good way to keep track of where things are showing up, that way someone can know if there is anything in his/her area.

2 Red, 3 Blue, 2 Yellow, 2 Black Dino Ranger Figures. And a Triptoid.

How much were they?
All PRDT figures were around $5.99 a peice, i bought 1 of each.
Now i'm looking for the white ranger.

Any additional information?
Any info on if you found the white ranger or different kinds of DT figures in NH, let me know :)

Super Target in Arlington, TX

What did you find?
I found ONE Black Talking Ranger and ONE Triptoid. I only bought the Black Ranger but if the other is there tomorrow I'll pick it up.

*UPDATE* - I went back to Target today and they still had the Triptoid so I picked it up. It's actually a really cool for just being an Evil Lackey. The biggest note about the Triptoid is the fact that is DOES have rotating wrist, unlike the rangers. Just thought it was worth mentioning. Again, this line looks to be one of the best PR lines I've ever seen......I can't wait for the Megazords. :D

It says "Rangers Unite" and has one other sound effect. It's WAY cool, I just can't wait till I find a White Ranger.

12" Mega Battlized Red Ranger says " Megazord Combine " when button is pushed on back of Red Ranger

Hello, NightRanger here...
Where did you find the set?
Target, 7600 N. Blackstone (@El Paso) in the Marketplace at RiverPark Shopping Center in Fresno, CA.

What did you find?
All five 6.25 (6 1/4) in. talking rangers and Black Triptoid, and the 12in. Red Mega Battlized Talking Power Ranger.

How much were they?
The 6 1/4in. figures were $5.89, and the 12in. one was $19.99

Any additional information?
I got the Black Dino Thunder Ranger. Head is fully articulated, small shoulder shield can be removed if desired. Can do "the splits" with the legs and the arms move up and down. The "Phantom Ranger" piece is the the thighs. And yes, the weapon (Abaranger's "Dino Thruster") does extend into the figure's armpit. The sounds are as follows... "Rangers Unite!," and what sounds like a "powering up" sound. As yes, the belt buckle button does go off very easily when barely pushed.
The Target still has a ton of PRNS toys and as I suspect, they are the last that Target will get.
I'll post more finds as I see them.

The ones I have now will hold me over til I get the other figures and zords

First time posting here, long time follower of the Rangerboard. I have been a fan of PR for many years now, just started getting back into collecting once I heard Jason David Frank was coming back.

Where did you find the set?
Toys R Us in Canton, Oh.

What did you find?
5 out of the 6 talking Rangers. They were missing the Yellow one. I could only get the Black and the White Ranger at the time.

How much were they?
$5.99 each

Additional comments:
The White Ranger's phrases are "Power Up" and a sword slashing sound. I would post pictures, but my webcam is terrible.

OMG!! Chris tel me about it!! I looked every where! Toy r us, Walmart, disney store, Toys Toys Toys and they dont have yellow , white or black.... was lucky to catch the last blue white and red dino rangers and the last Black Dino's morpher and the second last and the last Dino Thunder morpher of Red, Yellow and blue morpher in toys r us and no yellow talking ranger!! :mad:

The Yellow Ranger itself doesn't have a sound byte. The Yellow Ranger comes with the Body for the Phantom Ranger. The body of the Phantom Ranger has the sound byte and it's just two different sounds. One sounds like a battle cry, the other one is kinda weird. Anyway, hope that helps. neo

I got my morphers from Toys R Us but Walmart has it too for cheaper...but the toys r us in canada is sold out of the black dino morpher...there is only one of the original dino morpher yellow blue and red use

These are what I've been waiting/looking for. There were Three of Each out (I'm guessing they come six to a case/box). I bought one of each. It looks like they just put them out overnight, but they probably won't be around for long.

As far as the Morphers are concerned, they are nice. I'm not a big fan on the Hand Morphers. I still like the Classic MMPR Morpher the best. I didn't mind the Zeo and even the Turbo morpher was alright, but then I really started disliking the Morphers. Until now. These are very nicely done. The Bracio is a little bigger than I had hope, but it is required due to the key insert. The Thundersaurus is GREAT. It's quite a bit smaller than the Ninja Storm Morpher and fits a lot better. I'm 21 and I didn't even have to stretch the band to get it to fit. I'm at work now, but I'll post some pictures of the Morphers in Action later tonight. neo

I bought the Dino Chariot at Toys R Us for $19.99. A Red ranger is included and also the Red Raptor that we all thought was sold seperately, is also included, it's just a little smaller than the individual one. Also the Raptor has wheels between its two legs which allow it to be launched from the chariot. This is also possible with the Raptor cycles which are sold seperatly.

To heck with that. I just put the circuit breakers back into mine, then cut the excess. :p Yeah, my Rangers will never be able to talk again, but they were frankly annoying, and sounded nothing like the actors. That really gets on your nerves when they start blaring upon the slightest contact with the button.

But, I can't complain. I got what I paid for, which was basically some very nice action figure sculpts. That's what really matters to me, anyway.

Now, how do I complete the Phantom Ranger? I understand that, even though I now have all five DT Rangers, I now need to acquire a vehicle to get the legs for him. Does anyone know which vehicle?

That is not Acurate:

Red: Right Arm
Blue: Left Arm
Yellow: Body/Head
Black: Waist/Thighs
White: Wings (located on the back)

That's it. The Triptoid doesn't come with anything. What you are missing is the Lower Leg (calf/foot) region of the "Phantom Ranger". I have all the figures and the Megazord as well as the Cycles and Morphers and there is still no sign of the lower legs. The only thing that I could think of is maybe they are included with the "Dino Controller" thing that connects with most everything from the series so far, but that hasn't been confirmed. Please, if anyone finds them, let us know. neo
