At the outskirts of the city, a wormhole has appeared in the sky, and the situation has put CoastBase in red alert. Inside the operation room, Captain Bates, Commander De Angelo, Hillary, Jessica, and the Neutrons are closely overview the event in cautious.
Jessica: We detected a strong energy field inside the wormhole, and its size is 200% bigger than the previous wormhole we face before.
Hillary: And it keeps getting bigger.
Jessica: Andy, take a look at this.
Andy: The energy field has tendency to going unstable by time. Based on my calculation, it could emit something if it has reached the limit.
Commander De Angelo: Is this normal?
Andy: Not really, but it could be dangerous by any means.
Captain Bates: Commander, deploy Team Swallow to observe the event closely.
Andy: Please allows us to follow them.
Captain Bates: All right. You escort them from behind, and use your power if anything happens.
Edward: You got it. Let's go team!
Later, girls of Team Swallow were the first to depart from CoastBase with their fighter jets, while the Neutrons follow them from behind with their less-equipped observer jet. While heading towards the place, a kind of powder was emitted from the centre of the wormhole to the ground.
Emily: What's that?
Andy: It looks like a kind of metal substance from my computer.
At the ground, the powder were combined together and later formed a human-sized monster named Steelgul, which has rocket launcher on its right hand and machine gun on the left side. The flying teams were surprised to see this.
Elena: A monster?
Commander De Angelo: * it could be dangerous, attack now! *
Emily: *consider it done. * Ready, girls.
Aurora: Ready.
Elena: Ready.
Then Team Swallow launched their air attack, but Steelgul did not move form its position at all. Instead, it begins to target one of the three planes to bring it down.
Emily: Danger, I've been locked as a target!
Aurora: What?!
Then, the monster has launched a rocket towards Emily's plane.
Elena: Avoid it, Emily!
With the plane on the maximum thrust, Emily tries to run away but the missile is getting closer by the time. Soon after, she has being hit at the wing, but still she can control her plane from crashing down. Now, Steelgul wants to find another target, and it has been Elena. But before it can launch the second missile, the Neutrons, complete with their suit, have landed at the nearby area, and send a powerful blast to knock it down.
Delta Red: *Team Swallow, you can return to CoastBase now. We will take care of this thing from here. *
Eclipse Yellow: How dare you to come here and cause havoc on this Earth. Now you will pay for this!
Delta Red: Let's go!
In their run towards the monster, it suddenly blasted a laser to each one of them right on their wrists. Surprisingly, it did not affect them at all, like their suit was absorbing the thing easily. Even they also wonder what happen to themselves.
Diamond Blue: Huh?
Eclipse Yellow: What happen? The laser did not have any effect on us.
Delta Red: I don't know, but we finish this guy first!
Then they take out their Plasma Gun, and send a combined blast. To surprise them again, Steelgul was easily destroyed afterwards, makes them wonder whether they are very strong this time. Afterwards, they are ready to return back to CoastBase.
Suddenly, they heard like someone is moving around the area among the bushes, and Nick somewhat saw the guy's back. He is slowly heading towards the nearby beach, and they quickly trace them from behind. They are surprised to see Mark again, and this time he looks lifeless. Several times he falls down while heading to the sea, a sign that he is totally weak.
Nick quickly unmorphed, and chase his elder while he has stand at the edge of the sea.
Nick: Mark… Mark! Mark!
Mark: Nick… sea is full of mystery… ahhh…

Nick pulls Mark away from the sea, as he thought that his brother wants to commit suicide. He would not let that thing happen, and quickly asks some assistance from his friend to take him to the hospital.
At the place, Mark is laid down unconscious in the ward under the supervision of the Neutrons.
Sarah: I don't think that he is changed. After all, what is he doing at the place? I think he might have a link with that monster.
Edward: If he is just like what you think, then we need to take a look at him closely. He might be dangerous again.

Doctor: The initial assessment shows that Mr. Davies is suffered from a weak body. He rigorously making excessive activities while not supplies himself with enough nutrients.

Later, two policemen came in and were followed by the four other Neutrons. They seem harmless, yet cautious.
Policeman 1: Nicholas Michael Davies, we are ordered to take Mark back to the hospital by the hospital officials.
Edward: We tried to stop them, but they have authority here.
Policeman 1: Mark, please follow us.
Nick: Wait, he is thinking about something… something that might jeopardise our future. We need to give him some time.
Policeman 1: Well, if so, we will lend it to you, but you need to be responsible if anything happens.

Suddenly, not far from there, an extraordinary thing happens. Steelgul begins to reform again, and the Rangers are so shocked as they have defeated the monster before. Everything is in danger, and they need to react quickly.
Andy: What?! I thought we have got rid of that thing!
Sarah: No way it can exist again!
Nick: Both of you, please take Mark away from here.
Policeman 1: OK.
Mark: Nick…
Nick: Just go, don't care about me.
Edward: All right, team. Let's go!
The two policemen take Mark away from the scene, while the Neutrons are heading towards the monster. It scans them, and recognised the five teens as its target. At the meantime, they are ready to transform, and unleashed their Delta, Quattro, Diamond, Eclipse, and Heart Flasher respectively.
Edward: Ready…
The Neutrons: Neutron Squad, TRANSFORM!
However, the unexpected thing happens. Their Flasher emits a little light for a while, then go blank. Shortly a sliver lining covers their morphers, and they are shocked to find out that their both wrists are also being rounded with a kind of silver bracelet.
Edward: Huh?…
Alexis: What happen to us?
Suddenly, together with sparks, their hands were somewhat being forced to be upward, and then a kind of case surrounds them. The case, which shaped like a cross, locates Edward at the centre, Andy on the north, Nick on the east, Sarah on the south, and Alexis on the west. Shortly, a slot with the same shape appears at Steelgul's chest, and they are pulled into it after being shrunk. They are unable to move anywhere, and they are totally shocked with the outcome.
Alexis: I cannot move my feet, my hands!
Andy: It can't be like this!
Edward: This is totally NUTS!
After a while, Team Thunder was deployed by ECO to fight the monster. Instead of three fighter jets- piloted by Oliver, Leon, and Bernard- there are another observer jet piloted by Commander De Angelo to observe the situation, as well as to provide support for the ace pilots.
Commander De Angelo: * CoastBase, have you managed to contact Neutron Squad? We are in a big trouble here. *
Jessica: * we did not manage to contact them, and are still trying right now. *
Captain Bates: * Commander, you take care of this problem first while waiting for the Rangers to come. *
Oliver: Commander, enemy is on sight.
Commander De Angelo: * Understood, Captain. * Oliver, command your team to attack now!
Oliver: Ok boys, ready to attack!
Bernard: Wait, take a look there!
They are shocked to find out that the Neutrons are locked at the centre of Steelgul, and now they are torn in two whether they want to attack or not.
Leon: Neutron Squad… what shall we do?
Commander De Angelo: Team Thunder, abandon the order now!
Oliver: Roger.
Then the three fighter jets flown away from the area, while the observer jet was monitoring the monster from far. They cannot afford to attack at any costs.
At CoastBase meanwhile, the grimaces are not very different. They are very stunned that the Neutrons have being captured by their enemy for the first time.
Hillary: What?!
Jessica: Andy…
Captain Bates: (So this is one of F.O.D weapons to destroy the Rangers)
Commander De Angelo: * what should we do. Captain? *
Captain Bates: Just observe the monster, we cannot afford to gamble their lives whatsoever.
Mark somehow, can feel that his brother as well as the other Neutrons is in trouble, and decided to left the two policemen that escorted him out from the area.
Mark: Nick… Nick is in trouble.
Policeman 1: Hey, wait!…
Policeman 2: What happen? Is this the end of the world?
Shortly, clear blue sky turns dark, and a wormhole appears. Everyone is in a high tension, as every second now is absolutely critical. With the Rangers struggle to escape, mistake is not an option.
Jessica: A wormhole has appeared, and it has similar characteristic to the last one we encountered.
Captain Bates: (So my anticipation is right. Miracle, please help the Rangers.)
The Rangers are still struggled to move in the slot, with their hands and legs being locked.
Nick: My hands are stuck… I can't move an inch.
Sarah: If only there is somebody to help us…
The Mark encounters Steelgul one on one, and noticed that the Neutrons are inside the slot at the centre of the monster. Nick did saw his brother is facing the monster, and surprised by his presence here.

However, Steelgul did not recognise him as one of its target, and dislikes someone to interfere in its business. It pointed its missile launcher towards Mark, and blasted a rocket towards him. He was thrown away by the explosion, and knocked unconscious. The Neutrons are so shocked to watch such an outcome because Mark did not attack at all.
Nick: Mark!
Edward: It cannot do this to him! He did nothing!
Then Steelgul folded its arms inside its body, and spread out its rocket thrusters in the position of the hands. Soon after, it launches itself to the sky, heading towards the wormhole. Team Thunder and Commander De Angelo- who observe the situation- can only watch it in anxious.
Oliver: Commander, let me attack that thing…
Commander De Angelo: Wait, if we do it, it could endanger their lives. We cannot afford such a risk.
Oliver: But do we have another alternatives?
Even at CoastBase, everyone is in a high tension at facing a risk of losing the teens and possibly, Neutron Rangers forever.
Captain Bates: It wants to take them away.
Hillary: Can we do anything to stop that thing?
Captain Bates: Unfortunately, no. We can only hope miracles to happen.
Jessica: Andy…
At the ground meanwhile, Mark is laying down motionless, but managed to speak despite with a very slow voice. Somehow, Nick heard the words uttered by his elder.
Mark: Nick…
Nick: Mark… MARK!
Then, mark had a kind of dream, where everybody he knows is calling his name.
Nick: Mark…
The Neutrons: Mark…
Uncle Jeffrey: Mark…
His Late Parents: Mark…
Shortly, he heard the words uttered by Nick before, and watch all people he used to save during his Ace Ranger days.

Mark: God, I never being faithful to you for all this years… but this time I beg you… GIVE ME THE POWER!
Suddenly, an extraordinary thing happens. Everything stops- from ocean waves to the wind- and time has being frozen. In wonders, he stands on his feet, and saw a great ocean wave came towards him. Then with a blue light flashes out from it- the same one he saw during he first found the Ace Ranger power- and Mark knows his prayer has being granted.
Mark: ACE! Return back to me, I want to fight!
Then, with his right hand pushed to the light, the great wave crashes over him. Later, underneath the ocean, there is another level of ocean, and was blasted by several consecutive explosions, causing it to split into two (a kind of Moses tricks to be exact). Shortly, in the dry lane, a blue light flashes, and Mark has transformed into the new Ace Ranger V2. With a newfound power, he stands back on his feet and blasted himself to the air from the sea.
Meanwhile on the real world, everybody can only hope a miracle happen to save Neutron Rangers from the clutches of Steelgul. For the Rangers themselves, it is just like the end of the world for them, as nothing could save them from this monster.
Then, a blue light blasted out from the ocean, and heading upward to the sky. Everyone looks so surprised with its presence, as it looks so familiar before. Even the Rangers are having the same feeling too.
Oliver: Is that…
Captain Bates: Huh?
Andy: What was that?
Nick: It can't be…
As it getting closer to Steelgul, it begins to interrupt its flight by moving around, and the monster had to change its direction several times. Later, it hits the monster in particular moments, and thus sending it down to the ground. After it crashes, the light follows down too, and landed not far from it. After the dusts were cleared, everybody is surprised to see the Ace Ranger has returned as Ace Ranger V2, and ready to fight.
Captain Bates: Ace Ranger.
Alexis: He has returned? But he looks different.
Nick: (Whatever, but you are our only hope, Mark. I believe in you.)
Ace Ranger begins to attack and his aim is the case at the centre, as it is the source of strength of the monster. That action almost causes a scare for the Neutrons, but somehow he instantly remembers they are also in the place, and nearly stops his punch close to that point. He retreats, and it very surprises them as it is very different from his true nature of relentless attacking.
Andy: huh, that was pretty damn close.
Looking on the situation, Steelgul begins to re-launch itself to the sky, and it they cannot afford to go up again. Ace Ranger quickly realise this, and sends a chopping kick upward with his right foot, powerful enough to break down one of the two rocket thrusters. It sends the monster back down on the ground, but still it managed to stand up.
Then Ace Ranger appears his Spark Baton and formed Spark Sword by pulling out the laser blade out from the top with his left hand. Simultaneously, all Neutrons closed down their eyes, and in a flash, he cuts the slot in a fencing move. With the Neutrons at the tip of his sword, he pulls them out, and landed them on the ground. They open back their eyes as they landed, and saw Ace Ranger nods his head toward them. Then, he disappears back his weapon, and ready to face the monster.
Just in time, the case turns back into the normal size, and at the same time, Commander De Angelo and his assistant arrived at the battle scene. They helped the Neutrons to escape by breaking the case.
Commander De Angelo: Are you all right?
Edward: We are just fine.
As soon as they managed to get out from the thing, Nick quickly runs to the battle area, and was followed by the others from behind. Meanwhile, Ace Ranger is ready to fight the beast but his confidence was shaken a little bit, when Steelgul unfolded its fully equipped hands. But determined to fight, he totally focuses on his enemy, and had no intention to retreat.
Then it blasted a lot of shoots, and Ace Ranger had nothing to cover himself from such an attack. Instead, he only let every single blast hits his suit, and somehow, he has lost on the smoke and dusts. The watching group is very concerned, and they want to help him.
Sarah: We need to help him.
Andy: But we can't. Our Flashers are still being covered by that silver plate. Can't you see our wrists too?
Realise that they are unable to transform, they can only watch the battle from far. They are very doubtful whether Ace Ranger can hold Steelgul's challenge well.
It was all answered when all the dusts were cleared, as he still standing firmly at where he is, with no signs of detriment from the attack. Then he waves his fingers back and forth, asking for more challenge from the beast. It was so pissed by that gesture, and determined to teach him a lesson.
Afterwards, Ace Ranger begins his move. He made several handwaves, which started by he puts his both hands at the centre of his shield. Then he pushes his right hand upward, and a blue light appears. Soon, he compressed that lights with both hands, creating Liquidator ball (a kind of energy ball which looks like a water ball due to its blue colouring). As he is about to blast it, Steelgul begins to attack.
However, even before the first ammo hits Ace Ranger's body, he has blasted his Liquidator. It not only penetrates the monster, but also destroys all ammo too. Shortly, he turns back and walks away from the scene. The Neutrons are wondered whether that move is wrong, as the monster could fight him from back.
However, Steelgul has been crushed in a following blast afterwards, and they are glad to see things has return back to normal, with dark sky turns blue again, and no wormhole appears. Meanwhile afterwards, the two policemen came in, and ask whether they know where is Mark now.
Policeman 1: Excuse me, do you know where Mr. Mark Stefan Davies now?
Nick:…
Sarah: He has just run away from here, we also tried to catch him but he is just to slick for us.
Alexis: Yeah, he is very, very slick.
Policeman 1: If then, we had to go first. Please inform us if you find him.
After those policemen leave, they cannot hide their joy over the victory. But most important of all, it also marked the return of Ace Ranger, as Ace Ranger V2.
Nick: Now I've told you he has changed.
Edward: Yeah, it's our fault not to believe you.
Commander De Angelo: Whatever, we should return to CoastBase now.
Sarah: But hey, where is he now?
After the battle, Ace Ranger has walked to the beach alone, and standing in there for a while like having a feel of his new power. Shortly, he unmorphed into Mark, and he looks to the deep blue ocean like it has gives him a new life.
Later, Meteor observer jet piloted by Commander De Angelo lifts up from the nearby area, and ready to depart for CoastBase.
Captain Bates: * Rangers, return back to the base quickly.*
Edward: * err… Ok*
Commander De Angelo: Order understood. Let's go.
Nick noticed that the silver bracelets have gone away, as well as the silver plate from their Flashers. The others also smile over the circumstances, and they are so lucky this time. Meanwhile, the Rangers also founds Mark is standing at the edge of the sea, and simply they cannot thank him enough.
Nick: (Mark, save the Earth)
Mark somewhat can hear that words, and shows off his new Acelerator with a soft smile on his face. They also show their respect by displaying their Flashers, and soon after, they blasted off the place. Now he has returned, better and stronger, and he will save Earth together with human that he used to hate, as now he realise that he is also one of them. Everyone deserves the second chance.

Nick leaves his friends behind and approaches Mark. He is watching the blue ocean deeply, while his mind is thinking about something. But he also noticed that his younger brother is besides him after a while.
Mark: … you have saved my life, thank you.
Nick: You have a problem, why don't you share it with me?
Mark: …
Nick: I'm willing to listen.
Mark: … it's about humanity.
Nick: Humanity?
Mark: For all this years, I thought that humans have lost their morale values. Wars, pollution, prejudice, all created by humans, and they forget to protect Earth that has become home for a very long time. They have managed to create a nuclear bomb, and that will destroy earth sooner than later. Then when I received Ace power, I want to teach them a lesson as well as to revenge for our parents, but I was failed. When I failed, then I also realise that I also a human like them, like you, like any other.
Nick: Your experience has no fault, you have seen the worst part of human that I have never seen before. But you never seen the good part yet, and you will find them eventually.
Mark: I just want to save Earth, but did not realise that humans are also a part of it. Now if only I can make up my own mistake…
Nick: So that's why you're here?
Mark: I just want to find back the power of Ace, but it seems like it would not return to me anymore… it is a fact that I have to accept. If you were in the same situation as me, would you protect Earth at the expense of humanity?
Nick: Yes, I would do the same thing too…
Mark: You're liar! You would save earth, without costing human lives!
Nick: No, you are wrong. You just wants to find the truth, but did not realise that is was way too far from you. But in true meaning, you are a warrior too.
Mark:…
Nick: Yes, despite you are so agitate that time, you have saved many lives. You are so special among them; gifted to help humanity reaches its value back. I believe that everyone deserved second chance. If I can give you one, then you can give the same opportunity for humans to change.
Later, two policemen came in and were followed by the four other Neutrons. They seem harmless, yet cautious.
Policeman 1: Nicholas Michael Davies, we are ordered to take Mark back to the hospital by the hospital officials.
Edward: We tried to stop them, but they have authority here.
Policeman 1: Mark, please follow us.
Nick: Wait, he is thinking about something… something that might jeopardise our future. We need to give him some time.
Policeman 1: Well, if so, we will lend it to you, but you need to be responsible if anything happens.
Nick: Thank you.
Suddenly, not far from there, an extraordinary thing happens. Steelgul begins to reform again, and the Rangers are so shocked as they have defeated the monster before. Everything is in danger, and they need to react quickly.
Andy: What?! I thought we have got rid of that thing!
Sarah: No way it can exist again!
Nick: Both of you, please take Mark away from here.
Policeman 1: OK.
Mark: Nick…
Nick: Just go, don't care about me.
Edward: All right, team. Let's go!
The two policemen take Mark away from the scene, while the Neutrons are heading towards the monster. It scans them, and recognised the five teens as its target. At the meantime, they are ready to transform, and unleashed their Delta, Quattro, Diamond, Eclipse, and Heart Flasher respectively.
Edward: Ready…
The Neutrons: Neutron Squad, TRANSFORM!
However, the unexpected thing happens. Their Flasher emits a little light for a while, then go blank. Shortly a sliver lining covers their morphers, and they are shocked to find out that their both wrists are also being rounded with a kind of silver bracelet.
Edward: Huh?…
Alexis: What happen to us?
Suddenly, together with sparks, their hands were somewhat being forced to be upward, and then a kind of case surrounds them. The case, which shaped like a cross, locates Edward at the centre, Andy on the north, Nick on the east, Sarah on the south, and Alexis on the west. Shortly, a slot with the same shape appears at Steelgul's chest, and they are pulled into it after being shrunk. They are unable to move anywhere, and they are totally shocked with the outcome.
Alexis: I cannot move my feet, my hands!
Andy: It can't be like this!
Edward: This is totally NUTS!
After a while, Team Thunder was deployed by ECO to fight the monster. Instead of three fighter jets- piloted by Oliver, Leon, and Bernard- there are another observer jet piloted by Commander De Angelo to observe the situation, as well as to provide support for the ace pilots.
Commander De Angelo: * CoastBase, have you managed to contact Neutron Squad? We are in a big trouble here. *
Jessica: * we did not manage to contact them, and are still trying right now. *
Captain Bates: * Commander, you take care of this problem first while waiting for the Rangers to come. *
Oliver: Commander, enemy is on sight.
Commander De Angelo: * Understood, Captain. * Oliver, command your team to attack now!
Oliver: Ok boys, ready to attack!
Bernard: Wait, take a look there!
They are shocked to find out that the Neutrons are locked at the centre of Steelgul, and now they are torn in two whether they want to attack or not.
Leon: Neutron Squad… what shall we do?
Commander De Angelo: Team Thunder, abandon the order now!
Oliver: Roger.
Then the three fighter jets flown away from the area, while the observer jet was monitoring the monster from far. They cannot afford to attack at any costs.
At CoastBase meanwhile, the grimaces are not very different. They are very stunned that the Neutrons have being captured by their enemy for the first time.
Hillary: What?!
Jessica: Andy…
Captain Bates: (So this is one of F.O.D weapons to destroy the Rangers)
Commander De Angelo: * what should we do. Captain? *
Captain Bates: Just observe the monster, we cannot afford to gamble their lives whatsoever.
Mark somehow, can feel that his brother as well as the other Neutrons is in trouble, and decided to left the two policemen that escorted him out from the area.
Mark: Nick… Nick is in trouble.
Policeman 1: Hey, wait!…
Policeman 2: What happen? Is this the end of the world?
Shortly, clear blue sky turns dark, and a wormhole appears. Everyone is in a high tension, as every second now is absolutely critical. With the Rangers struggle to escape, mistake is not an option.
Jessica: A wormhole has appeared, and it has similar characteristic to the last one we encountered.
Captain Bates: (So my anticipation is right. Miracle, please help the Rangers.)
The Rangers are still struggled to move in the slot, with their hands and legs being locked.
Nick: My hands are stuck… I can't move an inch.
Sarah: If only there is somebody to help us…
The Mark encounters Steelgul one on one, and noticed that the Neutrons are inside the slot at the centre of the monster. Nick did saw his brother is facing the monster, and surprised by his presence here.
Nick: What are you doing here, Mark?
Mark: Nick…
However, Steelgul did not recognise him as one of its target, and dislikes someone to interfere in its business. It pointed its missile launcher towards Mark, and blasted a rocket towards him. He was thrown away by the explosion, and knocked unconscious. The Neutrons are so shocked to watch such an outcome because Mark did not attack at all.
Nick: Mark!
Edward: It cannot do this to him! He did nothing!
Then Steelgul folded its arms inside its body, and spread out its rocket thrusters in the position of the hands. Soon after, it launches itself to the sky, heading towards the wormhole. Team Thunder and Commander De Angelo- who observe the situation- can only watch it in anxious.
Oliver: Commander, let me attack that thing…
Commander De Angelo: Wait, if we do it, it could endanger their lives. We cannot afford such a risk.
Oliver: But do we have another alternatives?
Even at CoastBase, everyone is in a high tension at facing a risk of losing the teens and possibly, Neutron Rangers forever.
Captain Bates: It wants to take them away.
Hillary: Can we do anything to stop that thing?
Captain Bates: Unfortunately, no. We can only hope miracles to happen.
Jessica: Andy…
At the ground meanwhile, Mark is laying down motionless, but managed to speak despite with a very slow voice. Somehow, Nick heard the words uttered by his elder.
Mark: Nick…
Nick: Mark… MARK!
Then, mark had a kind of dream, where everybody he knows is calling his name.
Nick: Mark…
The Neutrons: Mark…
Uncle Jeffrey: Mark…
His Late Parents: Mark…
Shortly, he heard the words uttered by Nick before, and watch all people he used to save during his Ace Ranger days.
Nick: (You are a warrior too. Despite you are so agitate that time, you have saved many lives. You are so special among them; gifted to help humanity reaches its value back. I believe that everyone deserved second chance. If I can give you one, then you can give the same opportunity for humans to change.)
Then, Mark begins to open his eyes, and determined to save them at whatever costs, as he knows that Neutron Squad is Earth's last hope.
Mark: I need to save Earth…
Despite his body is totally weak, he forced himself to stand. Later, with standing on his knees, with his hands touching the ground, he makes a serious request.
Mark: God, I never being faithful to you for all this years… but this time I beg you… GIVE ME THE POWER!
Suddenly, an extraordinary thing happens. Everything stops- from ocean waves to the wind- and time has being frozen. In wonders, he stands on his feet, and saw a great ocean wave came towards him. Then with a blue light flashes out from it- the same one he saw during he first found the Ace Ranger power- and Mark knows his prayer has being granted.
Mark: ACE! Return back to me, I want to fight!
Then, with his right hand pushed to the light, the great wave crashes over him. Later, underneath the ocean, there is another level of ocean, and was blasted by several consecutive explosions, causing it to split into two (a kind of Moses tricks to be exact). Shortly, in the dry lane, a blue light flashes, and Mark has transformed into the new Ace Ranger V2. With a newfound power, he stands back on his feet and blasted himself to the air from the sea.
Meanwhile on the real world, everybody can only hope a miracle happen to save Neutron Rangers from the clutches of Steelgul. For the Rangers themselves, it is just like the end of the world for them, as nothing could save them from this monster.
Then, a blue light blasted out from the ocean, and heading upward to the sky. Everyone looks so surprised with its presence, as it looks so familiar before. Even the Rangers are having the same feeling too.
Oliver: Is that…
Captain Bates: Huh?
Andy: What was that?
Nick: It can't be…
As it getting closer to Steelgul, it begins to interrupt its flight by moving around, and the monster had to change its direction several times. Later, it hits the monster in particular moments, and thus sending it down to the ground. After it crashes, the light follows down too, and landed not far from it. After the dusts were cleared, everybody is surprised to see the Ace Ranger has returned as Ace Ranger V2, and ready to fight.
Captain Bates: Ace Ranger.
Alexis: He has returned? But he looks different.
Nick: (Whatever, but you are our only hope, Mark. I believe in you.)
Ace Ranger begins to attack and his aim is the case at the centre, as it is the source of strength of the monster. That action almost causes a scare for the Neutrons, but somehow he instantly remembers they are also in the place, and nearly stops his punch close to that point. He retreats, and it very surprises them as it is very different from his true nature of relentless attacking.
Andy: huh, that was pretty damn close.
Looking on the situation, Steelgul begins to re-launch itself to the sky, and it they cannot afford to go up again. Ace Ranger quickly realise this, and sends a chopping kick upward with his right foot, powerful enough to break down one of the two rocket thrusters. It sends the monster back down on the ground, but still it managed to stand up.
Then Ace Ranger appears his Spark Baton and formed Spark Sword by pulling out the laser blade out from the top with his left hand. Simultaneously, all Neutrons closed down their eyes, and in a flash, he cuts the slot in a fencing move. With the Neutrons at the tip of his sword, he pulls them out, and landed them on the ground. They open back their eyes as they landed, and saw Ace Ranger nods his head toward them. Then, he disappears back his weapon, and ready to face the monster.
Just in time, the case turns back into the normal size, and at the same time, Commander De Angelo and his assistant arrived at the battle scene. They helped the Neutrons to escape by breaking the case.
Commander De Angelo: Are you all right?
Edward: We are just fine.
As soon as they managed to get out from the thing, Nick quickly runs to the battle area, and was followed by the others from behind. Meanwhile, Ace Ranger is ready to fight the beast but his confidence was shaken a little bit, when Steelgul unfolded its fully equipped hands. But determined to fight, he totally focuses on his enemy, and had no intention to retreat.
Then it blasted a lot of shoots, and Ace Ranger had nothing to cover himself from such an attack. Instead, he only let every single blast hits his suit, and somehow, he has lost on the smoke and dusts. The watching group is very concerned, and they want to help him.
Sarah: We need to help him.
Andy: But we can't. Our Flashers are still being covered by that silver plate. Can't you see our wrists too?
Realise that they are unable to transform, they can only watch the battle from far. They are very doubtful whether Ace Ranger can hold Steelgul's challenge well.
It was all answered when all the dusts were cleared, as he still standing firmly at where he is, with no signs of detriment from the attack. Then he waves his fingers back and forth, asking for more challenge from the beast. It was so pissed by that gesture, and determined to teach him a lesson.
Afterwards, Ace Ranger begins his move. He made several handwaves, which started by he puts his both hands at the centre of his shield. Then he pushes his right hand upward, and a blue light appears. Soon, he compressed that lights with both hands, creating Liquidator ball (a kind of energy ball which looks like a water ball due to its blue colouring). As he is about to blast it, Steelgul begins to attack.
However, even before the first ammo hits Ace Ranger's body, he has blasted his Liquidator. It not only penetrates the monster, but also destroys all ammo too. Shortly, he turns back and walks away from the scene. The Neutrons are wondered whether that move is wrong, as the monster could fight him from back.
However, Steelgul has been crushed in a following blast afterwards, and they are glad to see things has return back to normal, with dark sky turns blue again, and no wormhole appears. Meanwhile afterwards, the two policemen came in, and ask whether they know where is Mark now.
Policeman 1: Excuse me, do you know where Mr. Mark Stefan Davies now?
Nick:…
Sarah: He has just run away from here, we also tried to catch him but he is just to slick for us.
Alexis: Yeah, he is very, very slick.
Policeman 1: If then, we had to go first. Please inform us if you find him.
After those policemen leave, they cannot hide their joy over the victory. But most important of all, it also marked the return of Ace Ranger, as Ace Ranger V2.
Nick: Now I've told you he has changed.
Edward: Yeah, it's our fault not to believe you.
Commander De Angelo: Whatever, we should return to CoastBase now.
Sarah: But hey, where is he now?
After the battle, Ace Ranger has walked to the beach alone, and standing in there for a while like having a feel of his new power. Shortly, he unmorphed into Mark, and he looks to the deep blue ocean like it has gives him a new life.
Later, Meteor observer jet piloted by Commander De Angelo lifts up from the nearby area, and ready to depart for CoastBase.
Captain Bates: * Rangers, return back to the base quickly.*
Edward: * err… Ok*
Commander De Angelo: Order understood. Let's go.
Nick noticed that the silver bracelets have gone away, as well as the silver plate from their Flashers. The others also smile over the circumstances, and they are so lucky this time. Meanwhile, the Rangers also founds Mark is standing at the edge of the sea, and simply they cannot thank him enough.
Nick: (Mark, save the Earth)
Mark somewhat can hear that words, and shows off his new Acelerator with a soft smile on his face. They also show their respect by displaying their Flashers, and soon after, they blasted off the place. Now he has returned, better and stronger, and he will save Earth together with human that he used to hate, as now he realise that he is also one of them. Everyone deserves the second chance.

Sneak Peak: Sarah received many mysterious mails lately from an unknown sender, thought that it is just for fun. But she realised that someone admires her so much, and determined to find who he is. Meanwhile, Andy is not agree with Dr. Sun's decision to test animals inside the lab, as he is an animal lover and would not let anything to harm wild life.
