After receiving an information about a monster around the lake garden of Star City, the Neutrons quickly get moved to the place with their SUV. As soon as they arrived there in a dark night, they cautiously looking around, as they know monsters are good at ambushing their enemies.
Suddenly the monster ambushes Nick- who walks at the rear end of the group-, and the others quickly reacted by punching it back and help their friend to recover. Then the five teens; Edward, Andy, Nick, Sarah, and Alexis, transform into Neutron Rangers, and immediately launched their strike toward the monster, which called Speedy Creepy (a Taz-mania look-alike monster). However as it name suggests, it was too fast for their Plasma Gun and quickly counters back all attacks with a lightning slash.
Totally blown out by the attack, they recover back and formed Plasma Rifle to take down the speedy-yet-rampaging beast. Again, the attack backfires towards them, as Speedy Creepy cleverly spins itself to reflect the shoot. They were thrown away by it, and the monster quickly escapes from the area heading to the unknown.
About a minute later, they start to recover back with a weak body but thankfully, Andy has thrown a bug that allows them to detect where Speedy Creepy goes. He takes out his PDA, and they can see where the monster is heading. Edward requested a permission from Captain Bates to chase the monster, and their mentor immediately granted it as Speedy Creepy is simply too dangerous. He reminds them to be careful in the night, and people at ECO are ready to assist them. Without wasting any time, they unmorphed and board the SUV. With Edward driving the vehicle, they follow the trace of the monster, and hope that they can destroy it before the dawn.
Meanwhile in LA, Alex and Trent are practising some martial arts skills, as they know that enemies are getting better and better by the day. They enjoy the training well as they also improve their awareness, anticipation, power, and overall strength. As the duo training, the other three Samurai Shinjuku Rangers- Matt, Brandon, and Claire- as well as Cody, the Samurai Shinjuku Ranger, are prepared to sleep.
However, the calm wind outside suddenly turns into storm, and they look surprised, as the weather forecast did not predict any storm in the night. Thankfully, it only happens in just a few seconds but they felt so suspicious this time. Claire wonders what is happening but according to Alex, he can feel something bad will occur.
Next morning, the Samurai Shinjuku Rangers are awaken by a bang around the Beverly Hills, and immediately moved towards the area of destruction. They are very shocked to find out that Speedy Creepy is rampaging around, and quickly morphed into their Ranger form. Cody starts the attack by trying to slash the monster but it seems useless, as the monster quickly moves around him and counters back with a fierce spinning tackle. It throws him away, and the rest of Shinjuku Rangers start to attack with their Samurai Sword.
However, fighting a rapid-moving monster is just like roller-blading on ice- tricky and full of danger. They are caught in madness when fighting, and almost getting blurred by the monster's moves. The opportunity was quickly pounced by Speedy Creepy by spinning itself fiercely around them, and crashes each one of them hardly.
Finally after a long journey, the Neutron Rangers arrived at Beverly Hills and the teens are totally blown away by the sight of big houses around, which is somewhat similar to their current home of Surfers Hill, which belongs to Captain Bates. As watching the teens around in riches- sports car, designer labels, lots of money in the pockets- the Neutrons can only dreamed they have such a luxury right now.
But task of tracing Speedy Creepy is far more ahead of that, as Andy's PDA detects the monster somewhere two kilometres from their current location. Without wasting any time, Edward accelerates their SUV to the designated area, and within a minute, they finally arrived at the place, which has been badly destructed, and parked their vehicle at the nearby road boarder.
They are very surprised to find out that there is another Ranger team, Samurai Shinjuku Rangers, in action to fight Speedy Creepy. They never know about their existence before, let alone searching for them. But from what they have seen now, their LA counterparts are also struggling to fight the monster just like they did, and Edward knows they had to jump into the ship.
Together in a dash, they then jumped from the top of the stairs of the park, transform into Neutron Rangers, and landed in front of the struggling Samurai Shinjuku Rangers to cover them. Speedy Creepy is so shocked to find them here, and Edward warned it not to step forward, or else. Alex and his friends are surprised with the Neutron presence, when at the meantime their counterparts start to attack the beast with their Neutron Sabre.
Fighting the monster was as tricky as ever, and within minutes they begin to struggle in keeping up with their enemy. This was fully used by Speedy Creepy to blast the with a fierce tornado assault, and the Neutrons are completely blown out by the swift wind, which throws them away together with Samurai Shinjuku Rangers.
In fact, this causes a "small" hurricane around the area, and both teams are struggling to recover themselves from the knock. Speedy Creepy finally stops spinning, but with the wind continues to storms wildly, it slowly moves towards them and prepares to finish them with laser blast generated from its eyes.
Suddenly, it was blasted with multiple laser shoots from behind, and everyone there was surprised to find another three Ranger teams- Omega Rangers, Fire Storm Rangers, and Strike Force Rangers- came into rescue. Matt looks less than impressed to see Speedy Creepy again, and vowed to demolish it after what it have done in Eli Falls. Maybe because afraid of them, the monster decided to withdrawn itself from the battle, and blasted away with a blistering speed.
Then the three Ranger teams get their two other counterparts, and they seems surprised to find out actually there are more Ranger teams than they ever thought. Marisa from Strike Force Rangers wants to chase the beast but Andy said that he has attached a trekking device to the monster, so there are nothing to worry about. After knowing each other, Alex invites them to Shinjuku castle, where later, they had discussion about how to capture Speedy Creepy.
The discussion between Edward, Alex, Adrian, Matt, and Spike has leave their other friends to know each other, and within hours they have been a kind of friends, despite they did not know each other before. Girls in particular are very interested in Nick as his boyish charm attracts them, and he handles all of them very well. This cause some male Rangers to be envy with him, but they know that he cannot be serious with all of them. Even James Bond never being so serious with every girl he meets, according to Kyle.
After half an hour, a decision has been reached, and they will track Speedy Creepy in a small five-person group. For the purpose, Andy and Johnny will prepare several tracking devices together, using their vast experience in designing gadgets for respective teams. Without wasting any time, the brainy duo starts their work while the rest splits into their respective teams to choose their member for the group.
After minutes, they have picked their man for the group. Edward will lead the team, followed by Jonathon, Hercules, Cody, and Marisa. They quickly plan their journey based on the information they received from Andy's PDA, which stated that the monster is hiding somewhere at the outside of the city. At the meantime, Speedy Creepy has arrived at a cave, and it thinks that it could be a suitable place to hide itself before rampaging again.
Andy and Johnny finally completed all the required devices after a two strenuous hours, and the group is ready to embark their mission. Before going out of Shinjuku Castle, Adrian hugs his brother Jonathon, and wishes him well in the mission. The scene instantly reminds Nick to his elder, Mark. If only Mark was here, he thinks, but now since he was dead, he had no one in the world instead of Uncle Jeffrey. But if he is still alive right now, there is no way he can be here, considering his stand towards human, Nick thinks further. Things that gone will never returns, and he had to accept the fact that Mark has gone forever.
After Johnny and Andy instructs them about the use of the device, the five teens moved towards the designated area with the SUV driven by Edward, and in half an hour, they finally arrived at the place- a kind of hillside area outside LA. Hercules spotted a cave nearby, and according to the tracker the cave can lead them to the monster. They decided to start their search here, while the rest who monitors them from Shinjuku Castle reminds them to be careful along the way.
While monitoring with a cup of coffee, Adrian explains to Brand how Fire Storm, Omega, and Strike Force can join forces together before coming to LA. Like the brief Neutron- Samurai Shinjuku partnership, they meet each other more or less by luck. Speedy Creepy starts to emerge from Eli Falls, the place of Omega, then it goes to Crystal Lake of Fire Storm, and then to Strike Force's hometown. Afterwards, they chase it to Star City, only to find out that the monster has left for LA.
The brainy duo of Andy and Johnny test their mind against each other in a chess match, and the latter was beaten only by a narrow margin. The match attracts so many Rangers around and Johnny almost cannot believe he has been beaten for the first time, as no body can match him before. Hakim jokes his friend by saying that he is not clever enough like his team thought, just to keep a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Alexis on the other side of the place, looks gloomy and Jill instantly noticed this. When asked her problem, the former looks so shy to express it but however, she eventually revealed that she has feelings towards one of her own team members. Declined to name the guy, she is so desperate that he seems ignoring her each time around.
Jill knows it is quite hard, but she advised Alexis not to give up trying. At least, he will realise how love she is towards him. She also tells her that never gets this feeling over her; otherwise she will be so depressed.
After a long journey in the cave, the teens still did not get anything, and begin to tired. They decided to take a break, while Jonathon checks all equipment before continuing their mission.
However, while drinking water they heard a strange sound deep inside the cave, and start to packing up all things. Half an hour after continuing their walk, they finally arrived at a chamber, and take a look around. It seems like nothing inside it, but they still remain cautious for any ambush.
After a while, they conclude that Speedy Creepy was not available here, and saw another tunnel at the opposite direction of the previous one. Thinking that the monster might be heading that way, they enter the cave hoping that their quest will be end soon.
However, a few steps after Cody- the last man- enters the tunnel, Speedy Creepy suddenly emerged from the back, and hold the entrance route from falling down. It surprises them, and Edward warned it not to mess with them. However, it indicates that if they shoot, let alone approaching, the entrance will fall down, and they will trap in the cave with no escape route, as the tunnel is actually a dead end.
Now they are spoiled for choices. They cannot afford any mistake now, but at the same time they had to gamble if they want to take on the monster. The monitoring team is also surprised that they are not fighting the monster, despite it is right in front of them.
Jonathon decided to take the risk, and shoots Speedy Creepy wildly with his Storm Blaster. The attempt bears nothing, as the monster manages to avoid every single blast, and escapes from holding the entrance. Rocks started to fall down, and they had to run, as it is their only hope to breakout from the disaster.
However, none of them managed to exit, and have trapped inside the cave. The monitoring team also has lost contact with them, causing everyone in anxious about their friends' condition. Speedy Creepy meanwhile, storms away from the place as its plan to trap the Rangers has succeed, and now it can launch another strike to the weakened teams. Inside the trapped cave, it seems like no one is survived, only dusts flying around the sealed area.

That was great, I love how my Shinjuku Samurai's were the first to be mentioned. By the way Cody is known as the Shinjuku Shogun Ranger.
