Ninja Storm Virtual Reality headset

Did anyone get that Virtual Reality headset for Ninja Storm? I wanted to know what it was like. I saw it on Ebay a few times long ago.

I saw it (and those sound-making gloves) at Dollar General of all places for $15. I was tempted to pick it up, but I'm not into buying any of the toys. :|
