In the middle of the city, a new artefact enters the museum of the city under heavy security. The thing, which is a silver statue of an eagle, is expected to be the main attraction to the museum. Sarah, who is a fan of history, did not miss the chances to see the thing up close for the first time. According to the museum supervisor, the object was originated a thousand years ago, and said to have a special power. Sarah takes a close look, and takes a few photographs later on.
Next morning, she displays all pictures to everyone at CoastBase, which receives so many praised from them. Alexis cannot understand why her friend really loves this kind of thing, as for her books are much more entertaining than that. Jessica also thinks the same, and the young Japanese girl can only smile about that.
Suddenly radar detects a monster heading towards the city, and the Neutrons were quickly being sent into action. Riding X-ARM bikes respectively, they quickly send a few laser blasts as soon as they meet the flame-flying monster called Burning Phoenix.
It hurts it a bit, but did not weaken it at all. Instead it waves its wings back and forth; blasting a couple fireballs that is enough to knocks all the Rangers down.
They are not giving up yet, by blasting many laser shoots from their Neon Buster but with no effect. To be fair, Burning Phoenix seems too superior for them but however, it chooses not to fight back and instead, disappears from the scene. The Neutrons wonders where it has gone, but at the meantime they also felt relieve as there are no massive destruction caused by the battle.
Sarah however, felt curious with the attack, and as they returned to the base she asked Jessica to trace where the monster was originated. Soon after, she gets the result and it was a shock- Burning Phoenix came from the same place as the silver eagle statue she saw at the museum. She decided to take a break then at the café, and the others decided to accompany her as well.
At the café, she unveiled her conclusion, and Andy asked her whether she is sure about it. Of course she is sure, as historically if anyone steals our belongings, we will do anything to get it back. In this case, Burning Phoenix just tries to get back the statue, as it has been "stolen" from it by the archaeologist. She needs their help to return back the relic, but Edward is not quite sure whether they can convinced the museum management about that. Sarah said that she could convince them, and reveals her master plan to them.
In the midnight, Sarah and Andy go to the museum, and moves quietly around the place. After finding the right place to break into the place, Andy starts to hack the security system and when he succeed, they quickly enters the place quietly, without being detected by the guards. After crunching moments, the duo suddenly managed to take away the eagle statue, quickly returned to their home of Surfers Hill with their three other friends who already waiting inside the SUV not far from the area.
Next morning, the city was banged with the news that the statue has been stolen, and the museum management has ordered police to search all over the city for the artefact. While inside CoastBase, the Neutrons just keep it quiet and did not shown any interest of the story. This makes Captain Bates a bit curious particularly towards Sarah, who usually has a great interest in such a thing.
His thought was right, when a group of policemen together with the supervisor of the museum came into the operation room, issuing a warrant arrest the Neutrons. He was shocked, but the truth is several witnesses have caught them near the museum last night. They denied it, but with the discovery of the statue hidden inside Sarah's locker has proved everything. Captain Bates felt very disappointed with them as they display a bad image for ECO. Particularly with their support teams also inside the room.
But Sarah insisted that they did not make it for something bad, instead she explains that she wants to return the object to the right one and in this case, it is Burning Phoenix. The supervisor said that the monster is just a monster and it did not know how to appreciate things like that.
But Sarah replies back; if it is true, then why it comes here and rampaging all over the area? The statue is its belonging, and they do not have any right to take it away. And more, they had to be Robin Hood this time for the purpose. When asked whether they are still firm in their decision, the Neutrons stand together for each other and never changed their view. The supervisor arrogantly commands the police to take them away, and unwillingly had to follow the police.
But they do not finished yet, as they had to deal with Leon who see the truth and refused to let his friends go, by blocking the entrance door. He demanded them to walk over his dead body if they want to take the Neutrons away, which causes a stir inside the operation room. The supervisor commands the police to point their guns towards him, but he still refused to go. Captain Bates nods his head, and Leon replies back with the same gesture.
Suddenly all the support teams- Thunder, Condor, Swallow, and Arthur- assaults the ten policemen together with the female supervisor, and they easily knocked all of them down. Then Captain Bates reaches the warrant letter and in front of her, he uses his authority to decline the warrant by tearing the letter into eight pieces.
Suddenly Jessica detected that Burning Phoenix has came towards CoastBase, and Captain immediately ordered them to take the statue away. The supervisor immediately tells all the policemen to chase the Neutrons but they are unable to do so as the ECO crews are still beaten most of them hardly.
As they ran outside to the landing lane, they found out that the monster is flying above them and heading fiercely towards them, as it have noticed that the statue is inside their hands. It rapidly dashed towards them and despite they managed to avoid the strike; they cannot stand with the scorching heat from the monster. Determined not to give up easily, they stand up again but again, Burning Phoenix still felt furious with them. It sends several fireballs by waving its wings, and still they did not want to give up.
Suddenly three policemen together with the supervisor blasted a few gunshots, and demanded the statue to be returned. They refused, and Edward vowed to protect Sarah who holds the object in her arms. He also stated that Burning Phoenix is the one who deserved the object much more than them, and again, they refused to give it up.
Suddenly, a policeman brings out a LAW cannon from the box, and he blasted a missile towards the monster, which throws it to the back. With the Neutrons being distracted to the incident, they took that opportunity to seize the statue from their grasp. They immediately run away from the area, heading towards the security vehicle located not far from the parking lot.
The Neutrons reacted quickly by taking the SUV and chased the truck all along the highway. In the meantime, they spotted Burning Phoenix also chased them from behind, and it sends several fireballs straight away as it noticed them it its way.
One of the blasts hits the front end of the truck, causing the driver to lost control and dived into the roadside. The Neutrons suddenly stops, and immediately rescued all people inside the vehicle. As the other brings out the injured people, Sarah takes the statue and stands at the middle of the road, waiting for Burning Phoenix to come. Everybody looks afraid with her, as it could put her life in danger. It was true initially, when the monster spotted her with the object and immediately blasted fireballs towards her. This created some explosion around her, and they think that she might be give up now.
Not really, when she still standing firmly at where she is, and she raised the statue into the air. She tells Burning Phoenix to take it away, and it starts to move slowly towards her. Everybody around are amazed with what she did, as the statue starts to unleashes a bright light from its silver body.
The light heading towards Burning Phoenix and the object starts to disappear as the time goes. When the statue has been completely disappear, she hears a voice that thanking her for what she has done, and she might be the only one who heard that.
Afterwards, Burning Phoenix flies high to the sky and was totally disappear since then. Then Sarah returns back to his friends, and teased the supervisor for her lack of understanding towards the living thing. Later she watches to the sky and smiles softly as another job has been completed.
Meanwhile at the unknown chamber inside a mountain where the statue has been found, there was a sign of a phoenix appeared at the wall. Soon, Burning Phoenix enters the place, lays the statue back to where it belongs, and rest peacefully since then.
