Chapter 1:
Jedi Training
Lee woke up early today, after a rough time last night. He was having a bad dream about his parent’s deaths, and who they were killed by. But, he cannot have such thoughts in his head. “Anger and hatred only leads to the dark side”, the council has told him many times. So he tried to forget about it. But it was such a weird dream. He felt like he had known it all along- but couldn’t recognize it. He couldn’t determine who exactly it was that killed his parent’s.
He took a nice cold shower, then put on his clothes then his Jedi Robe. He grabbed his lightsaber. It was 8:00 a.m., time for Jedi training. He walked to the training room. When he got there, something was different; the Jedi Masters were aligned on the north side of the room. There was (starting from left) Rez Onas, Zelix Count, and Relin Mok. The trainer of the many young Jedi’s, who was Luke Skywalker, stepped forward. “Today, and for the rest of the week, these 3 Jedi Masters will be looking for new apprentices. They will be judging you throughout the week. And since there is only three of them, only three will be chosen form the group of you many, many students. So, this is your one and only chance for a very long time to become a Padawan to one of these great Jedi Masters”, said Luke.
Bruce, a very cocky and stubborn kid about the same age as Lee approached him, “Ha, and who do you think your going to get, Lee?”, said Bruce. “Well, I don’t know. Whoever I get is who I get, that is if I make it., said Lee. “Well, after this week, I will be the Padawan to all 3 of them, and by doing so I will live your dream, Lee, I will then become Luke Skywalker’s Padawan”, said Bruce. Lee did not have time for this. He just walked away and followed the rest of the students to the Hologram Projector room.
Today was Wednesday. Lee woke up, after another dream. This time, he saw the person’s face; but did not recognize him. Lee had a hard time forgetting about it, but eventually he did, so he put on his cloths, grabbed his lightsaber and headed to the Training Room for today’s training.
Bruce approached him with some of his friends. “Well, what’s up, chump? Having fun watching me rise to the top?”, Bruce said. “I don’t need to worry about glory, chump”, said Lee, in a calm voice. “Hey, Bruce, it looks like our little Jedi friend has a mouth”, said one of Bruce’s friends. “Shutup…”, Bruce said snitefully, “Luke Skywalker would not approve of this, we must leave”. “Yeah…wouldn’t wanna ruin that, would you?”, Lee said has Bruce walked away.
Luke then walked into the room, behind him only 2 of the 3 Jedi. Rez and Zelix. Luke spoke up. “As you see, there is only 2 out of the 3 Jedi Masters. But we are very sad to say, we have lost him…” A kid raised his hand. “You mean he is…gone?” “Yes…he…he died last night…he was facing Dark Jedi last night in the entrance to the Jedi Enclave. He was fighting 2 Dark Jedi at once, all of us were…we were doing fine until…until Xantos came. He ran forward into the fight between Relin and the Dark Jedi and…well, I think you know the rest of the story.”, Luke said sadly. Today, we…we are not training today, you all are dismissed.
Lee thought. Just like that. Relin was the man looking at him. He knew it. He saw it when he trained. That was his only way to become a Padawan…but, it just was gone, like that…gone.
Bruce then approached Lee. “Well, looks like your little buddy Relin died…hey, wasn’t he the one looking at you? “Yes,” Lee said, looking down. “Well, cheer up chump, you weren’t going to make it anyways!” With that, that just blew. Lee couldn’t take it anymore.
“Bruce, stop, now! I have had it with your, your bickering and rudeness! I challenge you to a duel, right now!, Lee said, “Master Luke, I understand that anger and hatred only leads to the darkside. And I understand this is wrong. But even you have said sometimes it just gets too extreme. Please, let me duel him.” Luke stood there, looking at Lee. “Well, I am waiting for your reply, Bruce.”, said Luke. “Well, I will take any challenge. Lets go.”
When they got to the dueling room, Lee walked to the center, and Bruce did the same. “Lightsabers ready…GO!” Luke yelled.
Lee pushed the button to make the Blade come up form the handle. The violet blade shined as Lee held it, ready to attack. Bruce pushed his button. Bruce held the Blue Blade ready to attack, just like Lee. Bruce slashed forward, but it was blocked. Lee then slashes forward, but Bruce blocks the attack, and they begin to cling sabers, Then Bruce jumps into the air, and Lee front handsprings and blocks a headshot. He haults forward and blocks another shot from Bruce. He then slashes up then down, but both are blocked, Bruce strikes forward and Lee barrel rolls to the side, slashing at Bruce’s lightsaber at the same time. It goes flying and hits the wall, and turns off.
“And the winner is…” and just before Luke can say who the winner is, the north door of the dueling area opens…
Chapter 2:
Enclave Under Attack
The door opened and everyone went from yelling and screaming to silence. There were 2 people in Dark Jedi uniforms. The person in the center was in a dark black robe. Lee knew who they were. He readied his lightsaber.
“Bruce, go get your lightsaber!”, said Lee. Bruce ran over and grabbed his lightsaber and pushed the button. The students jumped down from the bleachers, and pushed the button on their Lightsaber.
“All of you but Bruce, Lee, and Zane, go back to the Training Room, and lock the doors.” Luke said, pushing the button on his double bladed green lightsaber. “Today, 2 of you will become Padawan’s. Get ready. “
Zane, Zelix and Rez readied their lightsabers. Zelix’s was Yellow, and Rez’s was Blue, and Zane’s was green. The Dark Jedi and the man in the dark robe walked out from the door. He began to speak.
“Well, I see you are having teens do your dirty work for you, Luke Skywalker.” “Well, Xanatos, they are here to defend the Enclave, considering that you already got through half of it.”, said Luke. “Enough talk...” Xanatos flipped up the hood on his robe, then dropped it to the ground. He then grabbed his double bladed lightsaber and pushed the button, revealing a red blade. The Dark Jedi’s had the same color of Lightsaber. This was the first time Lee had ever seen a Dark Jedi, other than his dreams. Lee thought that it might be Xanatos that was in his dreams, but it looked nothing like him since he now saw him for what Xanatos really looked like.
Xanatos jumped forward at Luke. They clashed until Xantos had to work off Zelix and Rez. A dark Jedi ran at Lee. Lee struck once at the feet but it was blocked. The Dark Jedi then attempted a slash near the waist, but Lee blocked it, then front flipped over the Dark Jedi. The other Dark Jedi was getting worked by Bruce and Zane, and seemed to be failing. Lee cart wheeled to the side and dodged a slash and then a stab, he then faked a slash to the right, then to the left, then stabbed the Dark Jedi right in the stomach. Bruce and Zane had now worked off the Dark Jedi and killed him. They began to run over to Xanatos and Luke, Zelix, and Rez.
“Go through the rest of the Enclave and make sure everyone else is alright.”, said Luke. “We will take care of Xanatos.,” said Zelix. So Lee, Zane, and Bruce ran out of the Dueling Area and not to their knowing, just has they left 3 more Dark Jedi came into the dueling room through the south doors.
As they where running down the north corridor, Bruce suddenly stopped. “Just because all of this is happening doesn’t mean we are friends now, ok?”, said Bruce. “Even in a time like this you have to be stubborn…c’mon lets check out the Armory”, Lee said in a stern voice.
They walked into the armory, and there, 3 Dark Jedi’s, chatting and stealing whatever they could. “Hey, look, its 3 more people for us to slaughter.”, one said. They readied their Red Lightsabers and ran forward.
Lee slashed diagonally going down, then up, then guarded a stab, and then slashed downward but the Dark Jedi moved back, then slashed again and again, but none where successful.
Zane blocked a hard slash, then spun around swinging his lightsaber fiercely. It was blocked, but Zane continued with a slash at the feet, but the Dark Jedi jumped to dodge it then came down with a slash. Zane blocked it and they begin to cling lightsabers.
Bruce stabbed at the stomach of another, but it was smacked away. Bruce was lucky to guard the next attack at the head, and then he kicked followed by a swift slash. The kick was not blocked, but the slash barely was.
The 3 fought off the Dark Jedi until they had killed them. “Man, I wanna go to bed.”, Bruce said. “No. We have to go on.”, said Lee. “Lets go to the training room”, said Zane “We need to check on the other students.”
Back at the Dueling Area, Rez was working on 2 Dark Jedi, Zelix was working on 1, and Luke was facing Xanatos.
Luke slashed to the right then to the left with the other side of his blade, but they were both blocked. Xanatos struck forward attempting a double slash, but Luke blocked both of them. They continued to duel.
Zelix was getting off easy by facing this Dark Jedi; she was getting close to beating him. She slashed upwards then downwards, and then to finish him off she used to the force push him through the dueling room wall.
Rez was blocking everything that was coming at him, and never got a chance to attack considering he was facing two at once. He finally got the chance to attack and killed the one on his left, but before he could take the lightsaber from that one’s stomach, the other one stabbed him through his stomach. Rez fell to the ground, and died.
“No, Rez!” Zelix yelled as she jumped high into the air and slashed down at the Dark Jedi that killed Rez. She had slashed him strait in half. She looked over and Luke was standing over Xanatos, who was kneeling down.
“Luke, you, you have defeated me, my old master.” “Why did you break into the Enclave?” said Luke in a tense voice. “I…I broke in…to kill you!!” Xanatos said while getting up and then using the force to push Luke back into the bleachers. He hit the bleachers so hard the bleachers closed. Xanatos then ran out the north doors, flipping over Zelix who was ready to fight, she chased after him, but he got away in his ship. Luke then approached her. “Well, we tried. And Rez is dead.”, said Luke. “What about the others, Lee, Zane, and Bruce?”, Zelix replied. “At the training room.” Luke said. “Well, lets go, for all we know there could still be some Sith in the enclave."
