What Life Brings-Prologue
--------------------------------------
Disney owns Power Rangers, but as for now, I own all the characters and concepts for this Saga. Please E-mail me or Review with criticism. This is the prologue, anyway, here’s the taste of what I’d like to convey.
--------------------------------------
The familiar tone came across Brian’s communicator. A young man of nearly twenty-one began to edge out of the dojo to take the transmission. His brow glowing with sweat, his short blond hair, was drenched to a brown color. His blue eyes took on almost a green color, conforming to the kelly green of his gi. “What’s up?” he asked as he finally got clear of other people and into the boiler room.
“…Help…” With a green flash, Brian was gone. The door to the boiler room opened. It shone a small amount of light on Brian’s small duffel bag was lying on the floor.
“Brian? Brian, are you down here?” came the feminine voice. A beautiful brunette began to walk down the stairs; her tan complimented her hazel eyes. Brian forgot that Kelly was with him today.
--------------------------------------
The Chamber was empty and devoid of light or life. He had never seen such a dark place, but he had felt the evil that now was strewn about. It lurked in everything that he had come to know. “Hello?” echoed around the cold room. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed a small green flame that poured into the air. Beneath it, a small note was scrawled into the ground. TAKEN was all that could be read.
The screen that covered much of the rear wall to where he was standing began to glow an eerie purple. Then, Shadow began to speak. “Hello, Brian,” the mechanical voice cracked like a whip across his back, “I see you’ve found your precious base filled with my essence. It’s good to know that I’m still welcome in familiar places.”
“You’re not welcome here, Shadow.”
“Then explain to me how I got in.”
“I…I don’t know. You’ll pay for this though, mark my words.”
“Threats from a peon like you are idle.”
“That wasn’t a threat, it was a promise.”
“That’s so cliché, Brian, I expected more from you.”
“No more games, where’s…” he was interrupted.
“Don’t worry. He’s safe…for now.”
--------------------------------------
The boiler room was now empty as Kelly walked up the stairs with Brian’s bag. It plunged into darkness as the green flash dissipates and Brian is once again in the dark. By feel he made his way to the stairs and climbs them. As he reached the door, he heard his sensei’s voice and then Kelly’s. He hits the lights, and realizes his bag is gone.
Seeing the light, Kelly opened the door. “Where were you? I just saw you come down here, and then all I found was your bag, and now you’re down here again. And this…” she pulls the morpher out of the bag, “what’s this?”
“Calm down for a second and let me explain.”
“Calm down? For the past three weeks, you’ve been disappearing from everyone. What the hell’s going on, Brian? And don’t give me that bullshit about getting a call from your mother; I have your cell phone.”
“Let us calm down, Kelly, give Brian the chance to explain, I too am interested to hear this.”
“Thank you, Sensei. It might be best if you guys sit down though.” The three walked into the office, Sensei Dan Parker taking the chair behind the desk, Kelly taking the small swivel chair in front, Brian leaned up against the filing cabinet.

Alright guys, I've been thinking about how I was going to write this for a long time. This is just a prologue, I just wanted to see what type of reaction I'd get with it, so please give me a quick review. Appreciate your time.
